Hi I'm Married, But I'm Sleeping With My Boss

Chapter 58 - Searching for Daddy (3)

Haru's heart solidified as the young lady folded her arms over his legs. His gaze fell on the plane perspective of her head. He had goosebumps realizing the possibility of what she said being true.

"What's your mom's name?" He stooped to her height level and set his hands on her shoulders already tearing up.

"Meilin Yee Zhao" without burning through additional time, he wrapped his arms around the girl, tears spilling down. Li Na was also as upbeat as he seemed to be. "After such a long time, I can hold my girl" he whispered.

"We need to go see mummy..." his facial appearance change. He didn't want to take such risks. She'd fire a restraining order, he knew the new type of woman she turned out to be.

"No, not now" he had to come up with some kind of excuse to stop her from telling her mother "Well...you shouldn't tell her yet because I want it to be a surprise... this is our little secret okay. Just me...." he said pointing at himself then poked her c.h.e.s.t "and you."

"Just me and you" she repeated after him. They embraced again, completely unaware of the third party that was watching.

"She was right...he really is our dad..." she left quietly in her bicycle, peddling down the road to her school gate. Li Na would've loved to spend more time with her father but she'd only have the opportunity to do so during lunch hours.

Haru couldn't do anything to solve that problem. It was hurting him too but nothing could be done. He can't go visit the twins because Meilin would do something crazy, especially when she knows the truth about the fire. He'd try by all means to not let the girls know because no one would believe how much he'd changed and the kids will be too young to even think about understanding.

"You have to go back now Li Na..." the young lady gestured already feeling emotional. She needed to get back, or else she'd be yelled at by her teacher for arriving late to class. Haru waved at the girl as she left, hands dropped when the kid blurred from his view.

"She really looks like her" he grinned, if felt like he was holding Meilin in his arms once more, the same way he did when they were stuck in the elevator eight years back. It's been for such a long time yet he recalls precisely how it felt.

Meilin remained at the balcony in her night dress looking at the delightful lights of the city in the gloam. A glass of wine in her grasp as she laid her elbow on the railings.

She'd got together with Li wei and made love to him in his home. She didn't need genital contact, she approved of kisses despite the fact that she tried her best to battle back the urge to surpass her limit.

They'd been making out with one another at his apartment suite, teasing and grinding. Had drinks and chatters about life along with future plan. He'd demonstrated enthusiasm for the lady, and it was really clear he needed her to be his, however Meilin had uncertain emotions towards that.

To be accurate, that day they had an argument. Meilin's been troubled a lot, and she spilled out the disappointment and outrage she'd been muffling back when she met Haru on somebody that wasn't the reason for her bad mood. She comprehended what she did wasn't right, and her words plus reaction aided their long hours of distance.

"Meilin... I know you don't need a lot of contact however would we be able to take things to another level" she confounded it. He could tell by her facial expression that she was irritated.

she raised a brow "what are you trying to say?" before he could talk she b.u.t.t in "Don't you like the consideration I'm providing for you as of now? Are you just in it for my body or you're that kind of man that simply needs to engage in s.e.x.u.a.l relations and get over it?" His expression fell flat. She picked up her bag and left him in the restaurant they consented to eat in.

She couldn't appear to overlook what had happened earlier in the evening. Her selection of words and the scene she made. Ever since it happened, Li wei hadn't called. She needed to apologize however her pride was kicking in severely.

She felt like a total a.s.s for the manner in which she treated a man like Li wei. She gulped down the remaining parts of the wine in her glass and went back in, shutting the door and dropping the curtains that hung over the balcony door.

She got her telephone on a little table and plunked down on the couch. She shut her eyes as she tapped the call button. It rang for some time yet it got directed to his voice mail. She called a few more times and concluded he was ignoring her calls.

**Hi Li wei, I'm sorry for what I did earlier. I'm sorry, I couldn't control my anger and i poured it out on you for no reason. Please give me a chance to explain myself and I'll tell you exactly what has been troubling my mood* she sent it and quietly appealed to God to make li Wei answer.

"Mother" Meilin looked at the kid in her pyjamas scanning for the accessory that separated the twins however she didn't have it on.

She wasn't sure who it was because they were too similar, and calling out the wrong name normally makes them upset so she'd had to pretend like she knew exactly who she was talking to.

"Yes Darling" she put the young lady on the couch and pat her head "Li Na is doing something stupid."

" Like?" she asked befuddled.

"She's conversing with a weird cage man...she said he's our dad..."

Meilin's heart raced. Exactly what she was afraid would happen was already coming true. The nightmares of the truth being revealed was indeed going to be reality someday and there'd be nothing she can do to stop it.

"Do you know what his identity is?"

she shook her head offering a negative response. "But, he has an image of you. Let me know mom...who is our dad?"
