Enigma: Being Chased By A Sly Ghost Husband

At this moment, Ryujin was confirmed that there was someone doing this intentionally with a real purpose. The event that happened yesterday, earlier, and right now must have a connection.

Someone was surely trying to mess with her, and thinking about who it could be left an unsettling feeling within Shin Ryujin.

It would be great if Ryujin could say that she had not offended anyone. However, that was not the case. She had offended way too many people than she could remember.

Getting her anger under control was more or less a difficult task for Ryujin, and due to that, she ended up enraging couple of people. However, she could not think of anyone who would be going this far.

Did she actually offend someone this petty?

There were two choices for Ryujin now. Either she goes after the man that attacked her or turn a blind eye to the entire thing.

Ryujin pressed her lips into a thin line while she fell into a thin line, and that's when, the wall in front of her fell into her line of sight. Seeing that, an idea came inside of her mind.

Wearing a smiling expression, she made her way towards the wall. It was strange how there were no footsteps or how she could not sense any presence behind her; Ryujin believed for her senses to be quite keen.

Maybe the person after her was trained and professional.

But that was what made the things with difficult for Ryujin. If she had to deal with someone like that, she knew that she would not be able to handle it on her own.

But to her, it did not make sense on why anyone would be wasting their money sending someone this good after her?

The name Jeon Hyunbin appeared in her mind at that instant, and seeing that how these all happened right after she had slapped him, she wondered whether or not this had a connection with him.

The man seemed to be someone with a big pride, and getting slapped by her in front of everyone must have hurt that ego of his. It was quite understandable for him to send someone after her.

Clenching her hand into a tight fist, she let out a sigh and made a sharp turn as the wall curved towards the left. Almost instantly, she entered into the gap in middle of the wall and concealed herself in the darkness. While doing that, she made sure that no sound was created.

That's when, it fell into her eyes. Due to the darkness, she was not properly discern the figure, but seeing the hand before her, Ryujin reacted fast.

Wearing a victorious smirk upon her features, she extended her hand towards it and was about to capture the person's wrist. But that's when, something startling happened.

That man seemed to have noticed her presence and made a run towards the other direction, escaping from Ryujin's grip upon his hand.

Shin Ryujin was too shocked to watch his running figure.
