In the middle of the island was a huge Japanese-style palace. This palace had absolutely everything, from the pool to the control room of all the islands.

A tall man sat on a throne and smoked a cigar. He had a very unusual appearance.

The man was dressed in traditional Japanese clothes consisting of an orange trimmed, red and a black robe tied together with a dark green sash, and a golden chain around his waist; he also wears a yellow striped tattered coat dr.a.p.ed over his shoulders. He has golden mane-like hair, reaching down to the ground, and on the top of his head is part of a steering wheel.

As for his facial features, he sports a golden bushy tuft of hair for a beard at the bottom of his chin, and a black goatee with pointed edges surrounding his mouth. His eyebrows are dark and pointed as well, and he has some purple spots on the left side of his face right around his right eye that indicates his age. 

This man had no legs, instead of legs he had two swords as prosthetic legs. It was amazing that this man could walk using swords instead of normal prostheses.

This man was none other than Shiki the <Golden Lion>.

The man who was a member of the Legendary <Rocks> Pirates.

The man who very often fought against Gol D. Roger the <Pirate King> himself.

The man who alone attacked the Marine Headquarters, Marineford, and fought against the legendary Marines, Garp the <Fist> and Sengoku the <Buddha>. As a result of their battle, they practically destroyed all of Marineford.

The clown began to jump trying to explain everything with gestures.

He tried to express his thoughts by acting as a mime.

Shiki rubbed his head and said, "Why do they keep on mad? Didn't you say that you could improve your serum?"

The clown continued to jump and wave his slender arms.

"I understand that these are side effects of IQ flowers. But is it really impossible to do something about this?" Shiki asked.

The clown took various poses and continued to wave his hands.
