Getting up from where I was sitting I looked over to the bustling Goblin tribe. I Should move the tribe closer to the top of the mountain and with doing this I could start building down and around the mountain. It will also make communication easier. Getting up and walking into the tribe I move towards the hut the x-chief came out of. As I reach the door I open it and to my disgusted surprise what greets me is the Goblin boss going at it with a woman with a Pair of small horns on her head and a large tail that look like a tail of a crocodile. Closing the door behind me, I walk away as if Nothing ever happened. I am just gonna pretend that never happened.

Taking a deep breath. "Those who can understand me. Come to me." The rest carry on." The ones who can't understand me are just gonna be confused for a little I guess, or not.

One Goblin climbs onto the back of one other goblin before yelling to the other goblins and heading towards me with the goblin whos back he climbed onto and two other goblins from the group. As they walked towards me the goblins which were just standing there back to whatever they were doing.

The Goblin which climbed up the other goblin steps forward and slightly bows. " I Huttel, Goblin aristocrat am of service to the chief."

Brenda, I want you to be the trainer of the military I am gonna assemble leading them in drills sabre training and anything else you see fit they need.

Urgle, You will be in charge of all Mining related operations. I also want you to start looking for other places that can have a mine built and to train those who want to learn or are sent to you in mining.

Womre, I want you to lead all the farming operations Plant-based food or animals.

Nargulg, I know you haven't been here for a while But I would like you to also Train those who want to learn or are sent to you in fighting and whatever skills you can teach them. As your experience against the Holy Kingdom will also help us against the Holy kingdom if you can pass on that knowledge.

James, I am gonna need your help creating weapons and armour for the soldiers that are about to start appearing. I know you are against making weapons that aren't decorative but I need your help. Also, could you train those who want to learn or are sent to you Blacksmithing and Wood Working.

Morgana, I want you to Make Potions and research potions to make and Please listen to Corath if he asks you to research something. Lastly, I want you to use your skill (Nature Guardian: Infection) and create some to grow in the undead soldiers as they have ridiculous life forces and regenerate life force and a crazy rate and if it does kill them they can just be re-raised.

But if you don't meet the numbers just because there are not enough goblins or Blood-Borne Ogres willing to learn that is also Fine I will just fill in the numbers with Undead. Tho Nargulg and Brenda your Group is gonna be quite a bit bigger as I will be sending over every Zombie that has enough intelligence to learn. That isn't learning something else and I would like it also if you could accept all the Goblins and blood-borne Ogres that want to join you as Soldiers will be needed.

When goblins evolve they get to choose how they evolve and can change things meaning a goblin could skip steps of evolution tree but have to pay a price in either losing base stats getting curse we have to remove and so on, most goblins don't skip evolutions as one they aren't smart enough or have no chance of removing curse or increasing their base stats. Sometimes also they die by losing all there stats that increase their health making the effective health 0 dying to practically anything."
