Insanity At Its Best

"Is something wrong?", Zoe said as she observed him gradually descend into rage and madness, he began to maniacal laugh and crush the edges of his chair with his hands.

"Blaze is the dirt bag who betrayed me and is...... three percent responsible for my insanity", he said.

She ignored his little humorous remark and proceeded to ask the question;

"Who is he and who is he to you?"

He immediately looked at her in suspicion, she was frightened to see his child stare at her, he got up and walked to his refrigerator.

He grabbed a beer and an apple juice box.

"Here, drink this", as he handed over the beer to her, he sat down and took one big gulp out of his juice box. He said;

"Blaze is the second in command of a certain clan called The Divine Clan", he said.

"Wha--WHAT? The Divine Clan? I thought he was your regular bad guy. The Divine Clan is filled with immortals and beings with immense power. Is he really that strong?", Zoe said.

"Mhmm"

"How do you know him?", she said.

"Blaze was my mentor", he said.

She gazed at him with shock and awe.

"So then are you really crazy or just crazy powerful?", she asked.

"I'm just powerful and nuts at the same time.", he chuckled and said.

She believed him for sure as he was responsible for hundreds of lives in which he takes pride in.

"The Divine Clan is a serious deal and it's members are almost impossible to attack, you are not giving that amulet to him because if you do he will use it for his selfish purposes and become one so close to the Supreme One, a.k.a the first in command. So basically it's just a death wish I'd you hand it over to him but you have a choice here, you can hand it to the maniac here and let him think of a plan to figure this out or just hand it to Blaze and start the apocalyptic hell hole which will be run by the Divine Clan, either way I'm going to enjoy it very much. ", he said.

She took a quick glance at him and realized that he knows Blaze than more than she did plus she wasn't willing to put everyone's lives at stake because of her. She said;

"Hmm..... So you are going to come with me all the way to the Crimson Realm just to have a chat with him or end him possibly?"

"Crimson Realm? Is that where he is? Well then, this is going to be fun", he said.

He walked away and into the bathroom to soak himself in holy water. Every drop of it made a massive injure to him and internally and externally. He was covered in burn marks. He walked out ten minutes later, all dressed up and entered his study to grab all his equipment. He said as he walked into the room with Zoe;

"I'm going to f***ing kill him"

She said, "What in the world? Why is your face red? Did you burn yourself?"

"No, Are YOU nuts?", he said, " I bathed in holy water."

"Why? You are a sinner", Zoe said.

"First, rude. Second, I had to because if we want to face the Divine Clan, I should be replenished and purified to attack."

She nodded and They were about to exit the apartment when he suddenly stopped her. He looked carefully around the room, she began to look in confusion. He stared at the corner near the bookshelf, he threw a dagger to the corner and an object unveil as a person in regalia. It appeared to be a member from the Divine Clan dressed in luscious gold and chalky white.

"Zoe Beckett,

You have a traitor to Blaze the Almighty, You shall pay for your betrayal to our brothers of the clan. Meet your doom", said the soldier.

"Wow... Bravo! I must admit that the Divine Clan does peak my interest when it performs shenanigans like this, you won't be able to handle my rage, peasant", he said.

He began to burst his aura and charge his power for an immense battle, so did the soldier. While Zoe wandered in shock;

"Why would a lunatic, like him, defend me? I just met him. Is he actually crazy? Or is this an act? What? I don't-- What? He is completely crazy and dangerous, He doesn't have a heart and he doesn't have feelings other than hunger for lives and pure evil. Who is he now?"
