And so time quickly passed by.

21 year old Flora was absorbed into her study in law school. 25 year old Frank was retained by the hospital after his residency. During these two years, although they hardly spent enough time together, their relationship developed in multiple areas.

Flora moved in with Frank when she turned 20. After assuring their parents that they had more plans after dating, the family consented to their choice.

Over the two year period, Frank dedicated time towards watching Grandma Janet's "educational" materials with utmost concentration. It was a pity he couldn't put his knowledge to test, but he was gradually looking forward to that day.

As he took out the headphones from his ears, Flora entered the room.

"What are you watching that got you smiling like a fool?" She set her bag aside before pouncing into his arms.

"Just learning new tricks," he smiled as he wrapped her tightly in his embrace.

She nodded approvingly, "I didn't think you'd be home. I feel like I haven't seen you in forever."

"I know. Do you wanna go somewhere?"

"No. Just cuddle with me the whole day."

The couple did just that. When Frank wanted to go to the kitchen, Flora wrapped around him liked an octopus. When he was watching TV, he almost got strangled a few times from her tight hold. When he went to the bathroom, he dropped her at the entrance and picked her upon his exit.

"Sandy returned," he whispered to her as they got cozy once again on the sofa.

Flora was stunned. Two years ago, Sandy was cleared by the doctor and left the hospital in good spirit. She did drop by for regular checkups, and Flora would play with her and talk about novel things.

"I thought she was doing well," she straightened up.

"She is doing better now. Just a bit pale. She'll be under watch again for a while."

Flora calmed down when she heard that. "Hopefully she gets better again in no time. I'll go by her ward when I visit the clinic."

"What do you wanna do this evening?"

"I have to meet up with Seraphina and Claudia. I miss my sisters."

"Alright. I'll be at home waiting for you."

"Just like an obedient little wife," she smiled as she bumped his nose.

When evening came, Claudia and Seraphina picked Flora up and the girls were on their way. Frank snuck out afterwards to see his dad.

"So are you ready for the next step?" Claudia asked as she mixed her drink.

"I feel like I am but there's no signal from him," she looked frustrated.

"Are you dropping hints?"

"Of course I am. Granny Janet and I went lingerie shopping."

Seraphina shook her head at them. Nothing good ever comes out of it when her grandmother was involved. As the youngest, she had no opinion whatsoever. She was dragged out while practicing her organic chemistry pack.

"What are you going to do next? I know you have plans. You've been hanging around the oldies, so they must have filled your head with X-rated stuff," Claudia asked as her eyes beamed.

"I'm going to take him down with one strike!" She declared.
