Frozen Soul Trapped In Box Of Love

I try to close my eyes and get through the night. Liam was sleeping downstairs. Zaden was nowhere to be seen. Seems he was roaming with his new body. I wish he didn't do stupid thing even though I clearly warn him to behave. It was 3 am and I still thinking about everything that just happen.

"Cant sleep?"

"Zaden"

He was sitting at my window. I thought I already close it, but it seems open and he was dazzling under the moonlight. His pale skin and the water from his wet hair dripping on my floor.

"You swimming in the sea?"

"How do you know?"

"You dripping my floor wet"

He click his tongue and a blue flame appear. In a second everything got dry and I let out a soft sigh.

"Carefull... I dont want you to burn my house"

He nodded but a wicked smile doesnt leave his face.

"Its been a while since I can taste the water"

Zaden close his eyes, imagine the water that flow between his skin. There was one thing I hate being his master. I can feel him, when he get into deep emotion. Things also flowing inside my head. But seems the thing is just one way round. He cant sense my emotion.

"Do you want me to sing a lullaby?"

"It's fine, I will sleep eventually. Zaden, I need go to work in the morning. Please look after Liam when I'm not around"

"I am not a babysitter, princess"

"Please, I wish I can ask you politely"

"Alright, but I also need a favor."

I know what he want. Like I said, I know what he feel. To save the energy, I want this argument to end quickly.

"Three days, help me tomorrow and I let you free for three days"

He smile and nodded. Actually there was so many things that I wanted to asked. But my mind get too exhausted and I know there was lot of time later. Suddenly I hear he was humming. And slowly my eyelid getting heavier.

The next thing I know, I heard someone coming for me. It's too loud, not from the outside, but it gets loud in my mind.

"Morning princess, time to wake up"

I open my eyes and the sunlight from the window feels so warm in my skin. I never knew that I could appreciate the sun like this. Something near the window just smiling at me.

"Its you..."

I see, its Zaden feeling that get through my head. I should learn to control this ability. I need to get used with his presences from now on. He definitely will stick around me.

"Its been a two hundred years since I can feels this warm touch"

I rolled out from my bed, and tidied my hair. I wonder what should I make for breakfast this morning. I saw Zaden from the mirror. He was tall and have slim figure. I seems familiar with this figure. But where?

"What do you want for breakfast Zaden?"

"I already prepared the breakfast, you should hurry and go to work. I bet Mr.Perfect will get grumpy today"

"Is this really you? Or am I just imagining thing that you are actually try to kill me last night"

I can't believe, he is the same creature that want to kill me last night. I wonder if all those just a dream.

"Hey princess, do you prefer the grumpy Zaden? I can live with that one too"

"As long as you didnt try too kill me, anything is fine"

I take a shower and wear a blue sea shirt with a black denim pant. I tie my purple burgundy hair and get downstairs to check on Liam.

He was still sleeping at the couch. He was sweating all over. It was cold as ice and I see a bowl of water with few towel around the couch. I touch his c.h.e.s.t, and I felt his beating heart.

"He still breathing, it just the poison still running through his veins. But it will be fine in the evening."

"How was he? I saw his wound has been burn but I think his internal organ still bleeding."

"I already patched all the hole"

He was smilling and understand what he means. Its weird when you have this kind of connection. I sit at the table and eat the breakfast. I dont know how a night soul eater could possibly prepare scramble egg and a french toast.

"This is unexpected"

"Well I am being around human for more than hundred years, but this is my first time doing it."

"Thank you Zaden"

"It was your favorites until you was five"

I sense some sorrow and sadness from him, but I couldnt hear his last words. I was trying to ask but then I heard a knocked sound from the window. Before I could respond I saw Liam standing and grab his coat. Zaden was putting me behind him.

"Whats wrong?"

"They are here"

Liam strangely was standing and walking. Wait, its not him, it was something that holding to him. I thought I seeing things but the black and grey thing become more and more visible to my eyes. I run to the door and touch the shadow.

"Where are think you are going?"

"Its fine Aya, he need a proper recovery"

I look the woman who standing in front the door. With a cool brown leather jacket and a tight black jeans. She holding a gun and aiming to Zaden.

"Mona, wait!"
