He switched his aim and shot five rounds at Zena, who coiled her wings with a smirk on her face.

Zena's wings twitched and the bullets warped in the air, and slathered to the floor, like rain drops falling from the sky.

"I knew you wouldn't kill him, you're disgustingly naïve if you think he'd have let you live, now for the last time, kill him and complete your mission." Zena retracted her wings and pointed a finger out, causing the air to distort as a ray of pure devilish energies tore through his shoulder, drawing blood.

Looking at the blood trickling down from the thin hole in his shoulder, her grimaced while looking at Zena who, after using demonic powers reverted to her true form.

Emerald hair, thin body looking like the work of a god, and captivating eyes that'd charm one's soul appeared, with black wings with green highlighted feathers that speckled her plumage here and there, along with horns with green fire burning on the tips.

Jack backpedaled and fired another bullet which was promptly batted away by Zena's wings.

"You're a demon! I will never obey you!" Jack gritted his teeth while his shoulder festered as pus streamed from the wound.

"I've infected you with my venom, nothing short of an angel can save you now, now obey me for the last time!" Nigh instantly the gun, against Jack's will turned toward the leader's head and as the gun trembled, a burst of light illuminated the alleyway as a trumpet sounded out, filling the block with melodious music.

A sword made of light parried the bullet that shot towards the leader's head as a burst of light smashed Zena in the gut and sent her flying five feet through a brick wall.

"Run!" An being shrouded in light appeared, wrapped in golden armor, with blond hair and hazel eyes and a nigh perfect figure.

Zena climbed out of the wreckage of the building while holding her stomach while murderous intent caused ice to form and freeze the area a few feet away.

"You feathery pigeon, I will have your head." Zena yelled out while disappearing into the night, her figure flashing here and there as she pursued their scents and pinpointed Jack by the system she gave him.

'Did she have to surprise attack me? It freaking hurts!' Zena cried inwardly while coming to a stop as a church stood before her.

Swallowing hard, she walked up to the gates of the church and waved a hand causing a pitch black spear to manifest our of the darkness.

She rolled her shoulder and threw the spear straight at the church, as a sonic boom rang out as the spear surpassed the speed of sound and flew towards the church with earthshattering force.

Just as the spear impacted the building, a cross manifested out of nowhere, and blocked the spear, bringing it's fearsome momentum to a halt.

The dark spear shook and then crumbled into ash while Zena wrapped her wings around herself.

Another sonic boom rang out as spears of light tore through Zena's wings and impaled her body, sending her limp form into a building over a hundred yards away.

Zena crawled out the ruins of another building while inwardly cringing at the amount of buildings she destroyed in one day.

"I want that mortal, turn him over and I'll let you live angel, however if you fail to hand him over, then you will perish…" Zena growled at the angel inside the church while advancing towards the church.

Though she spoke from nearly a hundred yards away, by the time she finished her sentence, she was right in front the church, with nearly ten spears of darkness floating behind her.

Jack came out the church, a gun in hand as he carefully aimed down the sights at Zena.

"Why do you want me so bad demon? I didn't antagonize you yet you want my soul?" Jack asked while not fully comprehending why the demon had it out for him.

"Because…" Zena sighed and said, " I too, have missions I must complete, and your soul is quite bright, so die and become experience so I can level up." Zena flicked her finger causing tens of dark spears to shoot towards the church with an astonishing momentum.

The angel that saved Jack, Reziel, swung her sword while appearing between Jack and Zena causing the World to flash before darkness overpowered the light.

When their visions returned, the angel was climbing to it's feet while Zena had a smirk on her face with a spear in hand.

"Silly pigeon, I will flay you alive!" Zena thrust her spear, using no showy action, yet the spear thrust was incomparably beautiful.

Just before the spear tip reached the angel's c.h.e.s.t, Reziel raised a hand and threw a white ball of light that surpassed the speed of sound at Zena.

Zena looked down and frowned when a wave of light smashed into Zena's back sending her flying into the sky.

Zena bled black blood of the demons, ichor, while gritting her teeth and enduring the pain with tears in her eyes.

"Just you wait angel, I will come back and claim what is my own!"
