Chapter 301 - Meeting The Mysterious Zombie King Again

Yang Tian caressed Lina’s head affectionately. Although the amiable feeling towards Guna was still present, he still felt concerned about it. Moreover, Guna did not dare to approach Yang Tian as well, a deep fear could be detected coming from deep within her eyes.

Yang Tian did not use his ability to fly but chose to ride a Flying-Type Dark Slime instead.

A majestic mountain soon entered Yang Tian’s vision, the mountain was several times larger than the back mountain from before. The top half of the mountain was covered in clouds, hiding its peak within.

The “kiwi fruit” was emitting a faint fragrance and looked calm and serene. In front of the “kiwi fruit” was an ancient squarish stone table, on each side of the table were four stone chairs engraved with a picture of the four divine beasts: Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermillion Bird, Black Tortise.

On the White Tiger Chair was a man in white, the Mysterious Zombie King.

Yang Tian could not detect any traces of Zombie Energy from him anymore, he looked more like a hermit human drinking tea.

“Come, sit.”

Yang Tian sat on the Azure Dragon Chair.

“Hmm?”

A strange feeling startled Yang Tian, his Inner Energy was circulating quickly and a faint dragon roar emerged from within Yang Tian’s body.

“How does it feel?” the Mysterious Zombie King asked.

“Not too bad.”

Although it felt somewhat strange, the strengthening of his Inner Energy was not fake.

“Why did you come to find me?”

“A Tri-Horn Tyrant appeared in my territory.”

“Oh, that one! It is a gift from me, do you like it?”

The Mysterious Zombie King maintain his calm composure, as though the topic of their discussion was some minor conversation.

“An adult Tri-Horn Tyrant is a Rank 7 creature.”

Yang Tian’s words were apparent. A Rank 7 Tri-Horn Tyrant was an invincible existence on Earth at this point in time. Even a Rank 5 Undead Juggernaut was an undefeatable creature at this point.

“So what? Is a Rank 7 difficult to kill?”

Yang Tian felt fear towards the Mysterious Zombie King; it has only been half a year since the Apocalypse descended and yet the other party already possessed the ability to kill a Rank 7 creature. If the zombie king focused on leading the zombies, the Celestial Empire would have likely fallen under his control by now?

“Your strength has improved quickly recently, but your foundation is not stable.”

When Venom merged with his Dark Attribute, Yang Tian decided to use Venom as a key to reopening his Dark Power if the Light Attribute ever affected him negatively.

“You are afraid that the Light will affect yourself?”

“Or is it because you have been corroded by darkness and fear the light?”

The Mysterious Zombie King’s words have pointed out the side that Yang Tian did not want to admit and had hidden deep in his heart. The darkness allowed him to obtain the power of a Legendary Beast Tamer. Discarding darkness for light was a huge test for Yang Tian.

“Did darkness really make you who you are? Why not try light instead!”

Yang Tian’s eyes quickly shrunk, the Mysterious Zombie King seems to know what Yang Tian was thinking or had even known that Yang Tian has gone through a reincarnation?

“No need to be fearful, I do not hold any ill intentions.”

Yang Tian pondered and felt the words were true. The Mysterious Zombie King possessed the strength to kill a Tri-Horn Tyrant, what can Yang Tian’s current strength amount to in front of the Mysterious Zombie King?
