Hisoka then attacked Togari. During their battle I finally understood why Hisoka said Togari did not deserve to be an examiner. Togari could only use basic techniques such as Ten and Ren and even with them he wasn't so proficient. Before Togari was killed the examiner from the first stage came and saved Togari. They looked alike so first stage examiner could be Togari's big brother. This could also explain why Hunter association could hire Togari as a examiner. Like in the original Togari received many scars to his face from Hisokas attacks.

Hisoka then was disqualified from the Exam. He was then taken away from the island as he was deemed too dangerous for other participants. After he was disqualified second stage continued. Because there was no winner I received no points from fight with Hisoka. I looked around and challenged two people. They gave up even before fight started. From them I received 99 points making my point count to 200. So I passed the second stage.

I went to the nearest tree and closed my eyes to take a nap.

When I opened my eyes people were still fighting. I just looked at everyone.

The first one who caught my eyes was Tonpa. He was fighting the teen who was ages between 15-19. From their fight I knew Tonpa will lose.

When I was observing the battle crazy idea came to my mind. What if I help Tonpa out and take him to the finals and finally at the end I would crush his dreams of becoming a hunter.

Nah, I'm too lazy for that.

After few hours the battles ended. In total 174 people passed the second stage. Then two enormous sh.i.p.s arrived to the island. Those who failed the Exam were taken away in one of them. Others who passed got into other ship.

This ship had everything needed for comfortable travel. I went to the training room(Yes, that ship had training room). And started to train myself. The fight with Hisoka was quite tiring as I never fought such a strong Nen Master. I had used many advanced techniques in a fight which was quite tiring. And used up month and a day of my lifespan.

I was really surprised when he survived my explosion as it was quite powerful. Hatsu abilities that have a limitations with lifespan are one of the most dangerous. And death is the ultimate limitation. That's why after death many Hatsu abilities receive a heavy boost. Just like in a Fight between Hisoka and Chrollo. In that fight Hisoka died, but using his ability he revived himself. After he revived himself his ability received a heavy boost after which he started to hunt the spiders.

But that has nothing to do with me as at that time I would be more powerful than any Phantom Troupe member or Hisoka

It took us 5 days and we finally arrived at the site of new stage. What a surprise it was another island.

All the people who passed the second stage left the ship. There was no one except one person.

He was a person with super long legs. He wore a suit and looked like a gentleman.

He looked at all the people and said, "Hello ladies and gentlemen, My name is Karl and I would be an examiner for the third stage of the Hunter exam. Third stage of the Exam is called "Treasure Hunt". There is total of 50 treasures located across the Island. You just have to find one of those treasures to pass this stage. But beware as every treasure is guarded by a beast and you have to beat it to get the treasure. If you can't you will become that beasts prey. Now go and search for riches in this island."
