Book 1 In The Omniverse Travel Series: My Hero Academia: Another Reincarnation

Chapter 1 - The end of the start, the start of it all, and only to end once again PT. 1

A silence like Feng Hua had never heard before enveloped the void like space that surrounded his helpless and hapless figure. The void would tremble slightly every so often, each time longer and more violently than the last. Almost like a giant taking slow steps toward him.

An uneasy feeling settled in Feng Hua's stomach as the trembling continued, once again longer and more violent, this time to the point Feng Hua could feel the remnants of his fading soul writhing in a seemingly nonexistent pain. For a soul cultivator like Feng Hua, this was extremely uncomfortable.

He could feel the last of his Spirit Qi fading as it tried to protect his currently feeble soul from the ever more violent trembling, leaving no room to heal his dying soul.

As a Dao Emperor stage soul cultivator, Feng Hua already had the ability to break and reconstruct reality to his will on a whim. However a small part of him already knew that trying to do the same here would only end up with his soul breaking completely. An instant, and rather gruesome death for someone like him.

Seeing no other option, Feng Hua decided that there was no point in wasting his already depleting time, and from his palm a tiny orb appeared, and let of a beautiful green glow.

A deep and enchanting voice echoed in the void, "If I must die here I will give this small inheritance to the most talented person in all of this vast Omniverse." The orb suddenly started to shake, and vibrate, then it began shifting colors. Starting with white, going to red, then orange, yellow, green, as it hit blue it began to slow down extremely fast, hitting indigo it slowed even farther, finally it hit purple and a satisfied smile was plastered on the now complacent Feng Hua.

However, the color soon began to turn darker, until it was a void consuming black, so enchanting it could bewitch even the most resilient if they were to stare at it for to long.

Feng Hua was no exception, his mind was suddenly shook out of it's stupor, brought back to reality as his soul screamed so loudly in pain that a heart wrenching scream could be heard in the physical world.

Blood began dripping out of his nose, as Feng Hua used every last ounce of his willpower to hold together not only his soul but the tiny palm sized black orb in his hand.

Soon, the tremble stopped and he got a moment of peace before his soul would be ripped apart mercilessly.

Feng Hua was frozen once more as he stared at the black orb, this time dumbfound.

Black...

Such a talent had never before been seen.

Confusion could be seen on Feng Hua's face however, an unbridled joy filled Feng Hua before he wrapped his remaining Spirit Qi around the orb and sent it off.

Towards his successor.

Towards his future.

And with his remaining Qi depleted he had no means of protecting himself, his soul was mercilessly ripped to shreds by the now inconceivably violent and long trembling.

And he died.

...

In an alternate dimension, timeline, multiverse, and universe, a young man with soft white hair, and piercing blue eyes stood in the middle of an alleyway with blood that was not his own on his jacket, pants and shirt. Around him several bodies of unconscious delinquent's, low-class gangster's and a few police officer's. Kayami, the only person standing in that alleyway, turned and spit on one of the police officer's. "Trash." He said with disdain. If one looked closely, they'd notice that a few of those he looked at weren't breathing anymore. They were dead.

Walking out of the alley as though nothing happened, Kayami started walking towards his home. Although he got a few odd stares, from the blood that coated his jacket and pants, most people ignored the carefree individual, in fear of garnering his attention. However, Kayami just walked home as though this was the most normal thing in the world.

As he reached his house, he climbed into his bed and grabbed his cellphone, and quickly dialed a number. It rang a few times before, before someone picked up however they were silent as though awaiting the results with bated breath.

"It's done, those bastards are dead."

Beep.

"Che, disrespectful bastards. Well so long as they send the money to my account... Otherwise..." A large grin appeared on his face as a murderous intent filled the air around him and seemingly congealed into a bloody red hue.

Bzz.

Suddenly Kayami's phone buzzed snapping him out of his thoughts. Checking the notification he saw that be was paid the exact amount and silently cursed. "Che, I suppose I'll keep my end of the bargain."

Kayami closed his bank app and opened up his manga app and began doing the one thing that made him happy, beside killing people.

Reading My Hero Academia.

He began to read for hours, until he heard his stomach growl at him. Jumping out of his bed and turning off his phone, Kayami walked into his kitchen and began to cook himself something to eat with masterful movements that would put a 5 star chef to shame.

After thirty minutes, a beautiful steak plate that could make most restaurants famous was laid out before Kayami. Without reservation, he began eating.

Once finished, he returned to his room. However, upon entering his room, Kayami saw something strange.

'Black...'

This was by far the darkest thing Kayami had ever seen. Even the vast emptiness of space or the light-less black holes couldn't compare to it. However, it held a certain charm that Kayami couldn't quite put his finger on.

'This... What is this?' Kayami thought. the palm sized orb slowly began to float his way, and Kayami began to increase his guard. Soon the orb was directly in front of Kayami and it stopped moving. Kayami began to feel a slight tugging force pulling on him urging him to touch it, telling him to grab it.

Unable to hold this urge back Kayami gave in and wrapped his hand around the orb.

Fwoosh.

He was gone.

Completely gone from the face of the earth he once knew.
