It's been three months since Raiden started training his chakra control, fire release techniques, hand seals and Sharingan. His mother explained to him how he awakened his Sharingan and he was surprised and asked her she didn't tell him, she simply told him it would have burdened him at that age which is why he had to train his body.

he was making great progress in fire release Jutsu. He mastered the fireball Jutsu a week after he started learning it, then learned three more fire Jutsu, the Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique, Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique and Fire Release: Flame Bullet.

He also mastered the Leaf Concentration Practice. He is now able to stick multiple leaves on his body without losing concentration for more than two hours.

And his hand seals are getting faster with every day, he only has to get more familiar with his body and the techniques to start using fewer hand seals in Jutsu.

Right now he was thinking back to his mother's explanation of the Sharingan

Flashback to three months ago~~~~

"The Sharingan or the Copy Wheel Eye is the dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha clan that appears selectively among its members. It is regarded as one of the "Three Great Dōjutsu", the others being the Byakugan and the Rinnegan. The Sharingan grants the wielder two broad abilities: the "Eye of Insight" and the "Eye of Hypnotism". The Eye of Insight has three main abilities being: First, The user can see chakra, giving it colour in order to distinguish it by its composition and source. Though not as capable in this regard as the Byakugan, it can see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow, such as those caused by Genjutsu influence. Second, The user is granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips or mimic something like pencil movements. In combat, this allows us to see fast-moving objects and, once fully developed, offers some amount of predictive capabilities. They can also read the enemy's hand seals to give them an insight of the performed technique's nature, regardless of the speed of performance, so long as the hands are not physically hidden from view. And the third ability which is what the Sharingan is known most for, The user is able to copy almost any Jutsu they see, memorising ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy." She explained to him while activating her Sharingan.

"The second ability, Eye of Hypnotism, has one ability and that is a boost to all Genjutsu. Any Genjutsu is nothing in front of the Sharingan. A skilled Sharingan user is able to take control of your body without you even realising it." Said Aino while pointing at the ground for Raiden to look down. Once he looked down he found himself inside a lake.

"Huh, how did I get here?"

Aino dispelled the illusion and Raiden looked down again to find himself in his original position.

"I used Genjutsu on you without you noticing."

"Woah! How do I use it?"

"Circulate chakra in your eyes to activate it."

Raiden circulated chakra in his eyes which suddenly became red with one tomoe.

"Woah it's like my vision became two times better."

"This is only the first stage of the Sharingan after reaching the third stage you might even be able to see on a cellular level."

"How do you evolve it further?"

"Training or the same way you awakened it, emotional shock, but I don't you to go through that. Also, don't let anyone from outside the clan see your Sharingan for now, ok?"

"Yes."

"Good, let's start."

and with that Aino started teaching him how to use the Sharingan in battle while teaching him about Genjutsu and how it's used.

Flashback end~~~~

'I need to train more to evolve my Sharingan even more' Thought Raiden while walking toward his house after finishing his training, he was going to ask his mother for Jutsu to train with.

While he was heading home he saw Itachi who was supposed to start the academy two months later, he greeted him and continued onward to his house. Although they were close in age, Itachi was very cold the only thing in common with them was their want for strength which made them train together sometimes, other than that they still haven't interacted much.

Getting inside the house he found his mother making lunch.

"Hey mom, can I have another Jutsu I am done with the flame bullet Jutsu. Even though making oil in your body using chakra is kinda hard, but it wasn't too hard. Can I have a B-rank Jutsu this time?"

"B-rank? No those are only for Chuunin and higher. for now, take this" She said while throwing him a scroll.

He opened the scroll and found a C-rank Jutsu, Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt.

"Lightning Release? you always give me fire release techniques."

"Those are clan Jutsus so you had to learn them. now you can focus on your strongest affinity, Lightning."

'Lightning Release is my strongest affinity huh'

"Ok, thanks mom I'll start training in this after lunch."

After finishing lunch, Raiden went to an empty training ground and looked at the scroll and started memorising the hand seals. With the use of the Sharingan, memorising the hand seals to any Jutsu became very easy so he started doing the hand seals while aiming for a tree in the distance.

Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Bird → Tiger → Ram. Then both his arms started glowing violet before releasing a bolt of lightning about 30cm thick. The tree was utterly destroyed with only a crater left behind.

"Woah! looks like mom was right This is only my first use and it has such power. I guess I should focus on lightning more." and with that started a training session that left the training ground full of holes.
