Jack: Why are you here?

Jack (Impostor): I'm supposed to be in this class. You, on the other hand, had the guts to sneak into Beacon and pretend to be me. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Jack: That's not true. I've always me. Isn't that right guys?

Olga: Don't talk to me. I'm not your friend.

Eve: Were not stupid. Just take off your ridiculous disguise already.

Kim: Jack, knock some sense into him.

Weiss: Beat him up. Show him the weight of the Schnee family's name.

Jack (Impostor): You heard them. Why you insist on claiming you are me makes no difference to me. I just know that I have to stop you.

He glares at me and lets out an evil smirk. He takes out Light and turns the dial to fire. He slashes his blade covered in fire straight at me. I take out Light as well, but instead to turn the dial to ice and stab my sword into the ground. The ice surrounds me and causes the impostor to retreat. He jumps onto a glyph and uses it as a boost to get close to me. He takes the opportunity to summon Bagels as he charges toward me. This Bagels has a dark aura around him that he doesn't usually have. This guy seems to be using my techniques and powers against me. He swings his sword again at me and I managed to block his attack. He then kicks me after I blocked him and sends me right next to Bagel where he punches me to the side. I didn't think Bagels and myself could be so formidable. I try to summon my Bagels, but I'm blocked by something. The impostor notices my confusion and rushes at me again. I'm barely managing to hold off his attacks, but this time I managed to cut his arm and body a few times. He quickly uses the devour power to heal his wounds. Bagel's slams into the ice and I hurriedly dodge to the side. I turn the dial for Light to fire and charged at Bagel. Bagel welcoming the challenge charges toward me and tries to grab me. I dodge him and slash off his arm. At that moment, the impostor got behind Bagels and threw his sword at Bagels. It went straight through Bagel and my c.h.e.s.t. Bagel's disappeared and I'm left with a large wound. I quickly use my devour power to absorb more aura to use to quickly heal the wound in my c.h.e.s.t. It was closing at a rapid pace, but the impostor wasn't going to wait for me to finish and rushed to my side. There was one thing I did notice that I had that he didn't have. My red katana named Destiny. He didn't have it. I quickly grabbed his weapon and dodged his attacks. I'm pretty weak in hand to hand combat without a weapon. He probably meant to take me out in one blow with that attack. I could feel the negativity not just from the way he fights, but his general demeanor. Who is this? Is this me? No, this isn't me. The person I am and want to be isn't like this. I don't want to be a hero like the Unshakable Hero, but I want to be someone who can protect the things close to me. My friends, my family, and my home at Beacon. This person isn't an impostor, he's just a warped version of myself. To prove that I grab onto him and try to completely absorb him. He tries to fight back, but every time he does I just stab him somewhere on his body and he loses concentration on countering my power. Eventually, I finished absorbing him and the next thing I knew I was back in the hall with everyone else. A couple of people have already woken up, but I was one of the first 16 people so I got a spot in the tournament. One thing that concerned me was that I was able to absorb my doppelganger. Even if it was all in my mind, I wonder if I can be able to absorb another person like that in the real world. I absorbed the dark energy from the Grimm before, but what kind of power could I gain from absorbing actual people. A terrible thought to say the least considering that would mean killing people for my benefit. There's no way I could do that, but who knows what life has in store for me. I do want to improve my usage over my devouring power since I use it so rarely in the real world without fear of someone finding out about it. These worlds or time periods in the book can be used to help improve my usage over it without anyone knowing. After waking up and getting a spot in the tournament, I went over and enjoyed the festival going on. I casually strolled the streets and listened to the exotic music as I waited for the next round of the tournament.
