DBZ: Another One

Leek was staring Frieza down, a look of complete and absolute contempt on her face. She moved in quickly, releasing a powerful punch that shook Frieza to the core, and sent him flying across the field.

"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" Leek screamed as she flew up and unleashed volleys of energy blasts at Frieza, each one hitting his position with a huge explosion. The blasts themselves were a far brighter red in colour. She flew straight at the blast destination and threw a punch that caused a massive boom. The force drove all of the smoke away and what was seen was Leek matching fists with Frieza. She began to unleash a barrage of punches with an almost psychotic scream. Frieza fought back however, and Leek soon found herself being on equal terms with him.

Meanwhile, the white ball that Goku had been building up had grown to such a large size, as if it was gathering all the energy that there was. Piccolo was standing close by, in case anything went to hit him whilst he charged up his attack.

Leek and Frieza had parted, and Frieza had begun to fire off a barrage of purple discs at Leek. She swiftly dodged all of them and landed another hit on him. The discs had flown off into the distance and exploded on a cliff.

The ball that Goku had charged was now massive in size, and looked like a giant white meteor. "It's ready." he said, then aiming it. With one mighty push, he threw it toward Frieza. He saw it coming however. Though, just before he dodged, he found himself unable to move. Leek had taken hold of him, and now held him still.

"What are you doing?!" Frieza exclaimed, "Don't you know that will kill you too?!"

"I know exactly what I'm doing!" Leek responded, "If I am to die today, I'm taking you to Hell with me!" In an effort to escape, Frieza stabbed through Leek with his tail, but she refused to let go. She held him still using all of her strength, and used him like a shield against the massive ball of energy. When it hit, there was a massive explosion that took half the plateau with it in a white haze.

When the dust settled, there was nothing but a few pools of water and pieces of land left. Neither Frieza or Leek were in sight. "Is…" Krillin stuttered, "Is it over? Did we do it?"

"I…" Goku stuttered, "I think we did. It was all thanks to you, Leek."

Just as they were about to celebrate. A purple beam flew out of the water and went straight through Piccolo's c.h.e.s.t. He was sent to the ground in an instant. Krillin fearfully turned his head back to the waters to see a dreadful sight. On one of the tiny pieces of land stood Frieza. He seemed very injured, but didn't act like it. Instead, his face was full of rage and hatred. He was bleeding from one eye and his tail was gone. Bruises and cuts laced his skin. But he was still standing there.

"You thought that would kill me?" Frieza called in a harsh tone, "It looks like your monkey friend died for nothing! Now you will all die by my hand!"

Before he could finish talking, a shape flew out of the water and tackled Frieza. It was Leek. She looked like she was about to pass out. Her body was laced with many large cuts and her clothes were torn in many places. She was very nearly dead already with somewhat large hole in her stomach, but her aura was still yellow and blazing bright. She began an assault on Frieza, but it was cut short by a swift kick.

"Your persistence is annoying." Frieza said, "Die already." With that he fired another purple beam through Leek's c.h.e.s.t, almost hitting her heart. Her bright aura faded completely, and she hit the ground with a thud. "Now where was I? Oh yes. I was going to kill all of you, starting with you!"

Frieza pointed toward Krillin. Suddenly, he started to rise up into the air as if Frieza was throwing him up. Frieza clasped his fist, and Krillin began to bloat up quickly.

"Goku!" he called out. Within seconds, Krillin exploded into nothingness before Goku and Gohan's eyes. They were both completely shocked. But Goku simply turned toward Frieza with a look of clear scorn on his face. He had intent to kill.

"How dare you…" Goku called, obvious anger in his voice, "You'll pay for this…you won't get away with this. Haaaa!"

Suddenly, Goku's aura began to grow more and more. His hair was flashing between his normal black, and a bright gold. His aura was turning yellow along with it, sparking out some lightning that raced across the skies, until all of his energy burst out in one go, consuming the surrounding area in a flash of white.

What stood before Frieza now was Goku, but he was far different from before. His hair had completely spiked up in a gold colour, like a shining blonde. His aura had gone completely yellow, and his eyes had turned to a shade of green. He was staring at Frieza with absolute hatred. Gohan could sense his power, it was about as high as Frieza's, if not higher.

"What?" Frieza asked mockingly, "Do you think changing your hair colour will help you beat me? Well you're wrong. Now die!"

Before Frieza could strike, Goku was already behind him and he smashed his fist into Frieza's face with amazing force. It sent him flying into the ground with a huge crash. Frieza had no idea what had just happened. His power had boosted massively, and he now stood on par with Frieza, if not surpassing him entirely. By the time that Frieza had stood up, Goku landed a volley of blows that hit harder and harder with each strike.

"Wha-" Frieza stuttered, "What are you? What is this new power?!"

Goku simply stood and stared at him. "I am the hope of the universe." he told him in a very serious voice, "I am the answer to all living things that cry out for peace. I am the protector of the innocent. I am the light in the darkness. I am truth. Ally to good! Nightmare to you!"
