An Innocent Heart Longing For Love

Kevin awkwardly continued, "I will help you. Now, please start introducing yourself."

A girl who was dazed a while before sprung up and started introducing herself. Kevin listened to the girl, entirely avoiding the man who was watching the entire classroom through the hidden button camera fixed in his shirt from afar.

Jacob watched Anna, her green chiffon blouse complemented her golden blonde hair. She untied the hair and let it sway in her shoulder, his heartbeat raised rapidly and he completely ignored the background sounds in his meeting room.

Jacob was wearing a mask and attending the business meeting for the first time in person. His sister made a deal. In order to give him the investigated details about Anna, Jacob should attend the business meeting in person. 

Investors who was seated around him, glimpsed at him as if he was a strange alien creature. On the other hand, as if nothing strange happening, like a robot, the project executor explained the new project plan to the board members.

Jacob ignored the world around him and he intently looked at the girl through his mobile phone. Anna whispered and smiled intimately to the boy next to her.

Jacob's eyebrows narrowed, Who the hell is he? Is he her so-called boyfriend. Oh yeah, smile!... I'll make sure that you die out of workloads... I'll double it or even triple it... even I'll make you quit the college , "Kevin! Why the hell, boys are sitting next to girls. Change the seating arrangements and make Anna sit in the front bench. And make sure to punish the boy sitting next to Anna."

All the investors gathered in the meeting room turned to look at the source of the sound. This time, even the project executor stopped.

With a confusion, everyone gazed at the seating arrangement of the board members. Undoubtedly, they all are seated in a mixed proportion. "Mr.Jacob, do you mean that you don't want us to be seated in a mixed proportion? Is that any wrong?"

Jacob Snapped up and only then he realized that he was still in a meeting, "My apologize! Please continue the conference."

His assistant who stood closer to him slowly moved away each passing minute to the farthest corner of the meeting room. Jacob's father ordered him to keep a close watch on Jacob. What can he report now, perspiration ran down his spine, the atmosphere around was getting heavier. He got no option but to call Jacob's Sister, only she can handle Jacob. He secretly dialed Esther to inform the situation unfolding in the meeting room.

On the other end, Kevin looked bewildered, all his smile was wiped out. Man! Working with this brat is equal to running into a moving truck. How on earth, on what basis, I can punish this boy? I should have run away than to accept being a professor.

Putting aside the thoughts, Kevin stopped the boy who was about to self introduce, "Why is that everyone's seating is mingled. From now on, boys and girls should not sit together. Hey there! You! Yes, you! Why are you giggling like a girl? Go and stand out."

"What?! I was not giggling!" George was beyond enraged, ashamed and insulted on the first day of the college made his young blood to boil, he yelled back in protest, "Why should I stand out, what wrong did I do?"

Kevin continued in exasperation, "Do you want to stand here or do you intend to go to the detention room?"

George who had no choice but to head out of the class, cursed under his breath as he walked out.

"And you!" Kevin pointed at Anna, "Come and sit here, I should never see you murmur to boys in my class ever again. Do you get me?"  or else that man will kill me, please have mercy for me and spare my soul.

Kevin then pointed the boy to continue his self-introduction. Anna felt so embarrassed as she turned and glowered at Naia, "What did you just say?"

Naia held her hand up surrendering, "I take my words back, he is not cool! not at all, cool!"

Anna stood up and dragged herself to the front of the class and then stopped to look down at the girl occupying the front row. The girl was glaring back at Anna with an accusing eyes,  How dare you rob my place.

Anna raised her eyebrows as she answered, "Girl, trust me! I don't want it myself. Never in this lifetime, I want to sit in the first bench."

Kevin looked at the sorry state of the girl, 'I am sorry! I am sorry! I can't help it. He is a real maniac. Look at me, his own friend's sorry state, he sure is a moron. '

On the other hand, Anna sat down dejectedly and started cursing Kevin as much as she can in her mind,  My first day was turned into a rotten one. Mad man! He must be a one escaped from the mental asylum. Look at him, let a bolt of lightning hit on him and bury him deep into the ground. Relax girl! relax! Least, you have your friends and you can swap the place next hour. I hope, that girl would agree.

Jacob chuckled at Anna's sullen face, 'hmmm... clearly! she doesn't like it. Sorry, dolly! Only if you sit here, I can see you clearly. I promise I'll make it up to you.
