A tall figure appeared as soon as Mona opened the main door. Zaden put a calm smile to the pale face that was staring at him.

Mona takes a deep breath. She can feel her blood circulation flowing through her cheeks again as she felt sort of relief.

"For how long?"

"She should be awake now"

Mona walked to the stairs but then stopped. She looks at Zaden with her wondering eyes. Something has been on her mind, but she wonders if Zaden could give her the answer without destroying the house.

When Ayanna went missing, it's hard for Mona to look for her. It's because Zaden held her captive in the home.

He insist, any unnecessary moves from Blackdawn section would only lead to Ayanna's death flag.

Mona needs a reality check on Zaden's action, but Zaden would only open his mouth if Mona can make him bow to her. Mona makes Zaden talk when she finally wins against him.

The house was almost crushed into a crumble of brick when they stopped fighting. It took her two days to get Zaden to fall to his knees.

The secrets of Ayanna's birth were known by Mona. The Blackdawn section signed to provide full protection for the Princess of the Ethereal Kingdom, and that's how Mona ended up becoming Ayanna's sole guardian.

But what she didn't know was the curse that bonded with Ayanna's memories.

Ayanna inhales the fresh air. And Mona patted her back. Like a mother, Ayanna's mouth curved, putting a soft smile.

"Is Orion still alive?"

"He is lying in peace."

"no. Similar but still breathing"

Ayanna was taking a breath, she sat upright the moment she opened her eyes. like someone who was alive from drowning she gasped for air.

Mona patted her back, and she could feel the cold sweat running and her shirt was drenched. Zaden gave her water so she could calm down.
