Douluo Dalu: White God

*Mubai POV*

"World, are you ready for me?"

I breathed a long sigh of relief while I released a limiter that I placed on my self a long time ago. I rather people looking down on me for thinking that my capabilities are limited to what I revealed than they fearing my full capabilities then scheming against me because of it. What can I say? I choose to always keep my cards close to my c.h.e.s.t, to keep it hidden from the prying eyes.

Spirit energies flowing freely inside me, each and every pore on my body were greedily absorbing energies from the surrounding. On my torso and limbs, white-colored furs with golden strips were growing, my blonde hairs were growing slightly and turned into white-colored also with golden hue on its tips, my body was slightly bulking, my pupils both turned silver-colored with pale-golden retina around it, my canines were sharpened and turned into tiger-like fangs, and tail was materializing on my back with the same color as my fur with the same golden strips.

Six wings made of white-colored feathers also grow on my back with a silverish glow on each of its feathers tip.

My four spirit rings were floated freely on my back, they spun around then fused, forming a dim dark golden colored spirit rings with an intricate pattern that shows the picture of a roaring tiger with the same three-pairs of wings on its back as mine.

Heavenly energies were converged around my body as they absorbed into my body, and as time passed, they make my body that was not covered in fur looks like a certain protagonist from a ninja anime in his chakra mode.

I stopped for a second and raise my right hand then stared at it while mumbling.

"Is this me?"

I turned my head to the right, seeing my reflection on a half-shattered window-glass. In there, I saw my changed eyes, with its majestic splendor, its pupils were thin-slitted like the eyes of the tiger that radiating the majesty of the peak of the food chain.

A song came into my mind and a grin bloomed on my face.

I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter

Dancing through the fire

I took a deep breath, inhaling as much as I could, then releasing earth-shattering and heaven-turning roar. A simple roar, from a legend, that announcing his entrance to the world. A simple roar, from a king, that announcing his rule upon the world. A simple roar, from a God, that announcing his domination of everything.

"ROAR!"

I am a legend! World, know my name!

I am a King! My word is the law!

I am a God! heaven and Earth are beneath me!

I am Dai Mubai, not the evil-eyed sage, not just the prince of a mere Starfall Empire. I am the one who will be known throughout history, as a conqueror that rules the whole world, as a peak of existence that looks down upon all creation.

Excitement overwhelmed me, I flapped my wings and fly to the battlefield. I can't wait to see what kind of power this martial-spirit of mine holds.

"Ant, keep dancing on my palm."

*Tie Leimang's POV*

"Now, How should I handle that thick-skinned reptile?"

Even just thinking about it frustrates me to no end, his skin just as thick as it can be! Even a castle-walls are not that thick! I bet he's the most shameless person in the world! [2]

"ROAR!"

A roar could be heard, a roar that instantly makes me having an urge to kneeled in subservience. The only persons that ever make me feel this were the previous Emperor, that too when I was a mere spirit scholar striving to be a spirit-master! And...

Oh no, what was that?! Could it be...

That brat, the second prince?! But how?! Before this, it just a small urge, and that too just last for a blink of an eye. No, it was different from before, it's not just me, my spirit too was trembled from that one roar.

Really, what kind of secret that the second prince hold?

Can he spare this old man from more surprises? I don't think my heart will be able to take any more than this.

It's a pity I only have a three years old grand-daughter if only she was older, I can betroth her to him...

Wait, does he have a lolita complex? Hm, perhaps it's worth a shot...

*Third POV*

Dai Mubai could be seen descending near Tie Leimang, below him was a corpse wearing a dark-cloak with its back facing the sky, a hole could be seen on its back. Tie Leimang noticing Mubai's presence beforehand, he was surprised with Mubai's stronger presence compared to before and already anticipating his arrival, but he still further surprised seeing Mubai's new look.

"Grand Elder, care to tell me the current state of the city?"

Snapped out of his trance by Mubai's word, Tie Leimang straightened his clothes and coughing slightly to cover his embarrassment.

"Listen to me bra-" Tie Leimang was not able to finish his usual rude remark, because again he felt a suppression when he caught a glimpse in Mubai's eyes that made him swallow his words.

"I mean, your highness second prince, the current state of the city is a total mess. We originally are able to gain a slight advantage using terrain and our number, but one of the enemies' leader was using an area suppression, and our troops are still struggling to resist the suppression, thus we lost our advantage."

'Tch, it's urgent business, so I'll let you fulfill your ego this time, brat! Only this time!' even though he appeared to be subservient on the outside, he still dares to curse in his mind.

Hearing Tie Leimang, Mubai frowned.

'What kind of suppression? I fly all the way here, yet I only feel thick gloomy energies lingering in the air. Although I do feel weird that our men were so sluggish, maybe that's why? The gloomy energies?'

On the way here, Mubai was slaughtering each enemies' Spirit Emperor and below yet he didn't feel his movement hindered or suppressed by anything whatsoever, he's able to contend with spirit saint, but it will take too much of his time and will beat his main purpose to show off his power. Mubai wants to deal with the problem quickly, so wasting time was a big no-no.

'First, I need to cleanse the gloomy energy, then proceed to the next step of the plan.'

Mubai stretched both of his hands outward and close his eyes, heavenly energies were covering him making a sphere-shaped cocoon around him. With each breath that he took the heavenly energies

around him were getting thicker and thicker.

"CLEANSE!"

Mubai snapped his eyes open, flex his muscles, and blast the heavenly energies outward up to a half section of the city. Like a weight suddenly uplifted from him, Tie Leimang feel the suppression in the air suddenly gone. Myriad of peoples were feeling the same thing as him, as they suddenly were able to use their full power unhindered, the first thing that crossed their mind was...

'Is the enemy's general defeated?'

Then with a renewed vigor, they fought more fiercely than before, slaughtering their enemies left and right. The most surprised one of the bunch was, of course, Bune. The moment his spirit ability was canceled, he shocked to the core, because in his memory, the one who's able to achieve this feat was the one and only evil-eyed white sage. Connecting the dot, coupled with the earlier roar that he heard, he came into a conclusion.

'Did he come back? Does his Inheritor already awaken? But who?'

Regardless of whether the evil-eyed white sage was back from the dead, or his inheritor was born or awakened, he knew one thing. And that was, he fvcked up, real hard. The original Evil-eyed white sage had a heavenly attribute, it was a perfect counter of the negative attribute of the Dark spirit master and Devilkin.

Luckily, it seems that it was the latter option, the inheritor was just born or awakened. If it was the former, the moment he cleansed the surrounding of negative energies, he too would be cleansed and lost a part of his abilities, or worse, annihilated along with it.

Bune, along with a few more Devil general were just crossed the Hell, so, they were in a weakened state. Well, all except Malphas, that old coot was already recuperating in this world and having fun since years ago, but was wounded by the former Starfall Emperor and Sage temple master. Even so, Malphas was in an even better state than them.

Bune knew that he needs to kill the Sage inheritor as soon as possible before he claimed the full power of the sage. So he ditched his current opponent and hastily rushed to find the Sage Inheritor.

'I need to find him before the sh*t getting out of hand'

The thing that Bune didn't know was, it was not the Inheritor of the evil-eyed sage of the past that awakened, it was the newborn Monarch of the world, and the heavenly attribute was only its secondary attribute, while its primary attribute would make him puke blood in regret that he didn't flee at the first notice.
