DXD: Hard To Kill

"Look I can't just kill every single goblin in the world" stated the silver eyed crimsonette

"I see, why not?" asked the armored man across from him

"Well the only way I could, would be to burn my way towards this planet's core and blow it up." Shiro deadpanned at the Goblin Slayer "And that would also kill everyone else in this worl- Oi where are you going?" He asked as the Goblin Slayer was aleady halfway out the door

The aforementioned Slayer of Goblins just turned his head "To kill the goblins" he replied before shutting the door leaving the shinigami alone in the adventurer's building

"And that's what he said before shutting the door on me, seriously how does he expect me to kill all the goblins without killing everything else in the world!?" complained the protagonist as he was currently playing battlefield with Ophis as Kuroka patted his back

Suprisingly the dragon god's skill at the game was high. It was so high that she was on the level of pros, perhaps due to being able to move at inhuman speeds helped.

"mmm... unreasonable" was the dragon god's reply to her roommate and mate's complaints while she singlehandedly gunned down an entire squad and stole their vehicle

"I think you should take a break, you know, my sister has been asking about you~" Kuroka teased as she offered advice

"I guess I should, and should you really be trying to set me up with your sister?" Shiro questioned the nekoshou

"Nya~ there isn't a day that goes by that she doesn't ask about you. Shirone might get mad if you continue to avoid her like the rest of your family." said the raven-haired cat

"Fine, I guess I should check up on the plot" conceded the shinigami

"Plot?" asked the confused nekoshou

"Don't worry about it" He instantly waved off the question

"I'm not wearing that" Kuroka refused as she looked at the ridiculous Sombrero-mustache combo

"Come on, you said you would join us in this" Pushed the black-hair dyed shinigami as he and ophis were already in disguise

"I said that I didn't mind playing the violin, I never said anything about wearing that" deadpanned the nekoshou

Shiro just sighed in defeat "What will it take?" the disguised shinigami asked

"What will what take?" asked Kuroka as she pretended not to know what her lover was talking about

"What, do I need to give you... to get you to wear this" he finished hoping she wouldn't ask for something outrageous

"A date" stated the black haired cat

"A date?" repeated Shiro but more as a question

"Yes, I just want to spend more time with you. But you're always either not around or playing games with Ophis. So I want a date, oh and you also need to talk to your mom" She confirmed with absolute seriousness

"Wait, what do I have to visit my mo-" She cut him off

"When my sister and I were taken in, your mom would ask about you for days. You can't keep avoiding this forever." she said as she directed her golden orbs at him

"Alright I promise, but I need atleast a week" Shiro conceded

The sombrero-mustache combo was already gone from his hand as the black haired kitty wore them with a sly smile

Shiro's eyes widened "You just wanted me to promise to take you on a date didn't you?" He asked realizing he was tricked

"Convincing you to do something outside the house is just so difficult that I had to make you promise nya~" She replied the joy never leaving her face "You visiting your mom is just a bonus" The nekoshou added towards the dumbstruck shinigami

At the Hyodo household as Issei sat beside the bedridden nun he thought back at how it all happened. They were winning the match against Rizer. He was able to beat Rizer down despite his regeneration, he was able to shrug off the flames with his scale mail. Then the bastard took Asia hostage and threatened to burn her to ashes. They were forced to surrender to that coward. As he look down to the magic circle that Miss Grayfia gave him earlier he couldn't wait to save Rias and beat that man with an inch of his life

"Well you look like you're about to do something interesting" came a voice behind the dragon emperor

"Shiro!? When did you get back?" he exclaimed as he hadn't seen his old teacher in awhile

"Just recently, but anyway it looks like your friend isn't in good shape over there" the shinigami said as he examined the nun

"Yah, that bastard Rizer burned her and threatened to keep going if we didn't surrender" Issei said with a clenched fist

"Now I need to go save Rias an- what are you doing?" he asked as his teacher began breathing cold breaths onto his friend/little sister figure

"Oh right, you've never seen me heal you before as you've always been knocked out when I did it. This is a spell called 'Winter's Embrace', pretty handy for healing external and internal wounds. It helps a little with things like poison and mental damages aswell but not as much as physical wounds" Shiro explained as he finished encasing the nun in a block of ice

"Don't worry about her she should be good as new in about 10-15 minutes tops. But onto more important things, we've got an engagement party to crash right?" the disguised shinigami said with a smirk

The future harem king returned it with his own smirk as they got ready to crash the party

"And now I present to you my bride, Rias Gremory!" the blonde exclaimed as a magic circle appeared revealing the crimson haired devil

The door exploded, and within the smoke showed 4 figures. Issei Hyodo with a hand covering his face as he was once again questioning what was going on with his life. And a trio of sombrero-mustache wearing musicians each equipped with different instruments. Before anyone could say anything the trio started playing their respective instruments of guitar, violin and trumpet like a classic mariachi band. When the playing stopped the trio took a dramatic bow.

Rizer wasn't sure if he hired the band for the party or not
