Dream Life

Episode 41: Beatrice Labal

I had no plans to go into the woods today because I have adjustments after spear repairs.

I went to the guild simply in my spare time, but somehow I felt something interesting was about to happen.

And that was quite right.

As I tried to enter the guild, a young Terry rolled down the entrance.

I thought I would have gotten drunk and had a fight anyway, but no one ever came to see me.

Come on, I wondered what would happen if I came to help. I said, "There's Terry rolling outside! Nobody noticed!," he went inside.

When I went inside, Terry's buddies, with their mouths wide open, looked at the counter. When I was caught too and looked at the counter, a man sitting in the hood of a cape and a boy about ten years old talked to Tina at the reception. The child listened to me and turned around.

I saw the kid's face and thought he was beautiful. Yes, if a rich middle-aged woman or a male jizzy or something like that sees it, so much so that she's going to drool and seek it out. But the child's eyes were so full of the power of life that if they saw it, they would be able to pull their hips. Yes, there is no debilitating atmosphere or dust.

I don't have a hobby for loving beautiful boys. But as soon as I looked into his eyes, my curiosity was stimulated.

And to the boy who was about to leave, "Did the boy stretch Terry's?", "he said unconsciously.

The boy has been polite in answering my impolite questions. Apparently, he's a well-educated, upper-class kid.

"I was slashed with a sword, so I magically fought back. I think I'm not injured, but if I seem to be injured, I'll treat it."

I was looking at his legs whining to the word magic, "Well, magic... he said he could heal his injuries too". As far as weight travel, I'm on my feet so I can avoid it at any time, and I don't see any gaps before then.

"You don't seem to be just a magician. Do you feel like you are doing a proper job? Can't help it if Terry gets hit..."

That's what he was whining about before he knew it.

While I was talking to myself, he and the other cape man were on their way to the entrance. I didn't think so, and I rang out, "Wait."

I thought I had a tight tone, but he didn't even look frightened and said, "What can I do for you?" He asked back.

I have such a big body, and the building of my face seems horrible, and my kids often scare me. If you're about this kid, you can manage to talk, but if you're a younger kid than that, sometimes you just come near and cry.

Though I thought I had failed, I said, "Terry's not my cousin or anything, but apparently he annoyed the average guest. I tried to apologize," but he smiled and turned it down.

I get a little funny, I can't help but smile and come closer and say, "Well, don't say that."

I felt like he was going to get up just a little bit, but I decided to ask him his name.

"I'm Beatrice. It's Beatrice Labal. What about the boy?

"It's Zach," he replied, feeling alarmed. If I'm right, I'm an upper-class kid, so it shouldn't be my real name. I'm sure my head spins fast. Thinking about this situation, I thought I'd only communicated my nickname.

When I heard the name Zach, I finally figured out who he was.

Said it was Zacharias Lockhart, a terribly armed kid Ian used to say, and now a genius grabbing the subject in the old town of Doctus.

I get closer as I say, "Could you hang out for a second?"

Then an adventurer in a cape stood in front of me to shelter him.

When the adventurer took the hood of his cape, there stood a beautiful elf woman. The woman stared at me with dark emerald green eyes. I was thinking of something else then. He said he had lived thirty years, but had never seen such a beautiful woman.

I don't mind that. She said, "I'm Lydiane. What can I do for my Zach? He looked up at me with a provocative voice, emphasizing the" mine ”part.

The young guys behind me sound like sighs, but I know exactly how that feels, too. Because if you don't even get jealous when you're so beautiful, it was enough to think about something irrelevant.

I managed to return it to me,

"I want to see the kid's strength in the back training yard. I'm not trying to eat anything else."

Lydiane said, "I'm in a hurry. Besides, what do you want to see with your kids? ♪ And I won't pull a step ♪ Seeing that standing in front of me isn't particularly frightening, it's not what it looks like, it's a lot of skill.

I got funny and started laughing out loud.

"Ahahahaha! I just want to see Zacharias Lockhart's prowess, the genius we're talking about right now. Am I right?

He was surprised to see his eyes open when he just didn't think his name would be told. And he immediately turned it into a vigilant look, staring at me.

When I heard it from Ian - a young adventurer who was attacked by the giant mukade Giant Centipede and helped by Zach and the others - he had put out a little of his original self. Yes, I am not afraid of this, and I have argued with dignity.

I can't see how I would be frightened at all to be stared at by a big woman who is fifty cm tall.

"It doesn't do me any good to see my strength. Even though, I'm annoyed to be told. And he was slashed with a sword. And you're telling me to hang out with you even more? Don't you think that's strange?

I was just a little surprised by the words. And it made me even more delightful, laughing out loud. and bent in to peek into his face,

"Ahahahaha! You're an interesting kid. Aren't you afraid of me? Nice work!

I do this, so I can't stop laughing even though I know I'll be scared.

"If it's beneficial, you're going out with me. Fine. If you want anything, why don't you tell me? You can sleep with him if you want. Ahahahaha!"

I said an extra word. But when I looked at him, he seemed to observe me with a sober eye.

I just added a little awesomeness and looked at him as I said, "You look really different."

He didn't try to take my gaze off, taking that gaze to the front.

Looking at each other for about a few seconds, Lydiane broke in before him again.

And he glanced at me and said, "It's not a grown woman's business to hit a child."

She was certainly right, reflecting that she was a little too well on her way.

When I was thinking about it, he loosened his expression and asked, "Mr. Beatrice is above the third level, right?"

I couldn't think of a reason to answer the sudden question, "Oh, third degree." When I was confused, he talked me into slapping me lightly.

"It's also fascinating to be accompanied, but if you look at my strength and think I deserve a hindsight, could you be my guardian? I want to sign up for the Adventurer Alliance."

I was surprised by the offer. Speaking of college chiefs, he's an elite who's promised the future. I didn't know why he wanted to register as an adventurer like that.

I stopped thinking there. Whatever the thought of this kid, I thought it might be interesting to hang out with him.

And I accompanied him to the training ground behind the guild. I wasn't expecting that much, to the extent that magic and swords were somewhat usable then. Well, I thought you could be my guardian as a nuisance fee.

Terry's people are free, too, and they're on their own. Of course, it's none of my business. These guys aren't party members, they're not cousins. In the first place, I'm not having a fixed party.

Of the Beast Man, I of the Wang Tiger tribe, which is also said to be the strongest, seemed horrible to look at, and I could hardly keep company. We partied together a few times, but when we did the request together a few times, he said, "I'm too strong for you," and they canceled the party. Then I guess I should just put it in a strong party, but that kind of party already has fixed members. So there's little room for me to go in.

The man was the same. Why does a guy like big breasts? Quite a few men come by for my breasts. But a couple of times together, they immediately cut out the goodbye words. “You lose your confidence as a man," he said. Of course, the kind of guy who doesn't look at me and only slaps his chest, he throws it away from me.

I missed the point, but in the end, I had to do it solo. As a result, I was going to be a helper at various parties, and only my face became wider.

Because of that, some of them are like the Terries who call me their sister and admire me, but I'm not taking care of them as much as they call me.

When I got to the training ground, I had a training spear in my hand, and then I let him choose a wooden sword. If what Ian said was true, he was going to make sure of it because at this age he would be a magical swordsman.

He chooses the sword without feeling, "What do you do with magic?," he asked. I thought she was really crazy. If you were the head of the college, it would be normal to compete with magic.

I was going to let you use magic from the start, so I said, "At this distance, it seems like it would be difficult just to cast a spell normally. I'll let you shoot me first," he said. At that time, I was misreading his prowess. Any genius would have trained there swords since he was only ten years old, but that would be impossible to reconcile with magic.

"Then let me attack first."

That's what he said, and he started casting magic spells that I didn't know.

At the end of the spell, a clear bird flies out of his right hand. When it came to being in the midst of a simulated battle, its transparent bird had so much finished beauty that it was blinded.

I immediately regained my mind and set myself up to intercept. To clap it out, it went up to the ceiling like a circle.

I didn't understand what happened for a moment. But I felt something dangerous about the transparent bird that went up there, and I was paying attention to him, too. Not sure how I'm going to behave, he's going to cast the same spell I just did.

I looked at it and doubted my own eyes.

This land pattern called Doctus, often acts with the sorcerer. Naturally, I am proud to have more knowledge of magic than adventurers on other lands.

So I was flashed by the insanity that activated the two magics in parallel.

That wasn't all his insanity was. He attacked from behind with the magic he flew first, and then he aimed at his feet with the magic he unleashed. In the first place, I've never even seen anything here in Doctus, such as manipulating magically flown objects of my own free will. At the knee of this Sorcerer's Guild.

But if that's all, I could still handle it. That wasn't all he was afraid of.

He kept his magic flying, and he kept me in a situation where I had to deal with it, and I followed that gap. He showed incredible instantaneous power with his child, and he slashed me.

I braced my stomach there. All attacks cannot be prevented. Then give up the magic that flies at your feet, trying to cope with the frontal sword that can be fatally wounded and the magic that comes to your head.

I haven't burned in a long time. Does the blood of the Wang Tiger tribe make you do that, when it comes to battle, your mood exalts. And when I met the mighty enemy, it got stronger.

Yes, I was getting hot on my 10-year-old counterpart.

He approaches to fly with all his might. I used my whole body muscles, just like that, to jump towards him. He didn't expect me to behave, or gave me a slightly confused look.

So I realized.

This kid is a genius, but he says he lacks experience. But I knew instinctively that he was aware of it, too.

I thought it was funny.

I attacked him with the best moves I could have.

Follow his gaze and avoid the magic coming from behind. But I remembered it was magic I could move freely, and I slapped it down with a spear so I wouldn't come back.

He gave me a surprised look, but I laughed with pleasure at the look on his face. And he rolled out a spear at him confused.

As I expected, he was inexperienced. Changing the speed of the first and second blows, his response quickly turned to the rear.

He's not wearing protective gear. I knew that, so I was going to add some relief for once, but when the tip of the spear went into the dovetail, he punched around throwing up a backlash.

I was in a bit of a hurry. He said he never hit a ten-year-old, no matter how much he was studying.

As I reflected, the magic that had been aimed at my feet hit my left thigh. At the moment of the hit, I was ready for the pain, but apparently he was a better handler, disappearing without scratching the leather armor even though it was wind attribute magic.

I was surprised several times today. Ordinary magicians don't change the quality of magic. Whether simulated or somewhat weakened, they seldom perform a fine art that alters the sharpness.

He was throwing up gastric juice and trying to get up.

Even with a blow that prevents even a large adult from standing up, he stood up with his sword as a cane and asked, "Do you want to play another battle? It's also without magic," I've normally said.

I lost my spare time earlier and couldn't answer. How rigorously trained can you stand up like this? If you're the young guys watching behind you, if you take this much damage, you should be resting long enough.

The guys I was watching around seem to think the same way and lose their words.

Because of my silence, he looked a little troubled and said, "Well, can we just get this over with?," he asked.

I said, "Who are you?," he muttered in a plundered voice.

He has answered that soliloquy with discipline.

"I'm Zacharias Lockhart. Students at the Tilia School of Magic. Nothing more or less, though?

I didn't know what to say to him, and I said, "It's been a long time. The only thing that surprised me so much was".

And I remember that I had been magic, and I said, "I'm sorry about earlier. I was licking your magic," he lowered his head.

Later, we made up our minds without magic.

The arm of the sword was phenomenal as a child of this age, and seemed to surpass a swordsman of about grade seven who was over twenty.

Best of all, the speed is great.

They attack me fast enough to make me mean it. I just didn't let it get into my nostalgia because of the difference in spear and sword reach, but it still dodged my spear easily. Of course, if you were serious about your moves, you'd never lose, but it was still an arm that made me think you could be serious.

His attacks were even more varied.

I learned from my plan that I was studying authentic swordsmanship, but not only that, but that I was attacking like a foot payer and adding a barely clapping motion. If the other guys were younger than me, they would have flirted with the move and he would have taken the lead.

Besides, the throwing sword I'm wearing on my hips is not a decoration, I guess. I didn't use it this time, but if I was as talented at throwing as a sword, it might have been difficult to take advantage of the spear reach.

But unfortunately his stamina didn't last. Though I wanted to go on a little longer, I played my sword and stuck a spear in my throat.

He thanked me with a satisfied smile.

I wondered for a moment, but soon I knew his intentions and was a little embarrassed. And I said, "It's not like you're thanking me," and I lowered my spear.

I really wanted to be his guardian. And I also want to see how strong this kid gets.

I made it a condition to be my guardian. It's a condition of having a party with me.

When I said it, he looked so frightened that he didn't understand. Honestly, I'm scratched.

He said, "Can you say it again?," he asks in polite words.

While I hid my inner disappointment, I repeated that the condition for being my guardian was to party with me.

It feels like he said he doesn't know what to do, and he speaks to Lydiane, who was behind him. She understands my intentions, turns a disgruntled face to me, but she didn't answer his question.

With the look of trouble, I've been asking if it's permanent to throw a party.

I almost said that if I had this way of inviting you, it wouldn't normally be a temporary party, but I honestly tried to tell you how I felt.

But he shook his head to the side so that he couldn't understand, and he had clearly said no.

To be honest, I didn't expect you to say no.

I'm a little dented.

And in order to mislead the wounded mind, I had to clap my shoulders with a big hand gesture and say, "You've been shaken."

But I didn't give up. I asked her out again to see if I could put it together sometimes.

He nodded at it.

I said in a tone that went further to hide my joy, "Okay. This Mr. Beatrice will be your guardian."

"Nice to meet you," he lowered his head deeply with a serious look.

Feeling just a little lonely about that approximate trick and telling it thoughtfully, he started to talk normally like a buddy.

The next day we were to see the strength of a little magician, his childhood tame, Sharon.

Sharon was a little adorable girl only as far as my waist, and a beautiful girl who seemed to believe me when I said noble lady.

At first I wondered if I was really going into the woods. Still, I crouched in front of her to get closer to Sharon and gaze at her because Zach was saying so.

That was the failure.

Sharon was frightened of me and screamed small. I thought I'd done it again and apologized to her.

But Zach took care of Sharon so he could protect me. And he said, "I think Beatrice is beautiful. I'm not scared of anything just because I'm big," he said.

I felt my face get hot.

I've never been told that in person before. It's also surrounded by a beautiful woman and a beautiful girl named Lydiane and Sharon, and I was asexually glad he said so. Even if it was a care for me, my guardian.

I rose up in those words, and could only delude my reddened face.

And the four of us went into the woods. But the first demon I met wasn't good.

A killer bee (killer hornet) is a dangerous monster with a powerful poison. The motion is linear, but if you get stabbed, this one becomes non-combatant. If there are ten of them, they usually escape.

But Zach laughed when he said a good duck had arrived and said Sharon and I were going to attack.

I thought he misjudged me because of lack of experience.

That's when I decided to be ready.

That if there were ten killer hornets, you and Lydiane would be able to defeat each other.

But Lydiane, who was supposed to be a veteran, didn't look worried and, conversely, had an extra grin.

And I knew immediately why.

They lured themselves into Killer Hornet by exposing themselves, and unleashed the Wind Attribute Magic Blade tornado (Tornado Slash) at the same time. The two breathed perfectly and two tornadoes of exactly the same size appeared at the same time.

I honestly don't remember much after that. Maybe his head refused to understand because he defeated Killer Hornet so easily.

I finally understood that the girl who said I was Sharon was also a genius.

And I became her guardian.

That evening, I was to celebrate my encounter with me and Zach and his adventurers registering for a feast.

I was invited to Zach's house, but I was even more surprised.

I had a bath.

When it comes to bathing, it is common sense that it is only found in royal or grand aristocratic mansions. Even this Doctus will probably be in the house of the Alliance's greats.

And what's even more surprising is that the bath is magically watered and magically boiled. Even in this city, which is the lap of the Sorcerer's Guild, no one uses magic to do that.

Well, I thought Zach and the others might, but I don't know how to take a bath. He was aware of it, too, and had instructed Lydiane to teach him how to get in.

Its Lydiane, but she must have caught one when she went to buy bread and booze. Because it made me smell like alcohol and I was feeling pretty cheerful.

That would be fine, but when I got drunk, I started touching my body with pets after I taught him how to take a bath.

I have no hobbies for women to love each other. It doesn't mean I don't like being touched, but Lydiane is interested in my chest and teases me as I touch her by saying, "That's big," or, "What's in it?" I thought it looked like a drunken jerk in a liquor store.

When I was in trouble, Zach let me out of the house and I managed to relax and soak myself in the water. I've never known it since I came in. The bath is such a pleasant thing.

I took a bath and tried putting my sleeves through one of the room clothes I have available, but it's still small. But there was nothing I couldn't wear, so I went straight back to Zach and the others, but when he looked at me, he suddenly turned red.

Yes, he's shy to look at my body.

Earlier, I felt only a little superiority because I didn't seem to feel anything when Lydiane came out, but I got embarrassed this way because he seemed so embarrassed. I hurried to get dressed that I couldn't even talk about this.

After that, he pounded his tongue on a good dish and told a lot of stories.

About their hometown, about the college, and about fighting in the woods.

The most surprising thing was that in the five years leading up to his graduation from college, he was about to become more than a court sorcerer and even a veteran mercenary-like swordsman.

He doesn't seem to understand very well, but being a magical swordsman of level forty or higher is quite rare. I'm guessing you haven't noticed that because there's a Level Forty Over Demon Archer nearby who says Lydiane. But the meaning is completely different for a swordsman who predominates in melee and a archer who has the same range attack as magic.

As a magical swordsman, with all that strength, you can join the majority of the Knights, and it's not strange for a mercenary to build his own mercenary regiment. Normally, talented people continue to work hard for more than twenty years and are on a level enough to be the first. He's trying to accomplish it in just five years.

This girl seemed in a hurry to me. Yes, he said he was trying to make it in time for something.

I wanted to know that, but it's still the second day we met. You shouldn't be asking from me. No, the usual me, I wouldn't have hesitated to ask. But this time he was reluctant to hate me.

This is something no one can tell you, but I was fascinated by this kid named Zach. Rather than being fascinated by the looks and talents, I was fascinated by the older men, yes, by the likes of his inclusiveness.

I think it's a funny story myself.

It's not so strange to say he's my son, but I feel like he's going to protect me and wrap me up.

It's a totally stupid story.

On his way home, he dropped me off. I envied Lydiane and Sharon living with him in this house at that time.

And I was whining, "I wonder how we never met sooner".

Luckily he didn't hear me, so good, but if he had, I would have been ashamed enough to get a fire out of his face.

Still, I want to thank God we met yesterday. At least he didn't turn me down. And because you gave me time to spend with you.
