Harem God Of Origin

This is my first novel I have started writing, and the plan in my story should see it go through at least a thousand chapters, however planning one thing and doing is another thing!

I started writing chapters around 20th May, and I carried on writing for about a month before I took a break, but when I realised the direction I was taking, I started doing more research in the future content I would be making.

Let's start with the story plan, without trying to reveal too much early, I can say that the Against the Gods universe is the 'home' universe within reality, since it is the only dimension birthed within the void, which is the concept that heavily surrounds his power!

Yun Long will stay in the Against the Gods universe until he is 13, and then he will only return at the the end of the novel, however many hundreds or thousands chapters later, however the return will be the second to last arc of the book, before the final big one!

Harem!

Now how can I call this man a Harem God if his harem is even less than the Chinese Emperor's of old?

He will be picking up all the girls that catch his eye (mainly due to how the mind control experience with his old girl L.u.s.ty changes his mindset), but obviously he isn't some weirdo, he will actually take his time and not use his abilities to make them his women, after all what kind of guy has the time do such pointless things!

Which is why when the anime-verse chapters come in, expect the chapters to be more Slice of Life! Well the ATG-Verse itself is a Slice of Life... yeah I would say that is the main theme in this novel, Slice of Life, picking up girls in different worlds... hehe

Like I said, the only realistic way I can create a harem is to have him interact with them, although his handsome looks already bring a step closer, I don't want him to just pick up girls because of his looks, and I won't say this will not happen, after all falling in love at first sight is a true concept!

One warning is Yun Long may seem extremely manipulative, for example he may use information from a fictional piece about a character he meets and use it to get into their good books, however he only does so to just get that key to the door to their hearts, he will never manipulate his way into a good girls heart.

Key word is good hehe.

So yeah, his Harem will reach unrealistic numbers, but goddamn this is a Fan-fic! And a Fictional work! If you want something realistic then... don't read fictional works???

Chapter length - I seem to be good enough for the conversational aspect of it... i just seem to be lacking in the ability to just chat sh*t about details.

For example I would write Yun Long ordered his puppet bla bla bla and finish it in 10-15 words when I could change that and actually do a break down of what he did.

{I.E Yun Long approached the Spirit Profound cultivator that he sensed was watching them from a distance. Activating his mental powers, Yun Long's golden eyes started glittering as he sent his soul strength to invade the mind of the wandering cultivator.

Even though this wandering cultivator had the strength in the Spirit Profound Realm, how could he ever contend against Yun Long who as a baby, even after being weakened by the Gate of Babylon had a soul strength of an Earth Profound Realm practitioner, and a mental ability that defied the power system residing within the Against the Gods universe.

Crumbling to his inevitable fate, the newfound puppet of Yun Long was standing blankly as his eyes lost all light, before Yun Long implanted a mental command, giving the puppet his first and only objective for Yun Long.

"You are to create a false story regarding the death of my older brother... bla bla bla"}

Those 10 words can change into 250-300 words just like that but... these little details just seem so pointless in the grand scheme of things, like as a reader I don't care much for these little details and prefer the interactions between meaningful characters

Am I being a lazy writer by summing it 10 words or would you rather I chat sh*t and just prolong the chapters so you get more words? I prefer reading actual conversations and fighting and interactions rather than these pointless details about a character who never reappears again, but let me know.

P.S I am on chapter 140 at the moment so any changes I may make will only come after that

Power System!

Will be explained in the novel but I will brief a little;

The Devouring Body/ Constitution can devour anything within existence, and it currently is channelled to the Infinite Origin Void Realm which is the Realm of Yun Long's soul!

This ability only belongs to one linage in an existence before reality existed (wow that blew my mind just writing it)

So the Yun Long before he starts his cultivation is in fact an omnipotent entity (Within the current crippled Primal Chaos Dimension), since he is a baby version of the creator, his body being able to devour 'anything'.

But the Creator has explained to Yun Long that the peak he needs to reach cannot be done just by devouring, as the Devouring Constitution Concept works on sources of it's level and power (Related to the Omniverse Power Ranking that will be explained in the future) and also it requires the physique of a true god to devour above the True God Realm, this is one barrier he cannot pass if he doesn't cultivate! So when he starts cultivating, his devouring body will be sealed!

Yun Long has the Origin Body, so he can house any power, they can co-exist, and he can also devour any power or bloodline from another person, not only can he do so, he could devour another bloodline by 0.001% and still be able to refine it with his origin energy so that it would be the same as having 100%.

Consider his body a black hole.

Chapter 33 he starts cultivating. Trial for his power is around the 40s, and his true power comes around the 50s! His power will be sealed for the remainder of the Prologue ATG arc and unsealed when he leaves the ATG Verse

When he leaves the ATG Verse he learns the true powers of the Omniverse!

An early spoiler alert

One of Yun Long's only wishes in his life is his family's happiness and his love for the fictional world of Anime/Novels. So even though it seems like this is an Against the Gods Fan-fic, nope, our friendly Harem God will be travelling to different anime worlds / novel worlds and enjoying his 'peaceful' life before his return to the Against the Gods universe and his final mission!

This is his wish that will be granted (Chapter 5, Wish 3, check the Creator thoughts and you can surmise what you what from his thoughts)

One thing that has me worried is many of the anime verses I will have him travelling to will be almost incomplete, what I mean by that is that I cannot read Japanese, so the only plot I can for sure go off is the animated versions, or just the wiki's created by the fandom.

To compensate, the Anime worlds story will vary, sometimes I will follow the plot, many times I will just merge similar anime's into one world, or have a character from one franchise appear in another anime world (That will be explained when he meets G... hehe another early spoiler alert), many times I will slightly alter a character's background, after all the power of the butterfly effect is a serious one!)

At first I was going to make R.-.1.8 Chapters P. Atreon Exclusive, but I thought that was too complicated since I would avoid days on Webnovel to do so?

Also I am not so delusional to think my R.-.1.8 Chapters are the pinnacle of writing so I will be changing my tiers and making them available on Webnovel!

First R-rated chapter is in the 130s, after the first one they all come running through...

P. Atreon

I've currently been taking a 3 month break from my shift, and my mother has been pressurising me to stop wasting the extra hours I have been at home and increase my work time, especially now that my Graduation is coming up, my study life is no longer a problem to offset my working hours

Please don't think she is a bad mother! Trust me she is the greatest!!! Just the stress of having to financially taking care of four people is crazy, especially when only one earns money!

As the only a.d.u.l.t other than my mother in a house of 5, Life is tough on these means streets! Which is why I have these lofty goals of making it my side job! Unrealistic Main goal is to make it my official Job!

I hope that as a reader you are not put off from the P. atreon advertis.e.m.e.nts and my announcements of my goals... after all, as much as I get enjoyment from reading the one or two comments when I upload a chapter, my main priority in life is my family after all, which is why I have created these two goals, allowing you as the readers to dictate whether or not the Harem God of Origin can become a truly successful novel!

After all... writing the Harem God of Origin is super stressful!!! Yet it is extremely fun, after all creating a character and a background in some of my favourite anime's is somehow quite enjoyable... If I told some of my boys that writing would be my hobby in the future they would've all dropped me and kicked me for being such a liar!!! Who knew!

But you needn't worry for now, I can assume I have until the end of September until I really cannot hold off anymore and have to get back to my regular duties, should that happen then I guess the chapter rate should maintain but I may miss a day or two within a week for a while, until I get into the Anime-verses as I cannot say with confidence that without a good amount of times I can get the content I perceive as good to be produced in the two hours I will have free in my whole day!

But worry not! Even if the novel becomes unsuccessful, I will never stop writing! My concern is just about the pace of how many chapters I can get out.

Like I said, my ideal reality is that I achieved both my goals so I can firmly prove to my Mum that look, this is a career I can take, which will fully allow me to invest my whole being into writing Harem God of Origin, but not all things are perfect, which is why i mentioned about the pace.

Just know my pace will always be better than Tales of Demons and Gods, hehe

Just a lonely authors rant at how unfair life is! But that is what is so great about it!
