Harry Potter: Glory of the King

Chapter 40: Idiot! Cry! Residue! screw!

After welcoming the fourth freshman to join Gryffindor, Lavender Brown realized that this was not a good opportunity to continue chatting with Ona, and Ona was finally able to continue listening.

"Anthony Goldstein!"

"Ravenclaw!"

"Gregory Gore!"

"Slytherin!"

"Hermione Granger!"

Ona looked at Hermione and saw that she glared at herself and Lavender Brown beside her, and couldn't help laughing. Hermione almost ran to the stool and hurriedly buttoned her hat on her head.

"Gryffindor!" the hat shouted. Hermione quickly ran to Ona and sat down, separating him from Lavender Brown, and then glanced at Lavender as if she had sworn sovereignty.

Lavender Brown frowned and glanced at Hermione, sparks erupted faintly.

"Daphne Green Glasnot!"

"Slytherin!"

"Wayne Hopkins!"

"Ona!" Before Ona could listen, Hermione pulled Ona. "What were you talking to that girl?"

"It's nothing." Ona smiled, "Just a few words from her and ask me where I am from."

"Neville Longbottom!" Ona heard the familiar name, turned his head and looked over, and saw Neville fell on the road towards the stool, and everyone laughed. This time it took a long time for the hat to shout: "Gryffindor!"

Neville was so excited that he ran away with his hat on, and the sorting cap yelled anxiously: "Stupid boy, you put me down!"

At last Neville had to trot back amidst the roar of laughter and returned his hat to Professor McGonagall. Professor McGonagall looked a little ugly, but didn't say anything in the end.

Neville finally sat next to Glory, but he didn't think much about it, but simply sat down with someone he knew better. Ona smiled and comforted him a few words.

"Morag McDoyle!"

"Ravenclaw!"

"Ernie McMillan!"

"Hufflepuff!"

"Draco Malfoy!"

Ona took a look, saw Malfoy walk over in a magnificent manner, and immediately got his wish, screaming, "Slytherin!" almost as soon as the hat touched his head.

Ona watched Malfoy go to meet his friends Crabbe and Gore, showing that he was very satisfied with him.

"Pansy Parkinson!"

"Slytherin!"

"Parvati Petir!"

"Gryffindor!"

"Padma Petir!"

"Ravenclaw!" Ona noticed, these are twin sisters, two beautiful black-haired Indian girls.

"What a pity!" Brother Weasley said, "If your sister is also assigned to Gryffindor, we will have three pairs of twins!"

Parvati smiled and did not answer, she was also surprised.

"Does it look good?" Hermione asked, staring at Ona.

"It's pretty," Ona replied, and Hermione furiously didn't want to speak.

"Harry Potter!" At this time, Professor McGonagall's voice came.

Ona and others looked at Harry who was walking towards the stool. There was a sudden humming and hissing noise in the restaurant like a small flame.

"Potter, is she calling that Potter?"

"Is that Harry Potter?"

Ona obviously felt that everyone's interest in Harry was much higher than that of himself and Glory. But Ona didn't care, after all, he was the protagonist of this world!

Harry put the sorting hat on his head for a while before he heard the hat yell: "Gryffindor!"

When Harry took off his hat, the entire Gryffindor table was shaking. Ona watched as most of the Gryffindor students were knocking on the table desperately and cheering, while the students in other colleges were also talking about it. One after another, but obviously not lively at this table. Harry took off his hat, put it back on the stool, and walked over to the long table in Gryffindor. Ona noticed that Percy came forward and held Harry's hand tightly, while the two brothers Fred and George were shouting, "We have Potter!"

Harry sat down next to Neville in a daze, opposite the ghost in the wheel-shaped ruffled collar-he also reached out and patted Harry, and saw Harry shivering. Ona guessed it felt like ice The barrel challenge is almost the same.

"Lisa Dupin!"

"Ravenclaw!"

"Ron Weasley!"

"Gryffindor!"

Ron almost fell apart as soon as he sat next to Harry, and he could see that he was nervous before.

"Very good, Ron, great!" Percy said exaggeratedly.

"Bresse Shabini!"

"Slytherin!"

As the last freshman finished sorting, Professor McGonagall rolled up the parchment, picked up the sorting hat and left.

Everyone felt a little hungry. At this moment, in the center of the guest platform on the high platform, a person stood up. Ona and others looked at it and recognized Albus Dumbledore at a glance—just like the picture on the Chocolate Frog. He was sitting on a big golden chair before, now he stands up, looks at the students with a smile on his face, and stretches out his arms to them. It seems that nothing makes him happier than seeing them all together.

Ona noticed that Hagrid was sitting in the corner closest to them. With his figure, it was hard not to notice him at first sight. And Professor Quirrell, now with a big purple scarf wrapped around his head.

"Welcome!" Dumbledore said, "Welcome everyone to Hogwarts to start the new school year! Before the banquet, I want to say a few words. That is: Nitwit fool! Blubber cry! Oddment residue! Tweak screw!"

Ona and others looked at each other, not understanding what it meant.

"Thank you everyone!" Dumbledore sat down again and everyone applauded and cheered.

"Is he... a little crazy?" Ona heard Harry ask Percy.

"Crazy?" Percy whispered, "He is a genius! The best wizard in the world! But you are right, he is a little crazy. Would you like some potatoes, Harry?"

Ignoring Harry’s stunned expression, Ona began to take out all kinds of delicious food that suddenly appeared on the plate on the table-roast beef, grilled chicken, pork chops, lamb chops, sausage, steak, boiled potatoes, roasted potatoes, fried Potato chips, Yorkshire pudding, pea sprouts, carrots, gravy, ketchup, etc., and even mint hard candies. Ona took a little bit of every kind of meat—he had been eating a lot after practicing martial arts. Glory ate more vegetables, but couldn't help taking a piece of steak.

Everyone is really hungry. Eat at noon is just a snack, not long.

"It looks so good!" The ghost said sadly as he watched Harry cut the steak.

"Aren't you coming for a little bit?"

"I haven't eaten for five hundred years." said the ghost. "I don't need to eat, but of course I miss their deliciousness. I think I haven't introduced myself yet? Nicolas de Mincy-Bopin Sir Dunn, the resident ghost of the Gryffindor Tower."
