Chapter 9 - Scary Adopted Mother

With 15 seconds remaining Yun Long had decided to use his telepathy to say one farewell message for his parents, so that his new mother will not live in the future blaming herself, hating herself, worrying over him and falling to the frustrations of being too weak to not even be able to protect and raise her own child.

Yun Qinghong and Mu Yurou who were looking at the due as if they wanted to burn the image into their mind had noticed the starry golden eyes of their son light up, which confused the Yun couple until they heard an imm.a.t.u.r.e voice that had directly entered their mind

"Father, Mother, please believe that I will look after myself, I will fulfil your wish and become the strongest in the world so no one can separate us anymore, but please live without worry and in good health in the time we shall not see each other, I only promise that I will find you before I turn age 25, I Love you, Father, Mother…" Stunning the duo who where just looking at him as if they had gone crazy.

"ALSO I WANT A YOUNGER SISTER WHEN WE NEXT MEET" and with a flash the Yun couple were no longer on the profound sky continent.

The Yun couple had started to think that they had gone insane, did their child speak to them?

Mu Yurou who was taking this the hardest asked her husband in a shaky voice "De.. Dear, did you hear that voice? Please tell me I wasn't imagining that husband" as she started shaking him furiously to get him out of his confusion.

Yun Qinghong looked at his wife who was nearly having a mental breakdown stated "Yurou, what kind of divine being did we give birth too, for him to be able to send a telepathic message within his first day of existence, hahahahaha…"

At this point Yun Qinghong who had been bottling his emotions over the last 3 years could no longer take it, he dropped to his knees, head on the ground with his hands balled up on his head.

"The heavens have pitied us Yurou, in return for the treatment they gave us by forcing us to not even be able to watch our child in his most important period, they have allowed our son to become a peerless talent that even the record books have no record of such occurrences, now we can live in peace, knowing that within 25 years our sons will return to us in no harm, even as a baby, his speech was full off determination and an indomitable will to accomplish what he said" then he carried on laughing and crying whilst hugging his wife.

Yurou had been watching her husband the whole time and released the dam of tears she always has locked up when she heard her husband's assessment, she too felt extreme pride and love for their son, even as a baby a day old, he had such ability, she silently thanked the heavens that they were spared in this situation.

However she started blushing furiously when she added "Husband, he did mention that he wanted a younger sister, we will need to work hard from now on" to which sounded like a clear cry of an angel to one Yun Qinghong "Mmm, indeed, since we cannot grant him a childhood, the least we could do is fulfil his wish" smiling like a sly fox.

Profound Sky Continent, Blue Wind Empire, Floating Cloud City, Xiao Clan

An extremely beautiful youth could be seen crawling around, looking like a beautiful doll that the heavens personally carved…

Yes, Yun Long is said youth, who as a grown man in a baby's body has now suffered the fate of being man handled as the cutest living doll in Profound Sky Continent.

Yun Long had been crying internally for the last 6 and a half months, lamenting his fate of being such a beautiful child...

'I want to go back to Ling Yunlong who was making this body, and slap him out this universe. Ugh… I feel violated just by the amount of times I've treated like a living doll by these damn young aunties! The worst is adopted mother, I swear… sometimes I see a somewhat unnatural light in her pupils, what in the nine hells is this woman planning!!!'

The funny thing was that because he first spoke at 5 months, and could speak at 6 months with a few words in a span of a baby sentence, this made him that much more popular with said Young Aunties and his adopted mother, after all his first word was 'Mama'… well if regarding to this new body, technically it was.

However Yun Long had many reasons to worry, there was even a situation where an old woman had decided to take Yun Long as her disciple forcefully when his adopted mother was out with him in his first and only appearance outside the Xiao Clan, when his adopted father Xiao Lie had learnt of this news, none in the Floating Cloud City did not hear the wrath of Xiao Clan fifth elder.

Yun Long overheard one of the maids saying that not even the heavens were spared from the fifth elders scorning, which amused Yun Long.

Yun Long would be lying if he said that he wasn't feeling the pride of being the overlord's adopted son, even if its in a minor city such as Floating Cloud City.

Since that day his adopted mother doesn't let him leave a distance out of her eyesight and refuses to take him out the clan compound.

Whilst Yun Long was cursing his fate that every other man in existence would be jealous of, his adopted big brother was currently having a conversation with his new adopted father Xiao Lie about a major event that was upcoming, "Father, tomorrow I am going to visit my Senior Xia to check on the situation with his child".

To which Xiao Lie just replied calmly "Hmm, make sure that if an emergency happens that you give whatever assistance is necessary, send my regards to Younger Brother Xia".

Yun Long who heard this conversation, instantly lit up, crawling towards Xiao Ying and said "Broda… take, take!" which was Yun Long's attempt of trying to get Xiao Ying to take him with him.

However, as soon as he completed his words, Yun Long could've sworn a black miasma had surrounded the area, when he heard a saddened, yet deathly scary voice from his adopted mother, who had crocodile tears, crying out "Does Long'er no longer want mother anymore?"

Yun Long had to just bite the bullet "No... Love mama… most", which immediately calmed down his adopted mother, however he reiterated the fact that he wanted to leave, to cement the deal he even ended up humiliating himself and put a Moe baby face just, so he could finally leave, after his adopted mother finally acquiesced, even as reluctant as she was.

"Alright Long'er, however you cannot make any trouble for your big brother I, okay?" although Xiao Ying was trying to say this with a serious tone, his face could not be any less convincing with how much of a doting expression he had on his face.

"Long'er… good broda", said Yun Long, whilst his inner self was crying a waterfall due to how humiliating being a baby is whilst his adopted mother had almost fainted over her body systems receiving an attack from the ultimate move known as the kawaii overload.
