A Twisted Romance

Mizuki, Hanami and Kasumi were speechless after hearing Asami's suggestion of having a cat at the apartment. Kasumi didn't care that much about Asami's suggestion because she wasn't living with them, but Mizuki and Hanami were thinking deeply about this and didn't had any sort of problem with having a cat, actually both of them were cat lovers

"Yeah, why not" Mizuki agreed with Asami. When they were kids they had a cat, but died later because it was to old

"I would love having a cat at home. Kentaro didn't like the idea of having an animal at our old place" Hanami also agreed with Asami

"Akina said she would also love having a cat to stay with her when she is all alone" Asami messaged her to ask if having a cat at home would be okay

"So it's decided. We will have a cat, but there is a problem. Where are we gonna find a kitten to adopt around here?" Mizuki's point of view put both girls into deep thought

As they were thinking about this a weird sound could be heard from their behind. This weird sound was a very familiar sound. They looked behind and all four of them saw a stray white kitten inside the shop begging for food. Asami and Hanami's eyes sparked with joy and their voices reached the highest notes, their wish became reality. Mizuki crouched to the little guy and gave him apiece of meat from his bowl. The little guy smelled it and started eating it. While eating Mizuki was petting it and the little guy started to purr. Asami and Hanami were about to pass out from all this cuteness that was in front of them. Kasumi was also affected by this and started taking photos to remember this glorious moment

"Well we found our little guy to adopt"

"Is it a boy or a girl?" Hanami and Asami could barely ask or else they would pass out

"Boy"

"Ohh" the girls gasped in admiration

"Let's take it home and gave him a bath" Asami was about to take the kitten and run home with him, but she was working

"Don't worry, I'll take him home" Mizuki just stopped at the shop because Kasumi wanted to eat. Initially he wanted to go home when he left school

"Okay, but when I come home if I don't find him all cleaned up then you should always be on defence mode for the next 48 hours" Asami's threat didn't affect Mizuki, but when he turned his glare towards Hanami she had the same line as Asami, but with more killing intent. His heart skipped a beat and fear was running through his limbs

"Okay, got it" Mizuki paid for Kasumi's food, took the kitten with him and went home

After he left both girls continued with their work, but this time they had a motivation to finish their work faster. Mizuki arrived home with the little guy, put him on the couch and went to change his clothes. He let the sink to fill to prepare the little guy's bath. Mizuki tried thinking of a name for him while he was washing his dirty fur. Mizuki took a towel no one used and dried his wet fur and the aftermath was a big ball of fur, which makes sounds and it's cuteness ca make any girls pass out. At this moment Mizuki was the only one in the apartment together with the kitten because Akina was hanging out with her friends from college and the other two where at the shop

"What name should I give you?" Mizuki was sitting on the couch with the kitten in front of him

"Meow" the little guy could just meow as an answer for Mizuki's question

"The girls would probably give you some childish name that won't suit you" he was talking with a cat, something normal nowadays

"Meow" the kitten agreed with him

"Very talkative aren't you?" he really enjoyed talking with the kitten

"Meow"

"You know, I'll call you Yuki because your fur is white like snow, how about it? You like it?" Mizuki held his hand like he wanted a high five

"Meow" Yuki liked the sound of the name and put his little paw on Mizuki's hand

Right at that moment Akina came back and saw the entire action and only one thing passed through her mind, too cute. She tool two photos and after watching the photos she passed out from the cuteness. Mizuki got up and put the unconscious girl on the couch and Yuki put his paw on her hand like he wanted to shake hands. Akina woke up, saw Yuki's paw on her hand and passed out again. This cat was like kryptonite for the girls

"Well I'm going to prepare dinner. Wanna come?" Mizuki asked Yuki to come to the kitchen

"Meow" Yuki followed Mizuki to the kitchen

These two were already best friends. Two hours later Hanami and Asami came back from the shop and saw Mizuki with Yuki together watching over something in the oven

"Hey. It seems like you gave him a bath and now you became best friends" Asami went over to see what was cooking in the oven. It was apple pie, the favorite of all three girls. Hanami saw the unconscious Akina on the couch

"What happened to her?"

"Yuki's fault"

"Oh so you already gave him a name?"

"Yup"

"I like Yuki"
