An Innocent Heart Longing For Love

In one of the hotel room in the New York city, one bottle after another rolled down in the floor. Shane laid heedlessly in the sofa not knowing what was going on in the media.

A knock after knocks heard but Shane was out of focus to respond, once after ten minutes passed, the door creaked open by the serviceman.

Orlando and Irik barged into the room to look for Shane. When they laid their eyes on the ruined state of their friend, They both yelped, "Shane!!!"

Orlando rocked Shane to wake him up while Irik ran inside the washroom to fetch a bowl of warm water and a towel to wipe Shane.

Orlando removed Shane's shirt and Irik helped to wipe him, halfway through Shane mumbled incoherently, "Anna! Anna!!"

Orlando whispered back, "Alright! Alright!! Just rest!"

"She left me! She left me!! What if she never comes back?" Orlando and Irik shared a glance at each other, 'Do he love her?'

When the video of Shane slapping Anna spread in the college, Orlando tried contacting Shane. As there was no response even after a long time, they started looking out in all the location that Shane would often visit.

When they found that he was staying in this hotel, they both hurried to the room to check on him. In the end, they found the wrecked state of their friend.

"Orlando! Do he love her?" Irik sought.

"Just shut the hell up and help me carry him to the bedroom. Look at him! How horrible he looks. Idiot, Has he lost his mind?!" Orlando yelled in frustration.

Once they shifted him to the bedroom, Irik made a quick call to Elanda to report, "We found him, he is quite drunk and will be alright by morning. So you better stop worrying and go to sleep, we will accompany him for the night."

Elanda pondered for some time and retorted back, "Irik! Do you think that he saw the comments on social media?"

"Hmm... I have no idea either. But he keeps mumbling Anna's name and also saying that she left him."

Elanda gripped the phone tightly, 'He is still mumbling her name. After all, she did, he still was worried that she left him.'

"Elanda! Just go to sleep... he will be fine." Irik reassured her.

"Mm... Fine!" She hung up the call and laid flat in her bed with a heart filled with vengeance.

She entered social media and began scrolling down the comments. Each comment was getting harsher and harsher as time slipped by.

Suddenly a trending new video popped up, Elanda stared at the headline unable to believe her own eyes. The headline pointed, "The victim claims that Shane is her husband."

Elanda immediately played the video, The golden blonde teen girl who made the morning headlines sat in front of the camera and her background filled with Shane's photos. It was evident that she was in his bedroom.

She waved at the spectators, "Hello everyone! I am Anna and Shane Torizo is my lawful wedded husband. I want to apologize to each shareholder of Torizo Corporation, and also I wish to make a public statement to everyone.

Our family affairs have taken a toll in the Corporation just because of a slight misunderstanding between us. I assure everyone that it meant nothing huge as it was claimed. We both are happy to have each other and our relationship is always intact.

My heartfelt apologies to everyone.

Elanda sat up straight and stared at her phone in loathing, "They both are married?! This double crossing witch, How could she shamelessly claim that they are both happily married? Shane is rotting here because of you, you b**ch."

As hatred fueling her heart, she lost all her sanity. She searched for the video conversation between Jacob and Anna in a cafe that she recorded in her phone and instantly she uploaded it with a headline, "You double-crossing witch, you damn deserve the slap." through her fake account.

Instantly, it peeked high up in the search engine and the tide that onslaught Shane earlier, now traded to Anna and wiped away her dignity entirely.

Elanda laughed madly viewing the comments flowing in and the criticism building up against Anna. The comments was much worse than the comments flowed in for Shane.
