Blue Devil

"WHAT?!" Tony and Bruce shouted at the same time.

"You died?! How are you still alive?!" Tony screamed.

"Because of this." Nick said as he pointed to the Eternal Flame above his head.

"This flame... "

...

"And then I came back home, but I still need to go back so Eitri can study the flame like I promised." Nick finished explaining, waiting for them to say something.

"Oh and this doesn't leave this room, mom would be worried as would Felicia, but this could also be used against me so shush." Nick shushed with his finger to his mouth.

It was awhile before the two of them said anything, but Tony finally spoke up, "Dwarfs? As in little people? But in space." Tony asked.

"Over the years the word dwarf has been misinterpreted so this dwarf king was actually 10 feat tall, but yeah." Nick told Tony.

"And this Uru metal is why your so heavy?" Bruce added as he turned to look back at a broken industrial scale.

"Yeah, it is the only metal in this universe that channels magic as well as it does." Nick explained.

"Magic? That's real as well?" Tony said surprised.

"Yeah, you know defenders of this realm and all that, I'm actually going to see the Ancient One soon to learn how to control my magic a bit better." Nick said as if it was nothing.

"You have magic?!" They both screamed at the same time again.

"Ur, ears, control yourself will you." Nick cringed as he held his ears.

Bruce and Tony both calmed down after that, "So you have magic, what can you do?" Tony asked excitedly, like a kid in candy shop.

"My teleporting is magic, if you explain magic to anyone you would describe it as controling energy's, weather that energy is your own, the energy around you or even another universe's or dimensions energy's." Nick explained, "I use the energy from a dimension and that lets me teleport."

Tony and Bruce were once again stunned, "I just realised that I don't know you at all, even though your my closest family." Tony said dazed.

"I can spend more time with you if you want." Nick offered.

"No, just promise me you won't take risks that could end your life and to tell me as soon as you're in trouble and need my help." Tony told Nick as he was being serious.

"I can promise that because now with these bones there are very few people who can even threaten me." Nick smiled, "Now I need to go to San Francisco to pick up a parasite and destroy another." Nick said making them confused.

Nick said goodbye before they could say anything else and teleported upstairs into the kitchen.

Bruce and Tony were left by them selves again but now with conflicted looks on their faces, Bruce was the first to speak again, "If Nick is risking everything to stop a supposed future threat even when he's already strong enough I think we need to step up are game, and I need to quickly find a solution to my Hulk problem." Bruce said to Tony confidently.

Tony straightened up at that and as if something suddenly hit him, his eyes widened in realisation, realisation that he could be doing much more to protect the world and more importantly his family, "I'll start working on the armour upgrades I was putting off." Tony said with a determined look in his eyes.

...

"Hey mom, how has Ghost been so far?" Nick asked Jennifer after he teleported into the kitchen right next to Ghost.

Ghost was excited to see Nick after awhile and kept pushing up against him but this time Nick wasn't even pushed a meter due to his new weight.

But that didn't stop Ghost from enjoying himself.

"Oh he's a big softie, give him a couple treats and he turns to putty in your hands, hahaha." Jennifer joked as she left the bowl of ingredients she was mixing and walked over to Nick, "How have you been dear? Did you get your work done? Tony tells me it has to do with national defense? I do hope that you will be careful." Jennifer worried over Nick as she wrapped her arms around him, enveloping him in a warm hug full of affection, the kind only a mother could give.

She ignored the smoke clothes and just focused on Nick, she had found out as she watched Nick grow up that she just had to accept sudden changes that her son brought otherwise she would be stressed beyond belief.

"All done, but I'll have to leave again soon, I won't be gone long this time." Nick told her as he carefully returned the hug, careful not to put his weight on her and potentially crush her under the weight.

"Alright dear but don't be long, this chocolate cake is almost finished and Ghost will eat it all if you are not here." She smiled at Ghost as she said that.

Nick smiled and said goodbye before he teleported away.

...

"Alright take her away and tell me as soon as she dies, I want the symbiote to bond with the next host as soon as possible." Carlton Drake barked at the two security guards next to him and then too the Indian woman in a lab coat next to him.

The woman was visibly disturbed with what she was seeing and with how the man in front of her could have so little regard for human life, 'I hope Eddie can stop this bast*rd otherwise I don't know how many more lives this madman is going to throw at these symbiotes.' The woman thought to herself.

...A Couple Hours Later...

"God ... what is Drake doing to these people?" Eddie said to himself, horrified with what he was seeing in front of himself as he continued to take pictures regardless, taking pictures for evidence of Drake's crimes.

"Huh? Maria? It that you?!" Eddie shouted surprised after he saw a woman in one of the holding cells.

He ran up to the glass door and started putting different password's into the key pad next to the door, trying to get her out as fast as he could, but he was suddenly pull back.

He turned his head back to see a blue hand on his shoulder, he followed the hand up the blue arm, past a black tattoo on the forearm and towards the face of the blue hands owner, "Nick Stark?!"

"Why don't you let me help you out Mr. Brock." Nick said to Eddie but it wasn't a question and Eddie could easily sense that from Nick's tone.

Eddie quickly stepped away from the glass door and Nick took his place, Nick then released the two Uru stingers from his two arms and from one quick cross slash from Nick the glass door was cut into pieces that shattered into even smaller pieces once it hit the ground.

And just as quickly the woman being held in the cell came jumping out, right into Nick, she had her hands into claw's ready to attack Nick anyway she could but as soon as she hit Nick she came crumbling down to the ground with her fingers bent into different angles from where she tried to scratch at Nick.

But that didn't stop her, she quickly got back up and this time she tried to bite at Nick's throat, like a savage animal.

"Alright stop playing around, I don't have time for your antic's." Nick said in a relaxed manner, completely conflicting with the actual situation.

When the woman jumped up at Nick he retracted his sliver stingers and grabbed the woman by her shoulders, holding back his total weight so he didn't crush her but keeping her in place at the same time.

During all this Eddie was shouting at the woman and Nick for them to stop attacking each other.

As soon as Nick held the woman in place she realised the situation she was in or rather the symbiote inside the woman realised the situation it was in and so it used this opportunity to leave the woman's body and pass on into the one that was easily holding it down.

As Nick held the woman in place he waited, not for the woman to calm down or anything like that, no, he was waiting for the symbiote inside the woman to pass over to him, just like it did to Eddie in the movie and that moment was now!

Nick watched as a black substance came out from the woman's body and then as it crawled up his and and he then watched as the black substance passed into his body, just like how it left the woman's, as if nothing could stand in its way.

Once the black substance had left the woman she had lost all her fight and slumped to the floor, dead.

Nick frowned at that site but he had grown some familiarity with death when he traveled past thousands of dead bodies in the underworld.

Nick then turned back to Eddie and said, "You should get out of here now if you want to get that evidence out, I'll distract them so you can get out cleanly." Nick told Eddie before he walked away from him and the dead body.

Eddie was left by himself stunned by what he saw, but he quickly woke up when he heard the alarms go off, he quickly checked to see if the woman was alive before he ran off down the corridor he came from.

...

Nick walked away from Eddie and as he did he used his Byakugan to look around the rest of the l.a.p, he was looking for the other symbiotes hidden in the lab, he saw three symbiotes hiding in different bodies, two were in humans and one was in a rabbit.

Nick quickly teleported next to the different symbiotes and controlled the Eternal Flame to destroy all the symbiotes to ashes, even though the flame could bring back the dead that didn't mean that is was the only thing it could do, just like how it burned his hands it burned the symbiotes and theirs hosts, Nick wasn't taking any chances with a race of human eating parasites, Nick told himself as he let the flame burn the bodies into nothingness.

After it was all over Nick took a deep breath to calm himself and then teleported away, with the mindset that he was doing the right thing.

...

Nick had teleported back to his gym where he then sat down on the floor, entering his mind-scape soon after calming his breath and mind.

He reappeared inside his mind, Shukaku instantly came up to Nick looking for praise and some head pat's.

Nick happily gave them to him, Nick had noticed that Shukaku had seemed to imprint the image of the old sage onto him and so he saw Nick as his father and he didn't hesitate to show his love for him.

Kurama was as normal sleeping in the creater.

The Phoenix was on it's mountain peak cleaning it's burning feathers.

Nick looked around his mind-scape to see what changes there was in it, looking around he saw that Atlas was where he normally was, on his mountain, holding up the sky.

As he looked around at the rest he noticed that the Eternal Flame was where it normally was as well, on top of his head.

Getting bored of looking around Nick called out, "Venom! Get out here!" Shouting out at the top of his lungs, waking Kurama and surprised Shukaku next to him.

Soon a black blob crawled out from a crack in the ground, it crawled it's way towards Nick quickly, which was surprising since it had no legs and could only move by rolling and sticking to the ground.

The black blob crawled it's way up to Nick and stopped when it was right in front of him, the blob then formed into a face, completely black without lips and its sharp teeth showing, it's eye's completely white and sinister, "How do you know my name? I can't even enter your mind? And what are these things inside your head?" Venom asked Nick, raising its head up so it was closer to Nicks.

"I just know a bit about the future, you just so happened to be a very big part of it but that's only because I'm your host or will be your host after this." Nick smiled as he told Venom.

"So we become big in the future? Do we take over this world singlehandedly? That's a lot of heads to bite off... " Venom said as he stared off into space, dreaming about the bright future he could have, eating as many heads as he wants!

"No, that's not how I do things." Nick said seriously as he leaked a little bloodl.u.s.t that he directed at Venom, making him wake up from his day dream and shrink back as he felt the full force of Nick's killer intent, built up from the recent people he had killed and also a little bit of Kurama's chakra.

"You'll have to make do with animals and I just know you'll love chocolate." Nick smiled at Venom as he stopped his killer intent from hitting him, "So do we have a deal?" Nick said to Venom as he stretched out one of his hands.

Venom hesitated because of what Nick just told him but he saw that he didn't have any choose in this situation so he hoped up and absorbed himself into Nick's hand, disappearing into his body.

"Good choice." Nick said before he turned to Atlas, "Show them all my memories of Venom so they can get caught up." And right after that he left his mind-scape.

...

Back in his gym Nick stood up and felt the new strength in his body, he could still feel the Uru weighing him down but he could now move comfortably without having to strain himself or use chakra.

Nick then retracted his smoke clothes and spoke aloud, "Venom cover me in a combat suit." Soon black tendrils came out from Nicks body and wrapped around his arms, legs and c.h.e.s.t, they then formed into black clothes with some white patches here and there.

Nick turned to the mirror and saw that his new suit looked quite like the Ultimate Spider-Man Agent Venom suit but without the gun holsters and mask.

His new suit also slowly released black smoke continuously, coming off his arms and wings as he moved them, the smoke dissipated after it was far enough away from Nick.

The white markings on his c.h.e.s.t were like the marks Ichigo has when he turns into a Vasto Lorde, "Hey, this gives me an idea... " Nick said to himself when he looked at the white markings that connected in the middle of his c.h.e.s.t.

"Alright, good job Venom, just stay in this form and use the rest of your energy to continually improve my muscles and heal me when I get injured.

"Fine but I want to eat some heads!" Venom shouted from inside Nick's head.

"Calm the hell down, my mom's made some chocolate cake that I know you'll like." Nick said before he teleported away.

...

"I'm back." Nick said to Jennifer after he had teleported into the kitchen next to her and Ghost.

"Welcome home, that didn't take long, what did you need to do?" Jennifer asked Nick as she was cutting up the chocolate cake.

"Just stopped an evil CEO from trying to take over the planet." Nick told her nonchalantly, he then sat down at the kitchen island with Ghost next to him.

Jennifer put the cake slices on plates and brought them over to the island for Nick and Ghost, "Here you are." she said as she put them down, Ghost swallowed down the cake slice in one bite and then looked over at the rest of the cake greedily but he only didn't pounce on it because of Jennifer, he didn't wanted her to get up set with him.

"I like that new suit, it's much better then the one made of smoke." Jennifer told Nick as she bit into her piece of cake.

"Thanks, I worked hard on it, now where is this chocolate cake you were talking about?" Venoms head suddenly came out of Nick's suit, surprising his mom and almost making her choke on the cake.

"This is chocolate cake, you can have it but in the future don't pop up like that unless I tell you to." Nick told Venom as he pointed to the cake in front of him.

While Venom ate the cake in front of them Nick turned back to Jennifer, "Sorry I should have said it also talks." Nick apologized to the surprised woman across from him.

They then spent the rest of the night talking before it was time to get some sleep, Nick teleported back up to his bedroom and asked Venom to retract the suit before he could go to sleep.

He layed down and as soon as he hit the bed it broke under his weight, the hard wood splintered and it loudly crashed into the ground but he had already fell asleep before he could feel the impact.

His last thoughts were that he could finally get some sleep.

Time ticked by as Nick fell into deep sleep, by the side of his bed a dark shadow hung over the top of Nicks still form, the shadow shaped like a woman leaned down closer to Nick and just stayed there, watching him sleep.

After a couple minutes later the shadow moved around to the other side of the bed and crawled on top of the bed so it was laying down next to Nick holding onto him, almost like the shadow was cuddling with him.

"I can't wait for our travels my dear." The shadow said to Nick lovingly, the voice sounded just like Death, after that the shadow then hugged closer to Nicks sleeping form.
