Between The Worlds

The group entered the cave within the mountains. The father of the young bear was leading them somewhere, probably to the place where explosiond had occured. Little Kiri was enjoying this trip very much as her twin tails were swaying incessantly.

To be able to get along with wild bears was quite nice experience indeed.

Raphel followed the beasts from the forest and soon, the big lake greeted them! It had nice, sparkling water that also smelled refreshful and pleasant. Here, a lot of beasts were bathing inside and as Raphel narrowed his eyes, he noticed that the wounds on their bodies also healed visibly during their bath...

'What is this water?'

The father of the bear family also quickly entered the lake causing the wounds on his head to scorch as it began healing. With low growl of his, every other beasts here stopped paying attention to Raphel and Little Kiri!

He was strong and known bear indeed!

And before the snakeman could notice, Little Kiri already had some bottles filled with this very mysterious water. This brat already could see how mysterious and useful this water is, and with thoughts of impressing her big sister, Little Kiri moved swiftly to the point where not even one beast saw her movement.

Raphel himself entered the water and scorching feeling, at first was painful indeed, but after seconds, the wounds on his arms began healing rapidly surprising him!

[Look carefully at the middle of this lake.]

The sudden message was as surprising as the effect of the water. Inside the lake, the bluish crystal lodged itself! It was because of thsi crystal that water became like this! Also, the explosion from before was caused by this very crystal.

If not the golden eye of energy core, then Raphel wouldn't notice it... Thus, it's perfectly hidden from the beasts from the forest. For them, the water is the only valuable thing and nothing else! As they saw Raphel moving towards the middle, they didn't do anything rash and only kept an eye on him...

It's impossible for mere lizardman to take whole lake after all! Little Kiri herself only had three bottles of this very water. As Raphel got closer, he feinted the fall as if stumbling and dove deep into water to take the stone which thanks again to his golden eye easily went into his hand.

The beasts treat this water as holy ground, for them it's perfect healing place, thus, they won't notice the disappearance of this crystal as they only treat this lake as bath.

The litte adventure was truly good adventure. Not only Raphel has gotten quite useful crystal to create nice potions, but also got some nice news from the energy core as he talked with it during the bath.

'I can use both claws whenever I want.'

With his current bloodline, he indeed can only use his arms as claws! The adventure also let the Raphel met the family of his beast and he even got permission from 'father' to take his son to dungeon which seemed more like father giving his permission for daugther to marry!

"It was fun!"

Spoiled brat also commented happily as they got closer to the gates of Huntai City. Raphel quickly told her to not tell anyone about the special water, but the little girl was keen on impressing her sister so she promised to tell it only to her.

Mrs. Riana is his leader so it should be fine!

However, as the sight of gates greeted them, Raphel and Little Kiri trembled. They saw Wild Riana and Angry Elf waiting for them patiently, their hairs moving in enraged state.

''Why are they angry?''

Both of them thought as they approached their closed ones!
