People, spirits, and even gods were destroyed and a after a long period of countless wars and strife, Arnos the demon lord, who knows the impossible, gets sick and bored of the rough world and uses the magic of reincarnation to reincarnate in future.

After 2000 years has passed, the ruthless demon lord has just been reincarnated! However, what awaited him after his reincarnation is a world too used to peace, that his descendants became too weak with low dimensional magic and the Delzogade Devil Academy, established to find any students that might be the demon lord’s reincarnation.

So Anos saw the descendants who got used to peace and became too weak. And it was amazingly low dimensional magic.

What's more, when Arnos enrolled in the Academy he, who is the founder of the devil, his powers are too extraordinary to measure and is thus stamped as “inept”. Being underestimated and avoided by most people there he then strives to climb to the top of the demon race hierarchy to one day reclaim his former title and status.
