Chapter 31 - Different Cultivation

'Evil God Successor, another legacy that would even make the Evil God legacy less favourable to the point he would abandon it? However, he mentioned that none had the knowledge of such a legacy… he holds too many secrets' thought Shen Xi.

"kukuku, that is right Xi'er now you know how it feels when someone is hiding information from you, just consider this your Lord Husbands' petty revenge for all the times you confused me with your actions" Yun Long laughed evilly.

"Anyway, if the current me didn't cultivate, I would be immune to all attacks, in fact… I am not sure of a Creation God's strength, but even they wouldn't be able to kill me, however if I wish to gain strength I will have to cultivate, even if it means I lose the benefits of having my constitution, I can just regain them by the time I reach Creation God in the future" Yun Long said mildly.

However, the tone of his voice simply didn't match what in the nine hells he was talking about, wasn't he saying that he was giving up the strength that even Creation Gods long for… for the ability to use profound energy…. at the Elementary Profound Realm strength?

"It is as you think, and I totally do not require profound energy to attack opponents, if I were to cultivate my soul, I would be able to attack whilst having my immortal body, however the person who had gifted me his legacy entrusted me with his wish, meaning that even if it leads me to having to struggle, crawling my way to the peak… I will still do so…" he said with deep respect and determination in his eyes.

'I need to reach the physique of a True God before I can unlock his legacy' Yun Long also added in his heart.

Shen Xi who on the outside remained calm, however the thoughts within her inner were in disarray 'Such a powerful existence, and I understand more than others how dangerous it is for one to expose such a secret, could it be just because of what happened in an alternate life he trusts me so much?'

"Xi'er, the reason I am telling you all of this is because I trust you for one, as any good Husband should, but the other reason I am telling is you because I am sealing your memories, although that seems hypocritical since if I trusted you then I would just let you keep the memories of our time together, however like I told Yin'er, your subconscious will change your decisions with the information you received today…" he paused, getting back on topic.

"When I mentioned before about how you were cryptic, you always mentioned that it was better to not know since I didn't have the strength, such knowledge would dampen my progress, just treat it as such" explained Yun Long patiently, hoping that she will steer clear from this topic any further.

"I understand, what assistance do you require" asked Shen Xi, indicating to Yun Long he needn't drag on the topic any longer

"I require a drop of Divine Water of Life and a drop of Dragon's Dawn Jade Dew" requested Yun Long

Shen Xi simply walked away whilst Yun Long was admiring her naturally swaying booty, sighing, he wondered how he was going to control himself in the future, after his first life of no action and now seeing these countless heavenly beauties that would never exist on Earth, it seems to have led him to become a s.e.x.u.a.l deviant…

Or maybe the false memories he created have somehow distorted his personality… which is one of the drawbacks from having memories of other people as over time they can either merge to change your personality, or become another personality in it of itself.

He started to wonder about his Profound Veins, at the current moment, they were not connected to his 'vitality', whilst they existed in his body, it actually was connected to the Infinite Origin Void Realm, which is why he was able to currently be free from worry from any energy within the Primal Chaos.

The current Yun Long could not even be considered a person, he was currently a baby version of the Creator himself, an energy being.

However, unlike the Creator, he himself had to cultivate if he wanted to reach the realm where he would become one with the void.

The Creator never explained it clearly but Yun Long had assumed that the Creator became one with the void by his spirit body devouring the void itself, since he had a different power system, Yun Long now had to think about how he will convert the veins towards his life source.

Sitting down cross legged, Yun Long accessed the memory that the Creator had left for him about his cultivation, unlike other humans who already have profound veins attached to their body, Yun Long required to attach his profound veins to his middle dantian, where he would form his Void Core, connecting his physical form to his spirit, thus allowing the veins to transfer from his Infinite Origin Void Realm which is attached to his soul, to his body to start cultivation.

Shen Xi who had returned just placed two vials down which contained the drops of spirit liquid that he had requested.

She then heard Yun Long mutter 'Gate of Babylon' as a golden ripple encased the two vials before they disappeared.

But what shocked her was the two same ripples then returned a gourd shaped vial with what appeared to be over a 1000 drops of the Divine Water of Life and the Dragon Dawn Jade Dew before he handed it back towards her.

Ignoring her slightly parted lips which was indicating her surprise, he stated "I have a different type of vein, so I need to use another method to birth my Profound Vein properly, when my vitality is on the verge of being depleted, I need you to infuse a drop of Dragon Dawn Jade Dew to revitalise my energy and Divine Water of Life to revitalise my life force, okay Xi'er?"

Hearing the soft call of 'Xi'er' birthed a strange feeling within Shen Xi, however she just ignored it, thinking it brought back old memories of her Royal Father before asking "How long will the process be, and how many drops do you estimate I will have to infuse"

"Honestly dear, I have no damn clue" said an exasperated Yun Long, thinking why the Creator wanted to act like an annoying senior, always hiding information from him.
