"Let the duel begin" said Grindelwald with a powerful voice that sounded all over Diagon Alley.

"Let's start with the basics Albus, we have to teach these kids how to duel properly. Pay attention kids, we first bow to the other party to show respect for the other wizard" said Grindelwald while putting his wand in his c.h.e.s.t and bowing slightly to Dumbledore, who did the same thing with that iconic grandpa smile he always has.

"Now, we are walking 20 steps and then we are going to turn around and start this..." said Grindelwald as he gave his back to Dumbledore and started walking with no concern of Dumbledore, Dumbledore saw him and in a fraction of second started walking.

Both of them were walking while the crowd was watching with all of their attention at both of them, while some of them were whispering about who would be the winner.

Both of them turn around, and Grindelwald pointed his wand at Dumbledore as he said "Inferno" a big blue cl.u.s.ter of flames came out of his wand while taking the shape of a blue dragon, that started to flew to Dumbledore.

"Inferno" said Dumbledore as he lifted his wand a big red cl.u.s.ter of flames came out of his wand while taking the shape of a phoenix, both of the spells hit in mid-air, breaking the forms of the flames, a wave of flames dispersed in all of the directions.

"Hahaha, looks like you are the same as always Albus... But it's not enough..." said Grindelwald while laughing, he waved his wand without saying anything and a big tornado started to form as it started collecting all the fiendfyre that was burning Diagon Alley, it started to grow till it was an enormous blazing tornado, that started to move to Dumbledore.

Dumbledore started to wave his wand and runes started to appear in mid-air, black clouds started to form in the sky, it started to rain, and Dumbledore made waved his wand to make an exact copy of a tornado but this was made of water. Both of the tornados started colliding between them.

Grindelwald waved his wand and started sending spell after spell, Dumbledore started waving his wand sending his own spells, all of the spells started to clash in mid-air, while others ended in buildings destroying them.

"Albus, I'm only warming up... you should know...hahaha" said Grindelwald while laughing.

Dumbledore narrowed his eyes and started to write runes with his left hand while waving his wand, all the runes light up and started connecting till they formed an enormous thunderbird made by runes, lightning started pouring from the black clouds Dumbledore previously summoned to the Thunderbird, making it shine with electricity, lightning bolts were being released from the Thunderbird from time to time at random places, destroying Diagon Alley and hurting some wizards.

"Hahaha you are really going for it... You don't care if they die?" said Grindelwald as he pointed with his hand at the crowd of wizards who saw the enormous thunderbird in mid-air with panic in their eyes.

Dumbledore eyes hardened as he heard that, he didn't answer as he only waved his wand at Grindelwald sending the Thunderbird at him.

"Hahaha this is the light wizard I know..." said Grindelwald while laughing "Everybody thinks that phrase is mine... "Für das Größere Wohl, For the greater good" But that phrase it's yours, Albus... And you're showing it right now, you don't care if they die, if you take me down, don't you?"

Grindelwald started to move his wand quickly as the Thunderbird was approaching him, Grindelwald said softly 'La Muerte' an enormous gray skull materialized in front of Grindelwald, the skull started to laugh creepily as it flew to intercept the Thunderbird, as the two of them collided the Thunderbird started attacking the giant skull with its claws and beak. But the skull just remained intact while a gray vortex appeared in front of its mouth the runes of the Thunderbird started to flew to the vortex, and little by little the Thunderbird started to lose its shine, and the gray skull started to grow as it continued to consume the Thunderbird.

"Come on Albus, you're losing your touch..." said Grindelwald with a smile that turned into a cold one as 10 wizards apparated around him, encircled him inside.

"Kids, this is between Albus and me, you really don't want to get in this mess" Grindelwald as he observed the wizards.

"Surrender Grindelwald... We are here to imprison you and send you to Azkaban..." said a man with a large beard, a green bolt of lightning that turned into a skull was flying to that man, a blue lightning bolt was about to intercept the killing curse, but instead another white lightning bolt intercept the blue one, leaving the killing curse to hit the man on the c.h.e.s.t, as the man was hit, it died with his eyes wide opened and his mouth was still opened ad he was about to keep speaking, the body of the man fall to the ground from the air.

"Albus these kids are lacking in manners... Tell them to leave if you don't want me to teach them a lesson... This is between us" said Grindelwald as he waved his wand and the enormous gray skull positioned behind him.

All of the Aurors lifted their wands as they saw how one of them died just like that even when Dumbledore the greatest light wizard tried to help, he couldn't save him.

One of the Aurors breath in and said "Attack" all of the 9 Aurors started to attack Grindelwald, spells started to fly in his direction and Dumbledore joined the fray while starting to write runes with his left hand and sending spells with his right hand.

"You're just sending these kids to their death Albus..." said Grindelwald with a soft voice.

Grindelwald started to move his wand rapidly and sending back all of the spells that were thrown at him to their respective casters.

And started to move his left hand as he too was writing runes on the air.

"Come on kids, put more effort in this or you're going to die a graveless death, hahaha" Grindelwald pointed at the black clouds in the sky with his wand, and a white lightning descended and hit a wizard, the smell of burnt meat started to flow in the air, and the charred body dropped to the ground.

"8..." said Grindelwald while he was still sending back the spells thrown at him or rebounding them to others places.

All the Aurors were sweating at they were being pushed back, and Grindelwald was still at the same place, he hasn't even moved a centimeter since that duel with everybody started.

"Albus, you're really going to let these kids die?... It must be painful to see your own students die... One by one... Or maybe it doesn't affect you... You know for the greater good" said Grindelwald as he turned his head to look at Dumbledore who was looking at him with a calm face, while he was still moving his left hand and forming more runes in mid-air, while from time to time sending at spell at him.

"Together" said one of the Aurors, as all of them bundled together and send the killing curse linking their 8 killing curse into one. "Avada Kedavra" a big bolt of lightning the size of a tire started to flew to Grindelwald who looked amused at the spell.

As Dumbledore saw the linked killing curse he shouted "Don't" and send a spell to intercept the killing curse, but Grindelwald send a spell and intercept the one from Dumbledore with a mocking smile.

"You are really creative kids" said Grindelwald a he turned his head to look at the curse, he just waved his wand and the big gray skull behind him moved in front of him and waited for the spell to come.

The gray skull opened his mouth and ate the combined killing curse, as it devoured the killing curse the holes in its eyes light up with a pale green color, the atmosphere turned heavy and all the people in Diagon Alley started to feel as if the death was coming for them... Some of the wizards started shivering while others dropped to their knees.

"Hahaha you're just helping me... Thanks..." said Grindelwald while laughing.

Dumbledore face turned into a serious one as he saw the skull hole eyes lightning up with green color.

"Looks like you lost Albus" said Grindelwald as he wrote another rune on the air, and all of them started to shine with a green light and assembled, they all started to flew at the skull who opened its mouth and started to engulf all of the runes, every moment it passed the gray skull started to change from the gray original color to a green one.. And the atmosphere started to turn heavier and heavier.

"We can still stop him, Attack the skull" said Dumbledore with a powerful voice that did not leave room for bargaining.

The seven Aurors started to attack the skull who was taking a green color the more time it passed.

Dumbledore pointed with his wand at the sky and formed another Thunderbird but this one was smaller than the first one he summoned. He waved his wand and send the Thunderbird to the Gray Skull.

"Hahahaha, that's not going to work" said Grindelwald, as he kept sending back the spells and casting from time to time killing curses at the Aurors, who dropped from 7 to 3 and the three that were still standing, were sweating a lot and started to have problems to main themselves in mid-air.

Grindelwald saw with a calm face as the Thunderbird closed to the skull and exploded in front of it. The three Aurors didn't expect the Thunderbird to explode, one was caught in the explosion and the only remain of him was a hand still holding a wand, while the two others were hit by loose bolts of lightning from the explosion one lost his right leg and the other got disfigured as half of his face was charred. Both of them dropped to the ground from mid-air, fainting.

Smoke was coming from the explosion, while Dumbledore was still writing runes on the air while looking with a bit of hope at the center of the explosion.

The smoke started to dissipate, and a green glow started to shine inside the smoke... The more the smoke dissipated the more outline of a green glowing skull could be seen in the smoke... Till all the smoke vanished leaving a big green skull and top of the skull was Grindelwald with a smile on his face.

The wizards who saw the skull started to peed themselves as every one of them envisioned how will they die, every one of them saw a vision of them dying.

Grindelwald lifted his head and saw the mark of Voldemort in the sky and snorted, as he send a spell to the sky destroying the skull and the serpent.

Grindelwald pointed his wand at Dumbledore who was still writing runes on the air and said to him "Albus, you have lost, give me that wand."

Dumbledore just narrowed his eyes as he still kept writing runes on the air, he lifted his wand and sent a firebolt in the air.

Grindelwald smiled turned into a cold one and said "So be it" as he got off the skull and waved his wand, the green skull started to move in direction of Dumbledore.

As it was 2 meters in front of him all the runes Dumbledore has written started to shine and assembled into a gray Phoenix, the green skull kept flying in the direction of Dumbledore but the Phoenix flew and intercept the Green Skull but it just stopped it for a few seconds, it broke as it was made of glass, Dumbledore saw as everything happened, and got hit on his right arm by the green skull.

Dumbledore right arm started to aged at incredible speed till it was just a bony arm that started to turn into ashes and the elder wand dropped to the ground, as Dumbledore started to drop to the ground from mid-air.

Grindelwald pointed at the wand, and the Elder Wand started to fly in his direction.

Grindelwald took the Elder Wand in his hand and looked at it for a moment and then he kept it in his pocket.

All the wizards had despaired faces as they saw Albus Dumbledore losing the duel, and the started to shake again as the Green Skull turned around and look at them with those green flames in its eye holes.

"Arresto Momentum" a powerful voice was heard in Diagon Alley as a man pointed his wand at Dumbledore who was falling to the ground with great speed, but everyone noticed as Dumbledore speed started to decrease, till he landed on the floor.

Everyone turned their head to see an old man on top of a dragon with a suitcase on his hand.

"Huh, I thought you were not going to come and greet me, Newton Scamander, it´s nice to see you"
