Hold My Hand, Don't Let Me Go

After writing the three major problems that she needed to fix to live a beautiful life, Xin Lian got herself all dolled up and decided to go to the mall to experience the perks of being a rich heiress, who could buy whatever she wanted.

She wore one of the many expensive casual dresses in her walk-in closet and didn't spare on putting on accessories and using the million-dollar worth of handbag that the original Xin Lian owns. And even though others might look overdressed if they wore the same stuff that she did, Xin Lian with her beautiful face didn't look gaudy at all, and instead looked more stunning.

Checking herself once more in the mirror, Xin Lian couldn't help but hum in approval.

"I do look good. Jiu Chen must be blind to not choose this beauty over Yao Yue." She narcissistically said and giggled before leaving her room.

Outside, the helpers inside the mansion couldn't help but stare in awe at their beautiful young miss; but after remembering her temper, they all couldn't help but shake their head for the loss.

'If only their miss's temper is as good as the way she looks' they all thought.

"Miss…" one young maid, hesitantly called out to her. Scared that Xin Lian's mood might suddenly turn sour and put her anger on her.

But instead of the temper, Xin Lian looks back at the maid with a smile.

"Yes? How may I help you?" she joyfully said, that made the maid hesitate more.

"Ummm… Sir Jiu Chen slept here last night and instructed me to tell you that when you wake up, the two of you should talk and he'll wait on the study for you." The young maid nervously said. Knowing her young miss's temper when it comes to her husband, the maid was scared that once they finished talking, her miss would once again turn the mansion into chaos. She was immediately thinking of how to console her miss after her talk with her husband.

But, unlike the maid's negative thinking, Xin Lian was thinking differently.

She knows that she has to talk with her husband sooner or later to settle their relationship, but she doesn't want to waste her outfit and make-up that she worked hard on for hours, only to faint again once Jiu Chen 'the man who loves to walk away' turns his back on her.

"Let him wait" Xin Lian smugly instructed the young maid while walking out towards the luxurious sports car that she now owns.
