Esdeath was standing in Sengoku's office. Esdeath was standing there and almost falling asleep while listening to Sengoku.

"So, are you sure there were no traces of the ones who did this? A piece of clothing? A body? Anything" Sengoku didn't like what Esdeath reported. It all sounded too clean. Very few people could do this and not leave a single trace behind. And he doubted any of the worlds old monsters did this.

"For the millionth time, NO! Just retire already if you need the same thing told to you over and over again. It's getting annoying." Esdeath glared at Sengoku and her killing intent emerged in the room.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm sorry. I just find that highly unlikely to happen." Sengoku sighed.

"Nothing to do about it, now can I go?"

"Yeah, yeah, you can go..." Sengoku said while covering his face with his hands. On the inside, he was screaming in frustration.

'Did you do this, Esdeath?' Sengoku stared at her departing back. He had lived for far too long to not suspect something from the moment the report came in. He just couldn't read Esdeath at all. She was incredibly powerful but she was also just as mysterious.

"What happens now?" Sabo was sitting inside the captain's cabin on Esdeath's warship.

"You are obviously one of my commanders still. But I want you to join the crew Kurama is putting together. He will act as the temporary captain while we are searching for all the members that will be joining us."

"Go and train with Kurama and the rest. He is about to make his debut in the New World so be ready for it." Esdeath banged on the wall.

"Yes, I'm here Ma'am!" Hina said from outside the door.

"Set sail towards New World. Use the vivre card I gave you."

"Yes, Ma'am!" Hina ran away quickly to set the ship in motion. She had given Hina Kurama's vivre card. So they were gonna sail towards her island. She wasn't gonna have Kurama use that island as a base so she didn't care if the Marines knew about it at this point.

Esdeath's warship was anchored close to her island. She would drop Sabo off here and then be on her way again. Kurama would teach him as he did with the girls. She just wasn't someone that would often take time to train someone. And if she could find someone else to do it then she would always push it on them.

"Hina stay here! I'll be right back." Esdeath said and destroyed Hina's hope of following her. Hina had become like an obsessed puppy that craved attention and love. It was a combination of Esdeath's goddess aura affecting her, but also the attention and strength she showed Hina all the time.

"I...I understand." Hina hung her head in disappointment and held back the tears.

"I'll give you a reward later if you just wait here like my good little angel." Esdeath pinched her cheeks and gave Hina a seductive gaze.

"Yes, Ma'am!" Hina seemed to come alive again and she saluted with all her heart. The other Marines in the ship stood still, not daring to move while watching this uncomfortable scene play out.

"Let's go Sabo." Esdeath grabbed his collar and threw him towards the island without mercy.

"huh?" On the island, Kurama looked up and he raised his hand just in time to catch the blond-haired boy that came flying like a cannonball.

"Well hello there, boy," Kurama said and stared strangely at Sabo while holding him up by his arm.

"Hi to you too. Mind letting me down?" Sabo said and felt Kurama letting go of his arm. He immediately rubbed his wrist that Kurama almost crushed just by casually holding him up.

"Kurama, Sabo will join your pirate crew. So it's time for you to make a move. It's time the New World got its 5th emperor." Esdeath came floating down from the air.

"I'll take care of it. But are you sure there aren't easier ways for me to become an emperor?" Kurama said while crossing his arms over his c.h.e.s.t.

"Of course there are easier ways, but everything we are doing needs to be flashy and nothing is flashier than attacking and destroying the Marine HQ. That will get you the emperor position real quick. And also don't forget your second target there."

"I know, I'll make sure to cause some pain as well as you requested." Kurama smiled like a savage. He had longed for the day where he could go all out in this world. And it was finally here.

"Okay, good. Now I'm gonna go visit that boy, so have fun on your mission. And don't forget to look good while you're doing it. If you don't look good then it's just not worth doing." Esdeath said before her body turned to water and she disappeared into the sand.
