I Shall Be Happy

(5 minutes before the rite of passage)

(3rd person's POV)

In the middle of a barren field used by the Cadet Corps for training, a group of people was surrounding 2 guys. One was a blonde-haired man, with hazel gray eyes and sharp features. His old childish face was no more, instead, it was the face of a man that went through hell. On his other right side was his buddy, another man who also went through the same hell as he did. He had a determined look that was filled with the aspiration to become someone important. Both of these men were drastically different from their old scrawny selves. Their body was buffed and was the very definition of manliness.

"Wow! You guys looked so strong" (Mob 1)

"Yeah! What kind of training did you do to get those muscles?"(Mob 2)

"Kya!!!!! Looked at his handsome blonde face!" (Mob 3)

"I WANNA HAVE YOUR BABIES!!" (Mob 4) (A/N jk)

Far away.

"It seemed like we have some good crops." (Instructor 1)

"Yes... These guys look very promising. Hopefully, they aren't just for show." (Instructor 2)

"Goddamn it. Why are they showing off so much? I didn't teach them to become an exhibitionist. What if someone asked me to do the same. Urgh."

Athanatos, who was looking at the unexpected scene in front of him, had the urge to vomit. He still vividly remembered the ugly and disgusting face that these guys make whenever they go through his training. And now that they were free, they were using the result of their training to show off to others.

Little did he know, all of this was because of him. Living with 3 beautiful girls and a hot mom can easily arouse any young boy fantasy. But too bad for Armin and Eren, they were met with 2 big obstacles, Athanatos, and the girls. As long as Athanatos was there, forget thinking about girls, they could barely relieve their stress. Each day of training was hell and looking at the girls was their only entertainment. Yet... The girls were stronger than them, with the exception of Historia. But Historia was always together with either the other girls or Athanatos, making them unable to make any advance on any of the girls at home.

One day, they even went as far as questioning their s.e.x.u.a.l preference but that just ended with both of them looking at each other in disgust. (A/N I will leave this to your fantasy.)

Well, one good thing came out of that though, which was that they still like women.

So now that they have complete freedom over their life, they were going to get a girlfriend. Maybe... And they won't have to be jealous of Athanatos hogging(?) all the girls to himself.

And this was another misunderstanding. Besides Mikasa, Athanatos have never look at any girls with l.u.s.t or affection. They were at most at the level of best friends or siblings. Well... puberty is coming for Athanatos and the girls though... and that might change the current situation soon.

(MC's POV)

I wanna go home. God. I have been waiting in this goddamn sunny weather for like an hour now. Where the f**k is the instructor. For f**k sake, I'm here to train not to fking waiting for some old dude to arrive and yell at my face.

Speak of the devil. The drill instructor is here.

Wow... His face look exactly like a third rate villain. Look at the dark circles around his eyes. GOD. How long have this guy not sleep?

He also has tanned skin, not like the healthy one, like really saggy looking skin. He also has a bald head and a goatee on his chin.

I can already tell that this guy probably has some anger issues. Well... better not judge him too soon. I might be wrong and he could probably be a good guy.

Not.

"LISTEN UP MAGGOTS! You are now officially a member of the training unit no. 104! TOO BAD FOR YOU! I AM KEITH SHADIS. I had the unfortunate job of taking care of you maggots for the next three years. And it's not going to be a nice place to be."

Wow, he sounds like a sadist. I retract my earlier statement about thinking that this guy could have been a nice guy

"YOU ARE ALL MERE LIVESTOCK! CATTLE! FREELOADER! NO! YOU USELESS PIECE OF SHIT ARE EVEN WORSE THAN WHAT I JUST MENTIONED!..."

Goddamn it. When are you going to stop barking? It felt like some of your spit got on my face m8. Damn, nobody talked to me like this. Like ever. Nobody ever tried to, nor would they dare. But this guy... Well. I already promised the girls that we would all refrain from using our power so I'm not going to break my promise. Plus it would also serve as training for increasing the control over the body since we would be using a very very small amount of power. Now I know... it's also training for the mind since I have to listen to this guy barking all day for the next 3 years.

"I'm going to train you useless shit and YOU WILL FKING CRY! And 3 years later when you see a titan, ARE YOU GOING TO BE D*CK IN FRONT OF A TITAN? Or will you be a protector of the wall!? Or will you serve as the glorious servant under the king? Or will you become the mightiest fighter who will destroy the titans! A FIGHTER? OR A FKING SISSY? THE CHOICE LIES IN YOUR HAND

Not bad. This guy has talent at insulting others. I can learn from him. I guess it will be interesting.
