Impel Down. The Great Underwater Prison.

Level 4.

The fourth level of Impel Down is better known as the Blazing Hell. Thanks to the huge bonfire, unbearably hot temperature are maintained at the level. The bonfire also heats a gigantic pot of boiling human blood, which is located in the center of the level.

Conditions at this level were really like a real Blazing Hell.

At this level, a huge number of prisoners die. They simply cannot handle all the torture inflicted upon them by prison guards.

It was surprising that the prisoners themselves are forced to carry giant logs of firewood to keep the flames going. The prisoners were forced to "dig their own grave." Indeed, for disobedience, they were simply thrown into a gigantic pot, where they died.
