Back in his original world, when Lin Wu read the comment section of certain animes, he'll see that the top-voted comments are often the most degenerate.

Something along the lines of: "I want her to step on me," or something like, "I want her to verbally abuse me hehe..."

Naturally, after liking the comments like the cultured fan that he was, he would often question his slowly but surely growing degenerate taste in the anime culture.

Was he slowly assimilating into one of 'them?'

The famed... 'weebs?'

'No! Of course not!'

Being glared at by a petite girl who could very well compress him into a ball of flesh wasn't a good feeling at all!

"Lin Wu... have you forgotten the time when I generously lent you money?"

The crisp voice filled with disdain made Lin Wu quite uncomfortable with his predicament.

It was like a parent scolding their child...

"Have you forgotten about the time when I helped you with your homework?"

'Well actually that was the original bod--'

"Have you forgotten about the time when I would take care of y--"

'That wasn't m--'

"Or about the time I help you hide yo--"

"Tatsumaki-san," Lin Wu immediately interjected, "the chocolates are the real deal!"

Her eyes narrowed once again as she looked at the three rectangular-shaped chocolates offered by Lin Wu. As if Lin Wu could read her questioning gaze, he quickly explained.

"The chocolates in my hand are the Vintage 2015 Tequila Cask, made by the luxury brand To'ak Chocolate. To start, the chocolate was made with Nacional cocoa, which many experts believe to be extinct. With a focus on the sweet buttery caramel taste, the chocolate is quite expensive with each one worth about 41,074 yen! The chocolate's natural oil is what's responsible for absorbing the rich taste of Don Julio's tequ--"

Before Lin Wu could finish explaining, Tatsumaki pointed at his phone lying on top of the bed.

A green aura surrounded his phone as it floated to her. The esper looked at the time on the phone before unlocking his phone.

"Wait, how do you know my pin?!" Lin Wu exclaimed as he watched her swiping.

"Huh, seems like you weren't lying this time." She ignored his question as she twirled her index finger, the phone returning to where it had previously been.

~~Vzzzzzzzzz!~~

Lin Wu could see her phone ringing within one of her pyjama pockets. Tatsumaki had a smug-like grin as she saw the caller and immediately accepted the call.

"Hello? What's the situation?" She smiled as she waited for a reply.

"Lady Tatsumaki! There has been a monster sighting in City B! We believe it to be a disaster-level Dragon!"

"City B? Isn't that where most of the Pro Heroes are? They can't even do their own job now? I'll be on my way." The S-Class Rank 2 Hero responded as she ended the call.

"Finally! It's so boring lately with that creepy smile macho-man stealing my monsters!"

Tatsumaki zoomed out of the room, still in her pyjamas as Lin Wu watched her petite figure grew smaller and smaller.

As Lin Wu was about to put back the vintage chocolates back into the drawer, a green aura surrounded them before they quickly flew out of the room as well. He watched as the System's common-type reward slowly disappear. 'I wanted to eat them... Oh well.'

He didn't really care about losing those chocolates anyway, what's lost is lost, it's not like he can demand back the chocolate from someone so domineering.

The teenager turned back to the T.V. as he jumped on his bed, he quickly switched the channel to the General News Channel.

"All Might has confirmed that he has been teaching in U.A. High School! For three weeks already no less! Now that the rumour that has finally been put to rest, how will Shiketsu High School respond? Will they get the Number 2 Hero, Endeavor, to join their teaching staff?"

Lin Wu laughed at the idea of Endeavor teaching, the grumpy hot-tempered Hero teaching in High School?

'No way! The chances of that happening are as low as Gilgamesh turning female and teaching history class!'

The newscaster continued. "On a side note, the U.A. Sports Festival will be starting next week! Please come to City B if you're interested in the next generation of Pro Heroes!"

'It's been three weeks already? I should prepare for when the System returns... I really don't want to deal with 'her' though...'

The System is a little bit... eccentric. Just thinking about 'her' makes him feel uncomfortable as he remembered their first interaction with each other when he landed in this world.

'I should probably go to the Sports Festival; it isn't like I have anything else to do. Plus, Kuoh students get discounted tickets...'

It wasn't like the U.A. Sports Festival would turn out like the Chunin Exams of both 'Naruto' and 'Boruto', so he should be safe as long as he isn't too close to the arena since he wouldn't want to risk getting hit by a random projectile...

Lin Wu yawned as the rain started pouring, the noise drowning his room as he finally got off his bed and to his desk where the monitor sat. He quickly turned on the monitor, and then pressed the power on button for his computer.

He laid back on the computer chair and spun around while waiting for the computer to finish booting up.

As he spun around, he relished in the sound of the rain.

The loud yet gentle noise reminded him that even though he was in a different world, it was still the same planet that he loves.

Earth.

His eyes slowly closed as he leaned on the spinning chair.

The rain was like a lullaby...

It was enchanting...

He swore, he could sleep any minute...

...

...

...

...

...

Lin Wu jumped out of his chair!

The computer chair slammed into the desk, falling over!

Lin Wu ran to the balcony, ignoring the rain drenching his clothes!

He closed his eyes as he focused on something.

His molars started grinding against each other!

"She's back!"

His body started shivering!

Not out of cold...

But fear!

He ran back into his room and slammed the window-door close!

He quickly closed the curtain!

The transmigrater from another world stared at the ceiling, projecting his will onto the sky!

"E-Emergency! A thunderstorm is forming above City A! Please evacuate inside of a building as soon as possible!" The newscaster screamed as the channel pulled up the weather forecast.

"She's... still too scary..." Lin Wu said to himself as he quickly picked up the chair from the floor and put on his headset, turning on the noise-cancellation feature as he immediately went on Vuotube!

He clicked on a random music video and turned it on to max volume!

He covered his eyes with his arm as a self-deprecating smile appeared on his face.

"I..."

"...I'm still the same..."

Rumble...

Rumble...

Rumble...

BOOM!

A strike of lightning smashed the ground outside!

Charring the surface pitch and utterly black!

The flash shining through his curtains!

If Lin Wu had turned around...

He would've seen the silhouette of a woman taller than his balcony just outside!!

Her elegant and pale fingers grasped onto vertical rails of the balcony... As she stared at him through the curtains!

Lin Wu started shivering incessantly as his eyes shut tight.

After all...

He's on the second floor!
