He Xing and his teammates were scared looking at Long Fan's bloody face with his evil smile.

They didn't expect such a vicious killing counterattack from Long Fan, who was always silent and got bullied in school. Even though they had devices to detect him using his bloodline power, in the middle of the fight and in close quarters fighting they weren't able to react in time.

They also lacked life and death battle experience; even though they were trained in school and sent to hunt once in a month, it was all under the protection of supervisor and didn't encounter any damage. Because of such protection, they only felt arrogant and proud of their strength to kill the mutated beasts, but lacked strong will during life and death situations and were instantly terrified.

However, Long Fan has been an adventurer and always fought with the mutated beasts; especially after he got the bloodline power. This made a huge difference between them which gave an advantage to Long Fan once he had his bloodline power in the battle.

When the three thought Long Fan is going to attack them more ferociously, he stumbled a bit and his face became ugly; he coughed out blood from his mouth. He immediately turned around and started running in the direction opposite to them.

He Xing and the other two was stunned for a moment and realized that Long Fan is seriously injured because he has been receiving attack from all of them for quite a while and he only put a brave front in front of them.

They felt ashamed for being scared by him, and in belly full of anger they started chasing him using all their energy. The chased him while attacking him from behind using various weapons and their powerful attacks, but Long Fan avoided the attacks like he has eyes on his back.

When they felt depressed about not being able to successfully attacking him, they saw that his speed started decreasing as they chased after him which gives them hope.

As minutes passed away, they got closer and closer to Long Fan.

'Time up for the two stage 1 bloodline warriors master.' came Yucca's voice suddenly and Long Fan turned around immediately and attacked the student with barrier bloodline power.

He was shocked and tried to use his barrier in panic, but he can't use his barrier and e realized his bloodline power has just been used up. His eyes went wide in fear as Long Fan's dagger closed on his neck. He tried to use his hand to block the attack in panic, but the dagger cut through his hand and sliced his throat.

He died in regret and the other two felt the same terrifying feeling they experience few minutes ago and He Xing stuttered "You.. You.. Weren't you injured?"

Long Fan just smiled without saying anything. Of course, he was injured but it was not as serious as how he portrayed to them.

In the beginning of the fight, he already asked Yucca to keep the timing for the bloodline power for all of them to go into cool down period. When only the three were left, he felt if he attacked them at that time, with the power of the barrier type bloodline warrior, the can defend his attacks easily.

It will tire him out and at the same time they can attack him by hiding behind the barrier. He killed the surprise attack to kill the two before, but now they are cautious and it won't work again. He was also worried that they will retreat and call his teammates so he planned to be heavily injured and make them chase him.

Once Yucca informed that the time for the cool down period for their bloodline period arrived, he immediately attacked and killed the barrier type bloodline warrior. Now it will be easy for him to kill the remaining two and get away easily.

Long Fan didn't bother to respond to He Xing's doubt and simply attacked the other person who had bear shape shifting power and easily killed him.

He looked at He Xing; he was still in his Volconalis form and still need a couple of minutes before he used up his power. He Xing immediately turned around and started escaping.

Long Fan didn't dare to get near to him and attacked him with his newly acquired gun. It had penetrating and bleeding power and injured He Xing heavily, but his wounds started healing in a visible rate. Long Fan realized this must be due to his bloodline which has a life source of 100 and he realized he needs to wait until He Xing use up is bloodline before he can kill him.

One good thing is his agility decreased greatly because of is activated bloodline which helped Long Fan to move around He Xing and attack him relentlessly and make him unable to escape.

He Xing got angry and frustrated and he realized if this goes on, he will surely die. He tried many ways like attacking him more ferociously, tried to act like he is severely injured to make him get closer, even acted like he fainted, but Long Fan didn't ct like he expected and only attacked him from the distance using is gun.

What He Xing didn't know was Yucca was giving live updates on He Xing's condition so he can't fool Long Fan, and even if he didn't have Yucca, Long Fan still wouldn't get close to He Xing because he was too cautious.

After a few minutes, He Xing's bloodline also went to cool down and he was harassed to death by Long Fan's gun shots and died with belly full of anger and regret.

Once he finished he heard the system voice.

He was elated and immediately checked which bloodline he had received.

Long Fan knew he can't stay here for long; he collected all their belongings and put it in the storage space and left right away.

He reached his hideout and moved all of his collected materials, food, water, etc., into his storage place. He decided to not stay here anymore as He Xing and his teammates already got close to his hideout, and who knows if they have any bloodline power which can trace him.

His plan was to move across different cities, infiltrate each city and collect the data for the system and hunt on the way to increase his experience and spiritual energy.

He wanted to go to hidden city through the school exams, but he can't do that anymore in this city; he also wasn't sure that the false news of him killing his teammates and becoming a demon was spread to other cities. So he decided to move carefully and get details in each city, and after crossing many cities he will think of a way to join a school after making sure he is safe.

He took out a hand drawn map from a hidden place and opened it. This was a map he got from an adventurer from the next city who he met a couple of months back while collecting resources. He realized it will take around a week to move to the next city if he travels carefully while hunting without crating any big scene.

He put the map also in his storage space.

After he emptied the place, he got out of his hideout. He looked back at the damaged house with a complicated feeling; he controlled his emotion after a few moments and started moving towards the direction of the next city.
