DESTINY: The Eyes Of A Hunter A Guardian's View

Chapter 1 - The Beginning of The Golden Age

"The Traveler kindled the Golden Age. But we built it. We remembered this with pride, even after so much else has been lost. We settled our solar system and filled it with our work. We know that humans lived longer, flew further, and knew more. We know that countless ancient diseases and hatred were extinguished forever. Human aspiration gives birth to vast engineering projects, sweeping social movements and even new forms of life."

-The Unknown

Golden Age is something we hold dear to our hearts, especially the ones that survived it. Everything was perfect. However, The Golden Age was sparked by what we thought/think was/is a God, The Traveler. When it first arrived in our solar system and began terraforming the different planets we now know and humanity had reached out to The Traveler on Mars and made the first contact. However, that's not all that The Traveler gave, he gave us what we now know, The Light. The Light consisted of healing, new powers, and mystical technologies that led to this age. Again, whatever was breathing was appreciative. But it doesn't stop there; during the Golden Age we had research groups named Clovis Bay, Ishtar Collective, and even gave us the biggest weapon to protect the earth, Rasputin and the Warmind. The Traveler also gifted the Golden Age a new race, the Exo and species called Ahamkara. The Traveler, Earth developed more with computers and medicines. Yet, everything doesn't always come as they seem. When The Traveler came, enemies came. We got the Fallen that seek loot on Venus, Hive that wants to use Rasputin for their purpose, and the Cabal that wants to claim their rights and ownership at the Dust Palace on Mars for themselves. With these enemies gaining knowledge and power, The Golden Age Came to an end with the darkness. The darkness began to attack humanity and drove it back to the planet Earth. The Traveler defended what was left of the human race and with that, sacrifice came about to save humanity or what was left. Whoever survived these tragedies came together to build a city and a tower on Earth underneath the big ball in the sky that we call The Traveler. The Golden Age would never come back like it use too. Now 700 years later, The Traveler still sits on Earth and above the tower and the city that was built. Legends wrote books or journals that many of us had read or was bored with it so they will never forget. But many still question how The Traveler had fought. But for it to happen before anyone's time now, no will ever know.

Now, let me take you back to exactly 50 years after The Traveler's discovery, at the age of 90, Commander Jacob Hardy records his experience from the Ares One mission is the diary that was picked up in a pile of lost rubbish. He explains how The Traveler's dramatic impact on humans' well-being and civilization changed everything while he was studying about the light. We have these things called Cloud Walkers, which for you they're called astronauts. They had led the first Exodus on Mars. The Traveler also terraformed IO. Even created an establishment on the Asteroid Belt for humans and now for the Awoken. Which subsequently became a treasure trove of the industry and The Traveler created silver that was later used after the Reef's post-collapse. But questions still arise, is it an enemy or a God? That's only a little bit we know so far but every day we know more and more, but the question remains; Even so, as it arrived, the darkness followed to destroy anything its path. The Traveler, what are your intuitions? Save us or Kills all again? For the worse?

Questions upon Questions as days go by and we still learn. But for me, I don't trust or befriend The Traveler. I'm neutral about it. I will keep it that way until I see things from my own eyes. Until I see for myself what this big ball of mass in the sky does for me.

My name is Silvia Luna Rose. This is my story, if you found this, I'm dead. Probably for a good cause most likely. However, I'm a hunter, wouldn't be surprised if I got hunted by who knows what or the Vanguard got tired of me, but I HIGHLY doubt that.

This here is after the Golden Age, the day I took my first breath.
