Legendary Shadow

Chapter 107 - Pokemon Raid 3

Liam knew that in this battle he would definitely have to summon all his Pokémon's including Mewtwo and thought that it would be a good opportunity for them to grow, level up, and m.a.t.u.r.e. All his Pokémon came out one by one. When the Chief saw this, he was beyond shocked to see such a young person with all these strong Pokémon. He didn't even recognize most of them as they look different from the norm.

The guards and the Chief also sent out their Pokémon. Most of them were level 40s and level 50s. Liam could only shake his head after seeing the Pokémon they brought out. He knew that they would be okay during this battle, but they needed even more manpower to hold back this raid. Liam then thought of Giratina and thought maybe he would be able to use that powerful Hyper Beam that he had used against the Clefairies a few years ago to save his life but then he remembered that Shadow was out for a few weeks after that happened.

Liam definitely could not afford for Shadow to be out at the beginning of this battle. So, he wanted Shadow to use it towards the end if they are being pushed back. Liam took out his Pokedex and started checking some of the most noticeable Pokémon in the raid in order to know their levels, who to attack and what not.

When he checked Tyranitar's level, he saw that he was level 100.

This shocked him as he didn't know that wild Pokémon can become that strong. Liam was thinking maybe Tyranitar used to have a trainer before something happened but it seemed like Tyranitar was too angry to even hold a conversation with him, so he just put that out of his mind as he had Mewtwo put up a psychic barrier in order to protect them from any harm that came their way.

As soon as Tyranitar saw that there was another Tyranitar but it was weaker than him, he started laughing. This made Liam's Tyranitar pissed as he wanted to charge towards him, but Liam quickly stopped him and told him that he wasn't his match. They started making battle plans after seeing what they were dealing with. Omanyte was going to go with Dragonite while Kabuto went with Shadow.

The battle commenced as Tyranitar gave his side the signal to charge forward. The battle had started as all of Liam's Pokémon charge forward and the town folks' Pokémon had joined them. Dragonite and Charizard were in the air blasting and taking down the flying type Pokémon. Shadow had joined them, blasting his way through the huge crowd trying to make a way to open it to let sunlight through so that the ground troops will have an easier time during their battles.

Omanyte and Kabuto were also in action and continued shooting their projectile attacks to help out any way they can. As soon as a little bit of sunlight hit the field, the ground troops charged forward. Liam's Pokémon Kangaskhan, Eevee, Tyranitar and Ditto also charged forward with the town folks' Pokémon. It had become quite an ugly brawl as they were attacking each other nonstop.

Liam's Tyranitar was just plowing through the crowd due to his high level and used earthquake causing a lot of Pokémon to fall to their deaths. He seemed to get joy out of killing Pokémon as it fueled his devil form when he transformed. Back in the sky, the leader of the flying type Pokémon had finally showed up. It was a level 90 Pidgeot.

He was defeated by Tyranitar and had to listen to every order of Tyranitar's without doubting him since he was the strongest around and the leader of his own group. He was able to convince them to join hands in this raid. Pidgeot saw that his minions were getting rolled over by Liam's Pokémon in the sky so he finally went to join the action as he attacked Charizard who didn't have any of the little ones holding him down.

Charizard had become the vanguard of the group as he took most of the damage. After the attacks, the crowd of flying Pokémon had not let up so Shadow was confused on whether he should use sheer cold to just end all of them in one go. He asked Liam and Liam gave him the go ahead because they needed the sun that they kept blocking. The ground troops of the town's people were getting overwhelmed and needed help from the flying types.

There were thousands of flying types up there. Shadow knew he could take care of them in one go but he wasn't sure if he would survive an attack that massive. It might put him in a coma for weeks if he wasn't careful but the ground troops needed their help and it wasn't the time to think. Liam quickly came up with an idea as he told everyone to withdraw.
