It isn't until six o' clock in the afternoon that Xia Shishu returns home.

After buying and adjusting his crossbow in Du Hai's bas.e.m.e.nt, Xia Shishu continued shooting while receiving tips from Du Hai.

Du Hai saw that Xia Shushu's shooting skill was… very very bad. So bad that he couldn't help but give Xia Shishu some tips on shooting.

Xia Shishu, of course, did not reject Du Hai's kind intentions. Though, he did spend quite a lot of time in Du Hai's bas.e.m.e.nt.

After finally getting a little bit better on shooting, Xia Shishu left Du Hai's house with a few bags that contained the items he bought. He couldn't just blatantly carry a crossbow in public.

But!

Xia Shishu only took the bags with him because he did not want Du Hai to find about his System Inventory. After traveling quite a distance from Du Hai's house, Xia Shishu threw the crossbow and the bolts into his system inventory. It is a hassle to carry them, after all.

Opening the door to his apartment, Xia Shishu saw that the living room is desolate. Nobody's present. Most likely, everyone is in their rooms.

After checking the fridge, Xia Shishu didn't see any plated food that's saved for him. The only place left is the stove. His little sister sometimes doesn't put the food she made in the fridge.

On the stove, there is leftover spicy beef curry in a pot. All he had to do is re-heat and eat it. It just took a few minutes for everything to be plated. Of course, he could've eaten the things he bought from Second Reality, but nothing tastes better than his little sister's foods.

He CLEANED his plates after finishing and refrigerated the pot filled spicy curry. In addition to this, he didn't forget to clean himself before going into his room. He didn't want Xiao Lina to nag him again like she did yesterday.

As he sat on his bed, Xia Shishu pondered about his plans to become stronger once more. He had bought his new and amazing weapons. He couldn't wait to use them against monsters in Second Reality.

"I've got the weapons… Now to see if real life items have properties in the game!" Xia Shishu spoke.

He stood up from his bed and rummaged through his closet.

He had acted cool like an Immortal yesterday in Second Reality, but he wore ragged beginner clothing the whole time! Others didn't mention it, but he knew he looked like an idiot.

The first things Xia Shishu threw into his inventory is his nice black suit set that's worth around 3.500 yuan. He didn't like wearing the shoe, but he threw it into his inventory anyways. He also threw casual shirts, sweatshirts, and other attires into his inventory. Finally, Xia Shishu got to the end of his clothing selection!

Xia Shishu had an Immortal cosplay set in his closet! His ancient-like costume that's filled with embroidery is quite amazing. Its main color is based around purple since he likes violet very much. He even has a long hair Immortal wig to go along with Immortal costume!

"Hahaha. Tonight, I have to try on the suit and costume! My roleplaying will be more convincing!" Xia Shishu delightedly express.

Seeing that there's not much left in his closet, Xia Shishu closed it and went to his desk. He didn't want to take most of the thing there, but he will definitely take his flashlight! The night in Second Reality is quite nasty in terms of vision. The torch from the beginner village didn't bring much light either. Hopefully, the flashlight will be better.

He could think of a few more things that he wants to use in Second Reality, but he doesn't have the time nor money to buy them at the moment since he spent it all on the crossbow and sword.

Laying on his bed, Xia Shishu smiled in satisfaction and logged into Second Reality.

With a flash of light, Xia Shishu appeared on the street where he logged off yesterday. There were more players than there was yesterday.

'This game is truly popular!' Xia Shishu spoke to himself as he stood still. Looking through his inventory, he saw that the items that he threw in there had successfully transferred into Second Reality.

"Get out of the way! Get out of the way! I'm in a hurry!" Someone yelled and push through the crowd.

Bump!

A petite figure bumped onto Xia Shishu and fell on the ground. Due to Xia Shishu's abnormal stats, he isn't so easily shoved to the side.

"How dare you push Fei Fei onto the ground!" The petite figure on the ground pointed at Xia Shishu and bit her lips in anger.

"Nonsense! You're the one that tried to push me!" Xia Shishu retorted.

"No way! Look at me. I'm so small! Why would I dare try to push someone as big as you!" The petite figure bit her lips even more.

"Never mind this. You know what you did, little girl. Let us go our own way and stop making trouble." Xia Shishu waved her off. It's not worth his time dealing with the petite girl.

"WHAT! Little Girl!? Who're you calling a little girl!?" The petite girl's face got red and steamed. She doesn't like it when people call her a little girl! She's 16 years old!

"Don't talk to this Immortal that way! I might look calm, but in my head, I've already punched you in the face three times!" Xia Shishu joked.

"You!! This is outrageous!" The petite Fei Fei blurted. She admits to herself that she caused this little scenario, but she likes mischief! It's just that no one has ever acted the way the boy did to her! Why does he even call himself an Immortal! And what's with him saying that he punched her in the face!? Is he threatening her!?!?

"Hmph!" Xia Shishu slightly turned and rapidly equipped his Immortal cosplay costume set.

Woosh~ in a flash of light, his hair suddenly seem like it grew and a purple Immortal costume covered Xia Shishu body.

Xia Shishu turns and walks away like a scholar. While walking, he looks majestic, especially with his new equipment! With one hand cupped to the sky, Xia Shishu poetically sang, "When I leave, Willows shed tears."

When he leaves… Willows shed tears!? Fei Fei's eyes widen for a moment before her face suddenly change.

"F*ck! This guy is crazy! How did he even get those cool looking equipment!? " The petite Fei Fei spat. She doesn't like the guy one bit! A moment ago, he was talking nonsense about punching her in the face. Now, he is talking like a dignified scholar and even sung a line of poetry!

"Bleqq!!! I'm ready to puke blood for you, crazy man!!" Fei Fei yelled at Xia Shishu who slowly strode away.

'Hehehe, this is awesome! I never had many chances in real life to act like this!' Xia Shishu gloated to himself as he got further away from the petite girl.

Xia Shishu felt like there are quite a few things that he could be doing. But at the moment, he could either go do some quests and get EXP, or stock up on money and sell some Talismans again.

Right now, though, he's leaning more towards making Talismans and stocking up on money.

Like yesterday, Xia Shishu went towards a bustling street filled with players. Along the way, countless players laid eyes on him. Some looked at him with admiration, some with envy, and some with greed.

Xia Shishu's equipment is just too eye appealing!

Inwardly, Xia Shishu felt like a true Immortal! It's just the best feeling ever! While everyone is wearing ragged clothing or leathered armor, he is wearing an amazing costume! If he compares himself next to any player at the moment, it's like comparing gold to a piece of stone.

As he took his time walking along the road, he suddenly remembered that he had forgotten to check his costume's stats.

Currently, the most notable things in Xia Shishu's inventory is his two new weapons, his suit, and his cosplay costume.

[Nitro Crossbow] (Bronze, Weapon)

Physical Damage: +500 - 1,100

[Modern Low Tier Suit Set] (Bronze)

Defense: +5

Description: When the set is completed, secret stat, charm, is increased by 10. NPCs will have a better opinion of you when talking to them. Cannot be dropped. Cannot be traded.

[Immortal Swordsman Knight Costume Set] (White)

Xia Shishu stared at his new items in shock. There is no level requirement in equipping them at all, and the items can't be dropped or traded. There is also a need to talk about his most favorite costume in comparison to the other equipment!

Apparently, his most favorite Immortal suit is the most trashy item! Impossible!
