Peter and his squad was running along the dirt road. They were really fast despite of wearing heavy armors. Inside the armor, no one was sweating nor having to catch up a breathe. They all looked fine.

Looking at the town which was only about two hundred meters far away, Peter sighed in relief. He had already reported the situation here to the church. However, the church’s personnel would take time to arrive. If it was before, the strong personnel could even arrive to the battlefield in just several minutes. Unfortunately, there was something going on and all aviation vehicles were banned to use.

Peter also felt unlucky in face of situation like this. So, he had to go back to their main influence, Eternal Sun’s Sacred Heart school, to find a way to guard against the incoming evil.

As for solving it directly? Peter didn’t see any hope. An evil being which could easily block 20mm purification holy bullet would never be an existence they could solve by themselves. After all, they had suffered greatly in face of abyss fat devil when they were back in Cerriro Town accident. Although things were simple at that time, Peter realized their shortcomings quickly since he was taught by Jenny later.

With their current equipment configuration, Peter could proudly tell that they could easily fend off against the disaster level abyss invasion at that time. However, he understood that in face of that guy in the coffin, they were not even opponents. Due to his knowledge popularization, Ronald also knew that. That was also why everybody didn’t question and started to flee the scene when they saw Ronald running away. Although Eternal Sun still doesn’t have a lot of power, Peter believed that lord would have better ways than them. And it was true, after searching around in the Sacred Heart school’s public library for its affiliated influences; organizations, small schools, guilds and societies, Peter found out a reliable way among many methods which the lord put at there.

It’s just a simple method and they just need to create a ceremony, read the correct prayers and invite the power of sun down to protect them. Of course, things are not that easy.

To achieve the purpose, one must first completed a correct ceremony arrangement and then there must be at least a devout believer reading the prayer. Once the ceremony successfully competed, a resonance will form with the invisible laws in the environment thus resulting in pulling down the sun’s rays and gathering them. Then, the law chains will improve the gathered light into holy light and through ceremony resonance, unique holy light shield will form.

Of course, Peter didn’t understand these nor he neither wanted to know about it. He chose it because the requirements were very simple to meet. The other methods would need special materials or special environments. But they couldn’t find anything in their situation.

After seeing the increasingly getting closer residential houses, Peter started to speed up. He wanted to arrange everything fast and start the ceremony quickly. Although the marching corpses seemed at least one mile behind them, Peter felt that the faster he completed the ceremony and received the protection, the better it would be for them.

After all, he also had to consider about failing the complete the ceremony for various reasons. So, he had to calculate about buffer period between it. It would provide them with enough time to evacuate even if they failed at that time.

In the city, a fight had been going on for a while. Various gunshots sounded again and again escalating the already tense atmosphere. It started around fifteen minutes ago which was also five minutes after Emma left together with the a part of the folks who chose to believe in her alarming reminder. But a part of the folks, who didn’t believe in a new face traveler Emma and didn’t want to leave their home, stayed behind. They were gathering on the street and talking about what Emma told them.

At that time, several cars entered into the central area of the town along the street and dozen of men and women hurriedly got out of these cars. These people were the ones who fled from the evil ranch at soon as they noticed something went wrong. They wanted to notify the town’s residents so everyone could leave this evil place right away.

They didn’t expect that a lot of people were gathering when they arrived. They secretly felt fortunate. But it also strengthened their decision to explain everyone about the serious situation they were facing and to lead everyone away from this evil place.

Just when they wanted to rush over and tell everyone about what they met, another batch of cars came over.

A part of the group of men and women who arrived earlier walked towards the gathered crowd of nearly a hundred or so on the street. Many were also watching at the situation from the nearby houses or stores. There were also several thousands people in the town who were just staying at their own homes. At that time, nobody realized that how serious the situation they were in.

The situation changed and the cars started to speed up and wavered. Two cars crashed into the buildings. Three crashed into the parked cars in the front and two crashed into each other. The sudden accident caught everyone’s attention.

When the waiting part of the people who arrived earlier and several folks nearby saw this scene, they hurriedly stepped forward to rescue the people inside. However, things backfired.

Nine men and women with pale blue skins easily opened the dented car doors and came out. Black blood covered their eyes and some even had black blood tearing down on their faces. Except the fact that their skin was full of tiny black spots, they looked like normal human being. They walked towards the nearest living people in normal walking posture.

“Run! They’ve become evils.”, shouted the men and they ran to the gathered crowd. While rushing toward the crowd, they also shouted again and again to remind them.

However, the two nearby men who went forward to help got unlucky. They were held by three familiar people who now looked weird.

“Paul, what happened to you?”

“Are your eyes injured? Don’t worry, man. We will get you to the doctor right away.”

The man talked a few words to the familiar man who suddenly held his arms with his pale blue hands.

But what he faced was a mouth full of black mists. Of course, the corpse didn’t bite him. Black mists came out of the opened mouth of the strange corpse and entered the man’s body through mouth, nose, eyes and ears.

The unlucky man didn’t know what was the black mists but he felt that it was not a good thing. Just when he wanted to cry out, he found that he couldn’t make a sound anymore. Moreover, he also started to feel weaker and weaker. He started to feel that he was starting to lose the sight. After he raised his head with a hard struggle and took a final look at the blue sky in a blurry, he lost all of his reasons.

In fact, he died after taking the last look at the sky. His eyes became full of black blood. Some of the black blood were already flowing down on his face like tears. His skin became full of tiny black spots.

He became one of them. All the vitality were strangely lost and now his entire body was full of death energy. It was as if the entire body was shaped with death energy.

Another man was not spared either. He also joined the rank of strange corpses. The folks who still had mentality of watching the drama were now fleeing for their lives. Some directly got into the cars and drove out. Some rushed back to their homes where their families were still waiting. Some got into the nearest building to seek shelter.

Nevertheless, they all felt regret for not immediately leaving with the crowd when that traveler girl reminded them. But now, they got no choice other than fighting against those weird evil corpses.

Although they were really scared, they slowly started to stabilize. After all, who didn’t watch those famous zombies movies. Moreover, almost everyone in the town had various types of guns at their homes.
