DESTINY: The Eyes Of A Hunter A Guardian's View

"Karina, I'm sorry."

I didn't go see the Queen after the Cosmodrome. I didn't feel like it. Truthfully, I didn't feel right. Just for her to come out of nowhere and demand me to go see the Queen was random and very odd. After reactivating the Array, I got the controls back from Ceres Galliot and went back to the Tower. Something in my gut told me not to go back to the Reef and I followed my gut. I had the opportunity to go see the Mara, but I turned it down and let Biscuit do it for me. Oh before I forget, I renamed Ghost to Biscuit. Furthermore, I have gotten the location of the Black Garden and killed the heart. With that, I been to Mars, Venus, Earth's Moon, and when I thought it was the last time going back to Earth, I went back to Earth again. I was annoyed with that. I defeated Cabal, Hive, More Fallen and even the Vex along the way. I have seen things and done things that amaze me and scares me at the same time. I got praised by helping the Tower and the city. I even played with Shaxx in the Crucible just because I was bored one day and I got him a couple of times, but I did well. I came on top of most of the games. Luckily there are resurrections because man, I died a lot. Still fun either way. I also did the Raid for the Vault of Glass. Atheon thought he has us beat, but we got him. No more Vex underworld God. Luckily my members, Pledis the Warlock which is a Human, Harmony the Titan which is an Awoken, Melissa the Titan and is Human, Jackal-09 is an Exo and is a Hunter, and finally Echo-14 an Exo and is a Warlock as well. Then you have me. A Hunter that has two subclasses now. Arc and Solar. I've pretty much mastered both but I like Arc way much more. Stealthy and sneaky. I also did stuff for Eris Morn. Eris is strange. What I mean by strange, she listens to the rock that speaks to her. I guess it's a good thing because we did defeat Crota which is why the Hive been everywhere in the solar system. Crota, the son of Oryx. Eris was happy when my group defeated him. It was a challenge and we were scared but we did it. No one died and we were the first team to succeed and not give up either. I don't think I could bear to see that. Two raids down, Earth, Moon, Venus, and Mars has been taken back by us Guardians from the Tower. Even though we still patrol those areas for enemies of the darkness we still take our job seriously. Sometimes.

"Silvia Luna Rose, thank you for everything you have done. Ramen is on me." Cayde winked at me as he hopped on his sparrow but he moved up a bit for me to sit behind him. I rolled my eyes as I didn't hesitate to hop on either. Even though he is an Exo, I like him. I think Vanguard can tell but keep their mouth shut because rumors spread around quickly. Moving my brand new gold and white cloak that has a wolf on it behind me as I got on.

"Strength of the wolf is a good look on you. Especially with the Alpha Lupi and the Companion Mask."

I couldn't help but chuckle as I held on to him with my arms around him. "Oh and the Regalia Sleeves from Iron Banner because you know, ya girl won that. Also the Companion Boots. So technically I'm a walking knight."

We both laughed as I laid my head on his shoulder. He makes me calm especially with his lame jokes. Amanda seems jealous maybe because he hangs out with me more and not only that, I do sneak him out of the tower to go get some food. How? I have no idea. I say food and he's just come right on out. It feels good to come out of the Tower every once in a while. It takes a lot of stress off of me and I get to see different people as well. I mean don't get me wrong, I do see different Guardians but they judge you, so I would rather see the city folks more than anything. Better food than the vending machines and what the social spot has as well. Home-cooked meals, better clubs, and better housing. The Tower is a mess to me and I hate it sometimes, but I did meet some wonderful people like the Vanguard, Amanda, and even Saladin with the Iron Banner events that come around. I do like it here. Anyways, I felt the sparrow come to stop as we enter the city, I hopped off first to stretch as Cayde was getting off. Having his sparrow impounded by his little ball of light, Sundance, he turned to me and motioned for me to walk in front of him and I did. I looked around and noticed kids playing in the streets while their parents go shopping for whatever they needed. I smiled as I had to stop midway because I almost ran over one. I smiled as I looked behind me and noticed he chuckled and shook his head, I shrugged my shoulders before I turned around again. For the first time, Cayde's hood is down and he's walking around like no one cares and seemingly so, they don't. Maybe it's because they know they're protected and they know that we as Guardians will do everything to keep them safe. I kept my vow because I can't stand to see people suffer. I can't bear it. Anyways, Cayde walked next to me and pointed yonder and noticed a Ramen shop and nodded.

"Is this your favorite thing to eat? Because honestly, I would go for some pizza." I said as I place my hands in my pocket and eyed him. He shrugged as he eyed me down. I blushed but rolled my eyes. Usually, my armor is baggy to move around quickly but this time my armor is fitted to my right size, so some features do pop out a little bit. Sorta like the attention. He reached over to grab my hand and pulled me to a crowed place. I frown because that was a sudden move. "Cayde!"

"This place has the best pizza in the world. I'm telling you, very cheesy and they also got good drinks too. My homegirl works in the back on her days off. Plus, she's a badass Titan."

"Ahhh, but I was so hoping for fewer people because you know, I got things to do at the Tower," I said with a sigh because I wasn't lying. I had to help Ikora with something that she wouldn't tell me and it's slightly annoying when she doesn't tell me. I told her that I was stepping out so I hope she doesn't think it was like a quick minute. I also told her that I was hungry and probably would take a nap. That's what I should do; look for a place to stay for my downtime. Staying in the Tower is fine and dandy, but I can't just stay up there and be bored either.

"Too bad, we're already at the counter." That was much quicker than I expected to be honest. "Sup Thei, you still owe me money but all is forgiven. May I have 4 slices of pepperoni and-"

"And you're most favorite drink in the world, I know, you come here way too often. For you miss?" Thei was a human and a pretty one at that. She had peachy skin tone and had silky black hair that was in a short, below the shoulder, ponytail with her white chef clothes on that's covered in flour.

"I would like to have something fruity but not strong because I am on duty...somewhat." I yawned but Thei looked at me closely and I do not know what for but it was slightly weird. I turned away as I looked at the pizza shop. It was small but it was cozy. It was a booth that sat up against the wall of a building that I couldn't see clearly because it was getting dark. However, I forgot that I and Cayde were still holding hands and he squeezed them.

"Breaking news, the Reef is calling all Guardians. Mara Sov the Queen of the Awoken and the Reef has opened their satellites for further instructions. Again, breaking news, the Reef is calling all Guardians!"

Cayde looked at me as he moved in front of me because I stopped breathing for a bit. He grabbed my other hand and pulled me into a hug that I didn't want to let go. I began to cry for the first time since I've been reborn.

"Go Sil. You have to go." I shook my head over and over again but he already pushed me back and placed a kiss on my forehead. He let me go fully as I turned around and grabbed my two pizzas just for me to quickly leaned over to kiss him on his cheek and for me to ran away from the booth as quickly as I could. I shoved both of my pizzas down before Biscuit got my sparrow out for me. I hopped on and went straight towards the Tower. Biscuit gave me a bottle of water and I drown it to quench my thirst.

"When I reach the doors of the tower, transmit me to my ship asap," I yelled.

My heart was racing and I couldn't stop it. Thei wasn't looking at me, he was looking at the TV that was mounted on someone else's wall.

My Queen, I will finally see you after all these years.

However, I can't trust you anymore. I know what you did to me.

You will feel my wrath.
