Ain't Your Regular Girlfriend

Chapter 65 - [65] GROSS, DAD!

Micheal driving me home was more I could have asked, he didn't let me protest before hauling my bicycle into his trunk and aiding me into his car.

Well, At first it was okay for this drive but now that I am thinking__ it was quite a terrible idea. Though I saw it coming, I expected my dad to be asleep when I got home. well, he wasn't.

He waited in the living room. Patiently waited for his daughter's return with a glass of water. He always felt something anytime something happens to his little angel. It was like we have this bond that he'd felt it whenever I get hurt.

When I staggered inside, he quietly walked out from where he sat. Dad's eyes fell on my feet, the look on his face was a look I've never seen before without questions he hurried outside. Too tired to peek on them, I retired to my room. hurrying for a quick shower.

later in the night, my dad came to my room, he was more calmed than before he stormed out of the house, in my mind I was like what really happened between them.

"Baby, how are you feeling now". Dad asked softly. I quietly moved to him and lay my head on his shoulder. He didn't bring up Michael's issues last but when morning came.

They were already downstairs. My dad, Magritte, Micheal, and ken!. having tea downstairs. Before he came to my room with a smiling face.

"Angie, that lad downstairs is worth spending time with". He smiled as he helped comb my hair.

"What are you getting at?". I eye him suspiciously in the mirror.

"Nothing though, just you know, a little curious about when you planned on introducing us?". He asked. That sounded more like Magritte, unlike my father.

"Gross!, dad?!".
