Legendary Shadow

When Liam woke up it was evening in Pallet Town decided to grab something quick to eat and set out to go visit Professor Oak. He didn't want to tell him about Mewtwo and wanted to keep it as a secret weapon just in case never knew what might happen in the future.

Oak was doing some research as usual, he was surprised to see Liam there and ask him why isn't it training for the championship that was coming up then, Liam told him that he had some business to tend to around these areas. Oak raised an eyebrow and ask Liam if he was involved with the accident that happened last night. Liam just shrugged saying he doesn't know anything about it.

Oak knew he was lying but decided to brush it off since he didn't want to talk about it. He asked about Shadow so Liam brought him out and Oak noticed that he had grown even taller. Oak wanted to do some test on Shadow but Liam denied him after Shadow sent him a message saying hell no.

Liam could only laugh and tell Professor that he was actually on his way out of town he just stopped by to say hi. Oak was sad but didn't say anything about that. He told them that he had an upgrade for his Pokedex and upgraded it for him, before Liam left there he could sense his Charizard was around the area but he decided not to interfere with his training.

Liam was trying to figure out what to do next he finally figured he should just go collect the rest of the gym badges since Mewtwo was on his team now he could just use him as a backup just in case Shadow couldn't handle it but he knew that Shadow could beat all the gym Pokemons out there but it'll just be tough battles against the gym leaders actual professional Pokemons but he didn't really have to face them to get the gym badge.

Liam made his way down to Cinnabar Island where Blaine family was located, he rode on Shadow using Surf and then made their way down the sea. On the way they met a lot of trainers that kept asking for battles, because of this it took them a few days to reach the island. When he finally got to Cinnabar Island he remembered that he got him some fossils back at Mt Moon.

Liam decided to drop them off to get them resurrected, after dropping it off at the lab he decided to go to the Pokemon center to take a break and get Shadow healed up for tomorrow's match at the gym. In morning Liam picked up Shadow and they went out to eat, after eating they then headed to the gym to get their sixth badge.

When he got there he had to go through a lot of Blaine's family that were training at the gym but Shadow easily took care of them by using attacks like water gun and water pulse destroying all the fire types. Finally the head of the family Blaine came out to face him since nobody could beat him.

The match started as the announcer said Blaine with the fire balls vs Liam from pale et town. Blaine was using a Ponyta, Rapidash and Arcanine but due to their low levels they were no match for Shadow. After getting the badge Liam asked for a good battle which Blaine quickly understood and summoned a level 75 Magmar, as soon as he brought him out the place started to get hotter but Liam simply ignored it and had Shadow continue to battle.

Shadow used quick attack right after using agility to up his speed. Magmar used sunny day making the place even hotter, just when Shadow was about to make contact, Magmar used a powerful Flamethrower causing Shadow to dodge and use Wing attack to strike his stomach and twisted his body and preparing his other wing with a Steel Wing Attack.

Shadow struck Magmar right in his back into the ground causing a crater. Blaine complemented Shadow om his ferociousness, all Liam can do is smile and give Shadow a mental order to continue by using Water Pulse but Magmar quickly rolled away dodging that attack.

While Magmar was spinning he was preparing a Fire Spin Attack which quickly grew into a large tornado that approached Shadow. Shadow also started spinning and summon in a large Whirlpool at the same time doing a Rain Dance clearing up the sunny day attack that Magmar had summoned making the whirlpool even stronger.

After clashing with the Fire Spin the fire disappeared as the Whirlpool crashed into Magmar cousin great damage to Magmar. Magmar started to get angry as is his arua erupted causing the Whirlpool to evaporate.

The heat that was emulating from Magmar could be felt even by Liam and everybody else that was in the gym. Shadow knew that Magmar was officially getting serious so he decided to do the same and some small horns that had gotten bigger from the last time he had used is devil mode came out. Blaine was just having a ball and was fascinated by all these new discoveries.

Magmar unleashed powerful Flamethrower at Shadow while he was in the air and Shadow also unleashed a black Flamethrower shocking Blaine and making him question why was his flame black and not orange like the rest of his fire Pokemon. Blaine was very interested now in conducting experiments on this Pokemon.

While this battle was happening Mewtwo was communicating with Liam that he knew this scientist and he kind of helped with creating him but all of a sudden he had left one day and he never saw him again. Liam was surprised by this comment and Mewtwo told him to ask him about it after the battle.

Just when the battle is getting heated Shadow decided to turn it up a notch by switching from Flamethrower to Hydro Pump. Liam combined a Hydro Pump with a Thunderbolt making it go right through Magmar's flamethrower and striking Magmar sending him flying away from the battlefield and then in to a wall. Blaine had his mouth wide open and shocked as he saw that attack Shadow had used.
