Fenrir: The Wolf Overlord

Chapter 11 - First Day of School

'I might have said that I don't care anymore but...'

"Why are we going to eat together?"

Cipher questioned out as he looked at Yui tiredly. She was right now preparing some dinner for both of them. But the amount she made was fascinating.

All in all, the table contained a total of five dishes by now and she was still bringing more out. Just seeing this, he had already become a little spooked out.

One factor may be because it was his first time to see so many types of foods at the same time. But the main reason was because he knew this amount would be difficult for even him to finish, but only in his human form.

"I am sorry. I cooked quite a lot because I was happy."

Yui laid another plate down and sat down on the opposite side of the table. Cipher sighed and stared at her with a tired expression. He had also taken down his mask because he felt guilty of bringing up the matter to her. So, his expression had become a lot more vivid than before.

"Are you always like that? Talking to everyone happily and all?"

"No."

"So, why did you suddenly start to talk so much?"

"Is it something bad?"

She tilted her head a little and asked out in a soft tone. Cipher silently nodded his head. He would really be pleased if this girl didn't talk much. After all, he viewed silence as the most pleasant thing of all.

"...I don't always talk this much. It is just, you are so similar to me. I was also happy to finally have a friend."

'Friend, huh...'

"I am sorry if that annoyed you. I will try to speak only when necessary."

Yui finished in a soft tone with a little tinge of sadness in her tone. Cipher shook his head tiredly and decided to just eat the food given to him. But before he did that, he still had to say something.

"I am not annoyed. So, you can speak as much as you want."

Hearing his words, Yui immediately perked up and smiled. But after seeing him already starting to eat, her smile vanished and she wanted to say something to him. But she decided to remain silent in the end.

After a while, she picked up her own chopsticks and joined her hands.

"Itadakimasu."

"I wanted the two of us to be in the same class."

"There is nothing we can do about that."

Cipher and Yui casually talked as they headed to U.A. High School together. It was their first day so they were required to arrive quickly. But both of them didn't really seem to care about it much.

"...I was even so happy to find out that you were also going to attend this school."

"I know."

Cipher spoke out in a somehow amused tone. For the past two weeks, since he thought he had made a friend, everyday was tiring but new in it's own way.

It was somehow just like the time he spent with Sorahiko. The only difference being everyday was annoying and new, when he was with the old man.

The two of them, especially Yui talked a lot. Cipher wanted to say something about it but it wasn't like her talks were all that annoying. So, he remained silent and just listened to her almost everyday.

Due to this, he had once come to learn that she was accepted in the hero course of U.A High School, so she moved to Tokyo from Shimane Prefecture. He was quite surprised but he soon revealed his acceptance as well.

At that time, Yui acted like a little kid with a huge smile on her face. But seeing her happy, Cipher also unusually felt a little pleasant.

Going back to the main subject, he had also come to know various things about her past and all. He did feel a little responsibility to tell her about his past as well, but his past was crooked up unlike hers.

So, he decided that he will just reveal it when the time seems right. Yeah, it was the best decision he could think of at that time. Even Yui seemed to be somehow okay with it.

Even though she talked a lot, she was still giving him some space when he needed it. She was trying to make him get used to her presence.

Knowing this all, Cipher was really grateful to her.

"Ah... We have reached my class."

Yui spoke out in a somewhat sad tone. Cipher looked up at the huge door and slightly nodded his head. It was surely Class 1-B as the sign was written over the whole door in an exaggerated way.

"Let's meet up after our classes end. We will go home together."

"Okay."

Cipher nodded his head once again and silently watched Yui walking up to the door. Before she entered, she turned back to face him and waved her hand with a smile on her face.

Cipher also returned the gesture and watched her enter the class. After which, he turned around with a blank expression and then proceeded to search for his own class.

Some time later, he reached the front of his class. He couldn't help but smirk when he realized that it might be both an annoying but exciting experience at the same time.

'Interesting. Is that kid also a student, even more from my class... Really interesting.'

He licked his lips excitedly, and started walking once again. After he reached the back of the boy, he spat out with a blank tone.

"Don't stand in the way, vomit kid."

"Ah..."

The boy, Midoriya Izuku immediately stuttered out and walked to the sides. Cipher walked past him casually.

"Nice to meet you. I a...."

A person with glasses brought his hands forward. Cipher didn't even notice him and passed by him as well.

He had entered the classroom but he was instantly a hundred times more annoyed. He was searching for a good place to seat while trying his best not to look at a certain person, in this case a fellow student.

*Thud*

But in a way, he already knew that things never go the way he wants. After hearing the loud sound of a desk flipping over, he looked over the source and sighed.

"I have been waiting for you, Cipher."

A annoying bastard was present in the class as well. Inasa Yoarashi shouted out excitedly as he approached Cipher with large strides.

'Why do I have to be in the same class as this bastard?'

But before Yoarashi could come near him, a tired and unmotivated voice stopped everyone in the class from moving.

"If you are here to make friends, go somewhere else...."

Cipher looked at the person who spoke and was quite satisfied. But all the others in the class seemed to be completely silent. Nobody could blame them. A person still in his sleeping bag arrived in the classroom. Anybody would be surprised. Anybody except people like Cipher who don't give a shit.

"...This is the hero course."

Cipher soon ignored him and started walking to a nearby empty seat. It was the cornermost seat beside the window, so he was quite satisfied. But at the same time, he was a little annoyed because Yoarashi, the annoying bastard was sitting right in front of him.

"Okay, it took eight seconds before you were quiet."

Cipher finally took a better look at the person that entered the classroom. He was clearly the teacher but he didn't recognize him at all. For the first time, he failed to recognize a pro hero just like his looks.

"Time is limited. You guys are not rational enough."

The man proceeded to talk without considering the mental state of the students present.

"I am your homeroom teacher, Aizawa Shota. Nice to meet you."

Many students gasped at his introduction. All of their face were full of disbelief. It was a logical action. Nobody will believe someone who looks like he has just woke up, could be a teacher.

But Cipher simply smirked at his introduction. Now he finally knew who this man was.

'Aizawa Shota, also known as Eraserhead. So, you are the hero that is able to erase other's quirk.. This school sure has a lot of interesting teachers.'

"It is kind of sudden, but put this on and go out onto the field."

The homeroom teacher spoke out as he took out a uniform from his supposedly sleeping bag.

"Teacher, shouldn't there be a orientation at the beginning of a school year?"

The glasses guy questioned out in a respectful way. Cipher finally looked at him properly and accepted his existence, unlike before.

"You are here to become heroes and heroes don't have time for formalities."

Aizawa exclaimed shortly and left the classroom. Everyone was surprised but they soon left the classroom one by one.

Cipher was the last to leave the classroom completely annoyed, along with Inasa Yoarashi following right behind him.

"We are aiming for the top, my rival."
