Frozen Soul Trapped In Box Of Love

Aya leaned her forehead on the mirror of the clear glass window. She could feel the coldness that touched her skin.

She closed her eyes and after a while she opened it. She still sees the same view.

The view of an ancient city that full of lights. Some of its were blinking and she felt like being in the middle of hundreds fireflies.

The fact that the blinking is coming from all the floating building around, make Aya considering to jump from the windows.

She was thinking that it could be one of the any possibility to wake her from this dream.

The sidewalks were crowded even at midnight. The old city was surrounded by the giant rectangle of trees, lakes and winding paths.

The sky was dark but crystal clear, its heighten the lights from the city. The room she was floating in mid air. She can't help but to enjoying the view.

"This is too magical to be real."

Aya c.a.r.e.s.s her neck, she felt slightly hurt. The pain remind her how Aiden has dragged her into this house after he attempts to kill her by strangled her.

She takes a deep breath and empty her mind. She thinks of when she sees Aiden after with him the whole day, she saw the mixed of power and brutality. It stirred together with an ache that was only visible if you look closely.

"Hungry?"

Aya look back. He saw the pale fair skin that standing in the doorstep. His hair was still wet from the shower, a little long and raked back. He just have black long pants without shirt.

A white towel hanging on his shoulder. His body was slim but it cant hide the almost visible six pack that laying there to be seen. Aya have a glance and look outside.

"show off"

Aya whispering while scratch the glass window gently. She was scratching the reflection of Aiden on the windows. It reminded her of the first time she saw him.

He was quite tanned and look tough, his dark brunette hair now has turned into dark burgundy and slightly longer than before.

The only thing that looks the same as before is his deep ocean like pair of eyes.

Aiden took out a plain white shirt and wear it while walking around in the room. He was familiar with the furniture that he didn't have to use his eyes and moved freely. Its as he already accustomed with the room long ago.

There was a knock on the door, and a young man with simple plain tshirt and long baggy pants appeared. But it didnt hide that he was trained as weapon and a shield.

He was tall, have a muscular build and a scar on his cheek. He has a warmth scent that Aya couldnt explain in words. Despite his looks, he make Aya feel safer than being with Aiden.

"Your Highness, dinner is ready"

"I want to have dinner in my room"

That man nodded and move faster. Aya take a glance on the cold winter Aiden, it is funny to have someone using politeness in a cold way.

Aya wish she could have a diner other than the room. She feels stuffed being in the room with Aiden.

She couldnt hold her tounge and start a conversation. The akward silent was too heavy for Aya right now.

"Didnt a maid should serve you, why the guy doing that job?"

"They nuisance."

Aya then let out a soft sigh and decide to not try to understand him. She then use a straightforward way and not hold on anything.

"Until when I should be captivated in this fairyland?"

"Until I said so"

"When will you start tell me the things you wanna say?"

"When I felt I want to tell you"

"You know you abducting me and that's a serious crime"

"I know you were willing when you follow me"

Aiden scoffs. Aya look upset in his eyes. But he knew that the hole pit only s.u.c.k.e.d in people who willingly to get in. It never worked on people who are against it.

"Do you really give up your life?"

Aya heart throbbing. Aiden spill each words with a cold tone. It pierce through her heart. She reluctantly tilt her head. Her eyebrows slammed together.

It's too much excuse in her head now and too much emotion in her heart right now. She cannot simple say that she not give up, but she also cannot say that she is already gave up.

"Ethereal Kingdom was a magical barrier place. This whole land was actually a barrier to another realm called Unseen World."

Aya observing Aiden. He is not smiling. He just talking in his cold eyes staring at her. He continued his words. He leaned back at the couch.

"Unseen World?"

Aya raked her mind. She have saw it somewhere. But she cant remember where. She was sleeping at the Domnall Academy library when a book was fall out from one the rack and hit her head.

She remember the book cover was made from an old leather and the woods was carved in gold ink. The title should be 'the world was unseen before it to be seen'.

"Here, read it tonight."

A book was appear from nowhere and fall on Aya head. Aya startled c.a.r.e.s.s her head. The same pain from before. She pick up the book from the floor and some sort of dejavu strike her fast.

"Aiden, dont tell me that was your doin last year in the library?"

Aiden smirk and grinned. Long enough to get Aya almost throw the book to his face. Aiden face was saved when the maid bring dinner into the room and they eat in silent.
