The man seemed to have entered a daze looking at this girl but he soon realized that she could not be her!

First, she was too tall and looked a bit older than his precious little girl!

Second, the cloth she wears were to expensive, how could a child that had been sold into slavery afford them?

Katsy eyes never left his face, She had recognized him at a glance; The father of dove and sparrow.

No after being fused with little dove she had made sense of all the previous memories.

Dove father had not sold them in to gain money.

He had been a noble at one point but a clever scheme stole everything from him; sending his wife into illness and his children into starvation!

Out of desperation, he tried to be a hooligan but his soft heart did not let him kill the victims. Therefore he had been identified and trialled. Thus being jailed and sent into the criminal slaves for life.

His wife then had already died his children were then made slaves themselves since they could not defend themselves!

The true mastermind earned all the benefits that family, was full of rats and weasels.

Smiling at him Katsy spoke gently.

"You still have one son alive and well so don't give up so easily."

After all, she was not truly little dove.

"Mister do you want to see him again?" The casual tone she used with her inquiry made Kenshin speechless, this girl she knew this man who was he?

Holding on to his question that burned the tip of his tongue after all if she gained a father; how would they handle her?

The man lifted his eyes again sorrow and hope mixed.

"My son his alive? Little lady do you know him?"

Katsy only made an ambiguous corner smile.

"Sir follow me I will take you to him."

Turning to the merchant she said. "I will by this man's freedom how much I know that normally the price for a criminal is about five gold to buy the freedom it can't be much more than this."

The cold tone she used meant that if he the merchant tried to hike up the price he would be in a very embarrassing situation!

Nodding his head a few times. "This lowly one knows it is five gold coin and would not dare ask for more."

She made a smile that wasn't quite a smile and extended five gold to him.

"This is for his freedom and this is for the rest of them." she gave him another gold coin which was ample enough to buy them all three times over!

"I also want some guards for the new home, use up the allocated spare change to fill in."

He nodded it was a good business deal today even if this little girl was a little hard to deal with he had made a flourishing profit!

"Yes, yes young noble miss all will be done per your instruction!"

Then afraid she would change her mind he disappeared in a wisp of smoke from view running to have them delivered to her.

The man could not help but stare at this girl he was free now? Could he meet with his son?

His heart felt warm he would see his son after so long would he recognize him?

He could not help but be in a daze, seeing this katsy smiled.

"You will find out soon." Making a little wink to the man as she continued to speak.

"I am Katrina." She would wait before telling him the news of his little girl slumber after all the body was still alive and her soul would wake again one day.

"Let's head to our new home, he should be waiting there."

Saying so she winked at him again, then turned on her heels making her dress and hair twirl around, making a soft giggle portraying her now very good mood she spoke to Kenshin.

"Thank you crown prince for the help today but I will return to my new home now. Hope crown prince does not take offence."

She gave him an ice-cold smile that never reached her eyes making it clear that she would be distant from him!

But he could not force her yet because she helps no attachment to the human living!

"How could I, Katsy." He used her nickname to create familiarity with her and smiled.

Smirking she only left, she had no proper name yet who cares if he calls her katsy once she would have a proper name she would make sure he follows etiquette!

On this, they all moved toward the mansion.

She had the man ride her carriage with her, they stopped at a few shops to properly get him clothes and items of daily usage.

Once he would have taken a bath and would be properly groomed she would let the two meet!

Grinning she looked outside the carriage window in a very merry joyful mood.
