Chapter 72 - Is that... Santa Claus?

Once he finished teasing his two lovely guardian spirit swords through the mental connection, he went to sleep with Lingxi and Qingyue, which was initially objected to by Xiao Lie.

The old farts reasoning was some nonsense about the fact that they were at the age where such instances were inappropriate, however Yun Long used his puppy eyes on Hua Mei to get his this old fart known as his father out the way.

"XIAO LIE, YOU DARE TO MAKE LONG'ER UPSET OVER SUCH NONSENSE, COME OUT FOR THIS OLD LADY!" shouted a furious Hua Mei

She had extra incentive since Yun Long bribed her saying she could ask one wish for him that he would accept if she got Xiao Lie to back off from banning him Lingxi and Qingyue sleeping together.

A certain old man started activating his cultivation to fly away from the incoming doom known as his wife, although these years he found himself doubting whether he ever had the dignity to be a husband… he just sighed as he fled the scene.

He actually felt sorry for his adopted father so he shouted "Mother come back, we are going to the hot springs!" to the surprise of the two little girls as they started blushing.

"Let's go, we got our clothes dirty after all" as Yun Long brought them by hand towards the spring

The wind blew in front of them as Hua Mei appeared with an extremely happy expression, after all this could be counted as one of the rare times where Yun Long initiated spending time together with her in such a manner, even with the two little girls being there.

Once their little hot springs session ended, he went to sleep with his adopted mother and the two little girls.

"Goodnight mommy, Goodnight Yue'er, hope you had a good birthday Lingxi, have a good night" as he proceeded to kiss Hua Mei's cheek and the two little girls forehead before he hopped into bed.

Too bad for him that Hua Mei took his left arm before hugging between her melons and went to sleep, whilst Qingyue took his right arm as Lingxi just opted to sleep on top of him and use his c.h.e.s.t as her pillow, Haiii…

The next morning, he proceeded to take the two little girls to his Infinite Origin Void Realm, before he was confused 'Wait a second… whilst I can easily access the realm, how the hell do I bring others in?'

Listening to her speech which left him no face just made him sigh… he then proceeded to use his Yin Yang Dragon Mark on himself, where it created a White Mark with a silver seal on the outside, however unlike the girls his was on his front, slightly below his abdominal / navel and above his resting dragon.

Once he connected his Yin Yang Dragon Mark, he felt a connection on a similar level to his spirits, with Qingyue, Lingxi and… Bing'er?

The connection was slightly lower for the Bai sisters…

'Hmm… maybe I should visit those two in the future…'

He was slightly confused since he didn't feel the same for Qianye Ying'er, so he assumed it is because she lacks true love for him, or any form of love, even love that had just started budding.

He looked up to see two confused girls "Qingyue, Lingxi, quickly tell your big brother, did you feel a spiritual connection just now?" he questioned in a hurried tone.

Both of them shook their head "I feel a little closer to Big Brother Long though… does that mean I didn't really love Big Brother Long?" questioned Qingyue with a pout.

Seeing her cute countenance he initially wanted to tease her but decided to get serious, he lifted his shirt to the surprise of the two little girls as he pointed to his new mark that he gained.

"This is why you feel closer, Big Brother Long forgot to put my mark so we were never connected properly, now we are connected forever!" he smiled as he thought of the situation, immortality is cruel unless you have your loved ones to accompany you.

Seeing his smile just made the two smile, until they seriously started looking at the seal and noticed it was placed just above a dangerous location they had just been learning about.

Qingyue couldn't take it and her mind had gone into chaos thinking of certain moments they would have during her wedding in just under 5 years.

"Kukuku… Aiya is my Yue'er having unhealthy thoughts, seems like your Big Brother Long needs to prepare some punishment for my Yue'er turning into a bad little girl"

Yun Long witnessed her going through her little thoughts before her eyes started going out of focus as she couldn't hold her blushing, all the while she was looking at a certain area which was threatening to explode from her look alone… so he decided to regain control by going up to her while whispering in her ear to get her out of sorts.

Even though it was physically impossible for it to explode… not that he would remember at this point.

And boy did it work, she just ran away shouting Idiot Big Brother Long as Lingxi ran after her, probably to learn more about such encounters… Haiii to think the world would already corrupt them so young…

'Ah I forgot to mention about the realm and our cultivation trip… guess I'll go find them later and we'll start… but why do I have a feeling that I forgot about something important regarding the timeline…'
