I looked at everyone and said, "What a coincidence all of the applicants meeting here on this fateful day"

Slightly skinny person scoffed at my words and answered, "You are just muscles and no brain you think it's a coincidence that everyone gathered here today? If you really don't understand then let me explain to you in what situation you are now. You are blocked by all of us and you can't escape. You're just the helpless bird that is trapped in a cage. Even thought you are quite strong but wars won not by quality of the commanders but the quantity of the infantry."

I looked at everyone and asked, "Is he answering for everyone?"

No one said a word but the slightly wiser ones touched their weapons ready for battle.

I looked at the skinny guy and asked, "So how did you track me?"

He looked at me and answered, "You are gonna still die so let me explain. As you see I too am a Nen practitioner and I already developed my own Hatsu ability. Using it I could plant an invisible tracker and share it with other people."

I mockingly looked at him and said, "So you have no offensive attacked and still dare to try and kill me?" After I finished those words I controlled the bird Hooded Pitohui and made it pluck out skinny guys eyes.

When other applicants saw what happened to their leader they trembled from fear.

I looked at everyone and said, "So you wanted to get rid of the strongest competitor before the finals. It is a good plan but you forgot one thing and that is I never saw you as my competitors. You all are nothing but an Ants to me so come to me and I'll send you to meet the creator."

After finishing my words I unsheathed my katana and went to the battle. But you could hardly call this a battle as it was a one sided massacre.

When I swiped my sword I easily cut thru the throats of many applicants. Just after a minute only around ten people were left from the initial forty eight people.

Those ten people simultaneously kneeled before me and started to beg for forgiveness.

"Please we just wanted to pass this exam and we made a grave mistake." They all said.

I looked at them and answered coldly. "Raise your necks to be cut."

One big guy couldn't control himself and yelled, "Please spare my little brother. I made a mistake and it was all my fault. I was the one that brought my brother to attack you he is innocent. Please kill me but spare my dear little brother. He never even had a girlfriend and he has his whole life ahead of him. Kill me but don't kill my brother."

One of the other applicants with a crying face looked at that big guy and then at me and said. "Please don't listen to my brother, just kill me and leave him alone. Our parents died when we were young and he always took care of me. Me means everything to me and I just couldn't let him die here. Please spare my older brother and kill me. You can even stab me 300 times and kill me many more times but please spare my older brothers life."

From their words I felt their sincerity and their love for each other.

I looked at them and answered, "I feel your sincerity. And I know you both are remorseful about your actions. You did everything to pass the exam and I don't blame you for that. Because of their brave actions I have great respect for all of you as you braved your fear and attacked me with all your might. And even before death you din't ask for forgiveness and just wanted to save your loved ones. This action of yours is truly praise worthy. Even thought you are all Ants to me you have showed great bravery and earned my respect."

All those ten people heard my words and were really happy as they had the chance to escape from here.

I calmly and warmly said to those ten people, "I'm a merciful person so die with peace. I will always remember your brave words forever. Now go and meet the great person who sent me here. There you may even be able to drink Pepsi with him."

After saying those words I cut off their heads and fed their eyes to Hooded Pitohui for those people could see new horizons in the belly of this bird and live forever(30 days).

I looted their belongings and oh god did they have so much money. All of them had VIP accounts in many different banks. After this Hunter exam I would thank them by drinking cup of wine for them using their money. I searched and also found quite the bunch of useless trash. I just threw away the trash.

After that I found the nearest tree and was trying to climb the branch an have a nap and remembered that all the trees here are poisonous. Just then I knew I have to leave this place as fast as I can or I could never have comfortable nap.
