Peter held the handle of the sword tightly and carefully felt the strength in his body while staring at the corpses far away. He knew that they failed to save the townspeople. He made mistakes. He underestimated the evil so several infected guys successfully entered the town and it created the present tragedy.

However, he also understood clearly that it was in fact not his fault entirely. The fate might have played a role in this story. But who knows, thousands of townspeople became the victims.

Peter sighed and greatly relieved. A will emerged. A will to face the things as they are and a will to fight till the end. Unknowingly, the greatly developed brain domain had begun a mysterious change with the birth of the weak but undying will.

It started to fuse with the already mature six instincts and the seventh mind power or the spiritual power which was born not long ago. Everything suddenly happened in just several seconds and the true soul of Peter was born. Although his body was yet developed to the limit, the constant nourishing from sun’s blessing gave him a great progress and now he directly crossed the high wall and stepped into True spirit tier.

True spirit knights put the unique force which comes from combination of will and spiritual power into their attacks. The greatest advantage of true spirit powerhouses is the already born and awakened true spirit will not release the various soul energies anymore and these will become the endless source of power.

As long as the true spirit is not killed or broken, true spirit powerhouse will have endless source of power. The normal power realm formal knights have no such power. They are no opponent for the true spirit knights. Even if a peak talented formal knight who already owns the spiritual power is no match for the real true spirit powerhouse because the former has limited power source while the latter has unlimited refined power source. The quantity is lower and the quality is lower too.

Peter suddenly felt refreshed. He felt that the world had never been so clear before like now. But he was also able to feel the immerse death and negative power radiating from the crowd of corpses at the distance. With a sharper sixth instinct, Peter realized that they were not wrong. The power radiating from the black coffin as the center brought fear to him.

Although Peter trusted the method of Eternal Sun God, he had no full confidence on the guardian light shield. After all, the one they chose was the simplest one and the enemy they were facing was just too strong.

However, Peter felt that things might not be that bad since the reinforcements were already on the way. They might have a way to come quickly before the guardian shield was broken. For now, he could only believe it so. After all, they got no other choice since they chose to meet head on.

All thoughts flashed in just several seconds. Peter turned his head to glance around at the brothers who had been following him since the Cerriro Town accident. He then patted Ronald and pointed his forefinger at the corpses at the distance.

However, Ronald didn’t understand what he wanted to say. Their broken communication problem was not solved yet. Peter also felt that. He raised the sword at the other hand and pointed at the distance.

Ronald was confused but Ben realized what Peter meant. He laughed and knocked Ronald with his elbow. Then, Ben aimed carefully and shot twice at the rate of one round per second.

12.7mm specially crafted armor piercing purification holy bullets pierced the bodies of several strange corpses in the front rows and turned them into black ashes. Ronald also understood the problem and started shooting with his sniper rifle.

20mm bullets then started to cause great damage to the marching crowd of strange corpses. Despite of its underlings being eliminated very quickly, the mysterious and unknown existence in the big black coffin didn’t response anything.

The strange corpses also marched forwards like everything was normal. They were dead after all. If they were still alive, they would have run to take cover or hide away from the danger. However, no one saw that the black ashes on the way were gathered by the black coffin and they silently merged into the dark mists around the coffin.

Peter’s sixth instinct was continuously telling him that the disgusting death aura around the black coffin was getting stronger. But he knew no way to stop it.

Watching helplessly at the increasingly getting stronger death aura around the black coffin, Peter felt anxious. The death aura mixed with dark mists visible to naked eyes gathered around the surrounding of black coffin. And with the dark clouds above the sky, it formed a sharp contest with the glowing light curtain full of holy aura.

Nearly twenty miles away, at the intersection of three highway roads, two convoys met on the way. Each had five off-road vehicles. They silently merged into a convoy of ten vehicles without any conflict when they turned into the road leading towards the small town called El Barrendo.

There were several priests in white robes in the two leading vehicles and a green robe old looking priest was sitting at the co-pilot seat of the first leading car. The rest of the vehicles were full of fully equipped men and women.

There were nearly fifty people in the convoy of ten vehicles. Except the priests, the other people were all holding various guns. They only took one kind of bullet for this sudden mission. It was purification holy bullets. Of course, the calibers had different ranges. The biggest one might be RPG43 with transformed special heads. Once it hit the target and exploded, even a tier two powerhouse of death path will be solved directly. These people are rootless mercenaries from nearby town called El Casato.

As for the priests, they came from nearby city called El Santio.

The green robe old priest looked at the dark clouds and the shining light ray at the distance with some worries. Although he looked old like he was in his sixties, his pair of clear blue eyes seemed to be able to see the things at the distance very clearly. And it also made him full of worries for the incoming battle.

Peter’s seven men squad attacked the corpses in the distance again and again. There were only around two hundred strange corpses walking behind the big black coffin at that time. The other corpses were wiped out easily by Ronald, Ben and others. However, it didn’t make Peter happy. Instead he became increasingly worried as the danger warned by his sixth sense was constantly increasing.

Their attacks fell on the black coffin but not even a damaged trace was left on it. Slowly, the coffin finally arrived near the light curtain. Peter quickly realized that something was wrong. He quickly stepped forward to the front of his team and held the sword tight vigilantly.

The black coffin cover sudden flew out and all the black mists started to crazily gather into the coffin while blocking the sights of everyone.

After a moment, all the black mists were cleared and a man appeared. A black cape covered his burly body. But still, one could see the strong arms and legs. The long black hairs freely moved along with the wind. A pair of green eyes on the skinny diamond shape face looked at the armored men inside the light curtain interestingly.

Peter felt that his six sense was crazily warning him to run away. The other guys were also feeling the same too. The man looked handsome and good looking so many would believe that he was a good man when they met him for the first time. But to the ones who witnessed the whole mess of a small town which housed nearly twenty thousands residents, Peter and his men felt terrible.

Even if there was a whole guardian light shield between the two parties, their instincts were desperately warning them about the danger and reminding to flee away from this place.
