"I met Brenda the other day after she finished her duty at the royal gathering. She talk about a patient. He was a homeless old man, talking about two lady dragging a group of monster in the middle of the night. Everyone in the hospital thought he was crazy, but Brenda thought it's wise to tell us."

Liam can see through Quincy eyes. He was thinking of something insane but it is not impossible.

"Is it possible to make a philosopher's stone from the beast? They didn't have soul isn't it they just have…"

Quincy nodded at Liam's unspoken words.

"They have a core, unlike human who have beating heart they live using a core"

Mona face darken.

"The red snakes kills the keepers to shaken the border so they can have more beast to farm"

Quincy shake his head, denying Mona words.

"No, the keepers are not linked to the border. The Ethereal Kingdom itself is the border. Only when the whole kingdom were wipe out, the barrier will lift. And it's not easy to destroy the kingdom."

"Why the snakes aiming the secret keeper if it is not the key to shaken the barrier."

"Thats, i'm not sure either. Only few people know their duty as the keepers. And what they keep, I wish I can ask the person who were lying down there in peace"

Mona hesitates but she calmly continues her words.

Mona brought her hands up when Liam wanted to speak. She asks him to wait until she finishes.

"I know, I was careless about her safety after that damn ancient soul being her guardian. And I think it was time to train her."

Liam just calm in his sit. He know what she said was right. He just didn't ready, or actually he cant see her to suffer those hellish training.

Mona catch the letter that suddenly fall in front her. It burned into thin air once Mona read the letter. She get on her feet and activate her gem.

"Ayanna are home"

Liam was stand to follow her but Mona stopped him with a fiery glare.

"You stay here, she was safe and alive. Don't you dare to make a move or I swear to take her away far from you. And you know I capable of doing that"
