Seeing how Lily was determined, SongJae agreed to her request, though feeling a bit vexed that she couldn't trust 100% in his ability in keeping her safe. He knew she was right, so he was also thinking of enrolling her in self-defence classes and get her a license to shooting ranges after the bal. He couldn't keep her locked anymore but he could help her become stronger.

"I'll bring you what you asked. I've also hired a beautifying team to help you prepare for the bal. Even though I think they won't have much to do, seeing how you are already perfect."

On those words, SongJae approached her quickly and stole a kiss from her. She barely felt the warmth of his lips, he was already walking away with his cheeks lightly blushed. Her face was feeling hot as well. How.....how he dare steal a kiss from her!!!!

SongJae couldn't resist when he saw Lily's glowing eyes fille with anticipation. She was so enticing, he had to kiss her. But he had never lost control to his impulse before and became embarrassed, hence why he left in hurry.

Lily was still under the shock! It probably wasn't her first kiss since they were engaged but it was her first kiss since she woke up and she couldn't remember any other kiss. She wasn't naive, she knew at some point she would have to behave as his beloved. It's just kissing should be done with someone you love and she had no feelings of the sort for the young man.

Not wanting to spend more time about spilled waters, Lily decided to try on her presents. The ensemble was stunning, the dress was fitting like a glove. She looked so beautiful in the mirror's reflection, she barely believe it was her. SongJae definitely had good taste! She couldn't wait for the night of the bal. She felt she could regain control of her life at that moment.
